A new vic-dioxime, 13,14-bis-(hydroxyimino)-9,12,15,18-diazadithiaoctacosane, has been synthesized from 2-octylsulfanylaminobenzene and (E,E)-dichloroglyoxime. Mononuclear transition metal complexes of NiII, CuII, CoII and FeII have been prepared and were found to have a metal–ligand ratio of 1:2. The synthesis of di- and trinuclear complexes was achieved with UIVO2 and CuII depending on the stoichiometry of the reactants. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H-n.m.r., u.v.–vis, i.r., f.a.b.-m.s. and by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

In this study, first, a series of chalcone compounds S1–S6 were synthesized from various acetophenone derivatives (acetophenone, p-methyl acetophenone, and p-methoxy acetophenone) and aromatic aldehyde derivatives (benzaldehyde, p-methyl benzaldehyde, and p-methoxy benzaldehyde) by the Claisen–Schmidt condensation reaction. These S1–S6 compounds were then used in the preparation of 4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl derivatives S7–S15. Finally, four new compounds S16S19 were synthesized from compound (S7, S8, S9, and S12) and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. Therefore, three known and ten new heterocyclic compounds were synthesized and completely characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Given its biocompatibility, elasticity, and gas permeability, poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) is widely used to fabricate microgrooves and microfluidic devices for three-dimensional (3D) cell culture studies. However, conformal coating of complex PDMS devices prepared by standard microfabrication techniques with desired chemical functionality is challenging. This study describes the conformal coating of PDMS microgrooves with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) by using initiated chemical vapor deposition (iCVD). These microgrooves guided the formation of tissue constructs from NIH-3T3 fibroblasts that could be retrieved by the temperature-dependent swelling property and hydrophilicity change of the PNIPAAm. The thickness of swollen PNIPAAm films at 24 °C was approximately 3 times greater than at 37 °C. Furthermore, PNIPAAm-coated microgroove surfaces exhibit increased hydrophilicity at 24 °C (contact angle θ = 30° ± 2) compared to 37 °C (θ = 50° ± 1). Thus PNIPAAm film on the microgrooves exhibits responsive swelling with higher hydrophilicity at room temperature, which could be used to retrieve tissue constructs. The resulting tissue constructs were the same size as the grooves and could be used as modules in tissue fabrication. Given its ability to form and retrieve cell aggregates and its integration with standard microfabrication, PNIPAAm-coated PDMS templates may become useful for 3D cell culture applications in tissue engineering and drug discovery.  相似文献

The Zn(II) complex, dichloro[N-hydroxy-1,1-di(2-pyridinyl)methanimine]zinc(II), was synthesized from the reaction between ZnCl2 and di-2-pyridylketone oxime. The structural and spectral characterizations were performed by using single crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, Laser-Raman, NMR and UV–Vis spectroscopic techniques. To support experimental evidences, computational results were obtained with the DFT/B3LYP method using the 6-311++G(d,p)+LanL2DZ mixed basis set. Theoretical analyses of some structural and spectroscopic results of effects of intermolecular Cl···H interactions in the crystal packing of the Zn(II) complex were investigated with the mentioned computational level. The non-bonding interactions in the experimental crystal packing of the complex were examined by Hirshfeld surface analysis. The HOMO and LUMO analyses were used for investigation of electronic transitions obtained with UV–Vis spectroscopy. NBO analyses were used to investigate the hyperconjugation interactions between donor and acceptor groups, coordination environment, electronic configuration and electron numbers of the Zn(II) metal ion and the natural atomic charges of the complex. The nucleophilic and electrophilic reactive sites of the complex were studied by MEP surface analysis. The static polarizabilities (α) and static hyperpolarizabilities (β) were analyzed theoretically to characterize NLO profile of the complex. The interaction with A-DNA (PDB ID: 1ZF6) of the Zn(II) complex was investigated with a molecular docking study.  相似文献

The title molecule, 3‐{[4‐(3‐methyl‐3‐phenyl‐cyclobutyl)‐thiazol‐2‐yl]‐hydrazono}‐1,3‐dihydro‐indol‐2‐one (C22H20N4O1S1), was prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, UV–visible, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with a = 8.3401(5), b = 5.6976(3), c = 20.8155(14) Å, and β = 95.144(5)°. Molecular geometry from X‐ray experiment and vibrational frequencies of the title compound in the ground state has been calculated using the Hartree–Fock with 6‐31G(d, p) and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6‐31G(d, p) and 6‐311G(d, p) basis sets, and compared with the experimental data. The calculated results show that optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters, and the theoretical vibrational frequencies values show good agreement with experimental data. Density functional theory calculations of the title compound and thermodynamic properties were performed at B3LYP/6‐31G(d, p) level of theory. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Copolymers containing water‐soluble poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) side chains and precisely controlled functional microstructures were synthesized by sequence‐controlled copolymerization of donor and acceptor comonomers, that is, styrene derivatives and N‐substituted maleimides. Two routes were compared for the preparation of these structures: a) the direct use of a PEG–styrene macromonomer as a donor comonomer, and b) the use of an alkyne‐functionalized styrenic comonomer, which was PEGylated by copper‐catalyzed alkyne–azide cycloaddition after polymerization. The latter method was found to be the most versatile and enabled the synthesis of high‐precision copolymers. For example, PEGylated copolymers containing precisely positioned fluorescent (e.g. pyrene), switchable (e.g. azobenzene), and reactive functionalities (e.g. an activated ester) were prepared.  相似文献

The occupation numbers of the 3d transition metals are calculated as a function of pressure by means of the linear muffin-tin-orbital method. This data is used with the multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock (MCDF) X-ray intensity ratios (R) to estimate the variation of the intensity ratios of 3d metals with pressure. It is found that R decreases with pressure for the early 3d metals whereas it increases for the heavier 3d transition metals.  相似文献

An unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base (H2L) was synthesized by the reaction of 3-methoxysalicylaldehyde, o-phenylenediamine, and salicylaldehyde in EtOH. H2L was characterized by single-crystallographic X-ray analysis. Its Co(II) and Mn(III) complexes ([CoL] and [MnLCl]) were prepared and immobilized on 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane functionalized silica gel. The immobilized materials were found to be efficient catalysts for epoxidation of styrene in the presence of tert-BuOOH in acetonitrile at 40 °C. The catalysts can be reused several times without significant loss of performance.  相似文献
