The labelling of human serum albumin /HSA/ with99mTc has been investigated using a chemical method /stannous citrate/ and electrolytically generated tin/II/ ions. A comparative study of various chemical parameters and current intensities has been carried out in order to find the optimal conditions for labelling. Compton scattering normalization method is described for the analysis of uranium bearing ore respect to the usage of K X-rays of uranium. Minimum backscatter energy is obtained at a scatter angle of 180° with fixed point source geometry and collimation in appropriate conclusions. By normalizing the intensities of uranium K-lines to the Compton profile in the measured spectra, the results do not depend on several measuring parameters such as primary radiation intensity, matrix, composition, mass of the sample and measuring time. The method presented in this study indicates the convenience of uranium K-lines analysis for thick targets with an adequate measuring geometry.  相似文献

In this paper, the crosslinked polyester resin containing acrylic acid functional groups was used for the adsorption of uranium ions from aqueous solutions. For this purpose, the crosslinked polyester resin of unsaturated polyester in styrene monomer (Polipol 353, Poliya) and acrylic acid as weight percentage at 80 and 20%, respectively was synthesized by using methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKp, Butanox M60, Azo Nobel)-cobalt octoate initiator system. The adsorption of uranium ions on the sample (0.05 g copolymer and 5 mL of U(VI) solution were mixed) of the crosslinked polyester resin functionalized with acrylic acid was carried out in a batch reactor. The effects of adsorption parameters of the contact time, temperature, pH of solution and initial uranium(VI) concentration for U(VI) adsorption on the crosslinked polyester resin functionalized with acrylic acid were investigated. The adsorption data obtained from experimental results depending on the initial U(VI) concentration were analyzed by the Freundlich, Langmuir and Dubinin–Radushkevich (D–R) adsorption isotherms. The adsorption capacity and free energy change were determined by using D–R isotherm. The obtained experimental adsorption data depending on temperature were evaluated to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of enthalpy (ΔH°), entropy (ΔS°) and free energy change (ΔG°) for the U(VI) adsorption on the crosslinked polyester resin functionalized with acrylic acid from aqueous solutions. The obtained adsorption data depending on contact time were analyzed by using adsorption models such as the modified Freundlich, Elovich, pseudo-first order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models.  相似文献

Poisson brackets provide the mathematical structure required to identify the reversible contribution to dynamic phenomena in nonequilibrium thermodynamics. This mathematical structure is deeply linked to Lie groups and their Lie algebras. From the characterization of all the Lie groups associated with a given Lie algebra as quotients of a universal covering group, we obtain a natural classification of rheological models based on the concept of discrete reference states and, in particular, we find a clear-cut and deep distinction between viscoplasticity and viscoelasticity. The abstract ideas are illustrated by a naive toy model of crystal viscoplasticity, but similar kinetic models are also used for modeling the viscoplastic behavior of glasses. We discuss some implications for coarse graining and statistical mechanics.  相似文献

A new soluble vic-dioxime ligand namely 1,4-bis(2′-hydroxyethyl)-2,3-bis(hydroxyimino)-5,6-diphenylpiperazine, (LH2) containing optically active centers has been prepared as a mixture of isomers from (CNO)2 and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)stilbendiamine (1) which has been made by the reduction of the condensation of the product of benzaldehyde and 2-aminoethanol in the presence of aluminum amalgam. N,N-coordinated planar metal complexes of this ligand have been synthesized with NiII, CuII, CoII, PdII and UVIO2. Oxidation of (LH)2Co in the presence of a base, such as pyridine, leads to an octahedral complex (LH)2CopyCl containing pyridine and chloride as axial ligands in addition to vic-dioxime ligands. The structures of the ligand and its complexes are proposed on the basis of elemental analysis, 1H-n.m.r., mass, i.r. and u.v.–vis. spectral data. Two-center nuclear attraction integrals over Slater type orbitals with integer and noninteger principal quantum numbers in nonlined up coordinate systems have been calculated by means of formulas in our previous work (T. Özdoan and M. Orbay, Int. J. Quant. Chem. 87 (2002) 15). The computer results for integer case are in best agreement with the prior literature. On the other hand, the results for noninteger case are not compared with the literature due to the scarcity of the literature, but also compared with the limit of integer case and good agreements are obtained. The proposed algorithm for the calculation of two-center nuclear attraction integrals over Slater type orbitals with noninteger principal quantum numbers in nonlined-up coordinate systems permits to avoid the interpolation procedure used to overcome the difficulty introduced by the presence of noninteger principal quantum numbers. Finally, numerical aspects of the presented formulae are analyzed under wide range of quantum numbers, orbital exponents and internuclear distances.  相似文献

In this study, the origins of diastereoselectivity in the hydrogen bonding assisted Diels-Alder reactions of chiral dienes with achiral dienophiles have been investigated with density functional methods. The distortion/interaction model has been applied to shed light on the origins of selectivity. C9-Substituted chiral anthracene templates (R = (CH(3))(OCH(3))(H), R = (CH(3))(OH)(H), R = (CH(3))(CH(2)CH(3))(H) and R = (-CH(2)-C(CH(3))(OCH(3))(H)) are used to rationalize the role of a stereogenic center and H-bonding on the product distribution ratio. Even though hydrogen bonding increases the reactivity of the diene, the stereoselectivity is reduced because of the hydrogen bonding capacity of both diastereomeric transition states. The interaction energies of the studied anthracene templates with N-methyl maleimide at the transition state correlate linearly with an increase in reactivity. The selectivity is determined by both favorable distortion and interaction energies. The π-facial selectivity induced by the presence of a chiral auxiliary in 1-substituted 1,3-pentadienes (R1 = (CH(3))(OCH(3))(H) and R1 = (CH(3))(OH)(H)) has also been modeled in order to rationalize the role of the stereogenic center and H-bonding on the stereoselectivity of an aliphatic diene. In both parts, the product distribution ratios calculated from Boltzmann distributions based on Gibbs free energies are in reasonable agreement with the experimental results. Finally the role of OH-substituted five-membered pyrrolidine on C9 of anthracene is investigated since the successful usage of the conformationally rigid pyrrolidines in asymmetric synthesis is well known. Overall, both in the acyclic system and in anthracene, the facilitation due to H-bonding is reflected in the interaction energies: the higher the difference in interaction energies in the transition structures of the two diastereomers, the more selective the H-bonding assisted Diels-Alder reaction is.  相似文献

Amitraz is a non-systemic acaracide and insecticide. Current maximum residue limits for amitraz are stated as ‘Amitraz including the metabolites containing the 2,4-dimethylaniline moiety’. Therefore, determination of amitraz and its all degradation products are important. In this study, we develop a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method for determination of amitraz and its degradation products 2,4 dimethylaniline (DMA), 2,4 dimethylformamidine (DMF) and N-(2,4-dimethyl phenyl)-N’-methylformamidine (DMPF) in cucumber and quince. The mechanism of the degradation process was monitored at different temperatures. Amitraz and its degradation products were extracted using the QuEChERS method. To determine amitraz and its degradation products, we used GC/MS. Quantification was carried out by using selected ion monitoring, and total ion chromatogram was used to monitor additional degradation products. The method was validated by studying linearity, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery and precision. The mechanism of the degradation process was monitored at different temperatures. Degradation of amitraz mainly to three degradation products, namely DMA, DMF and DMPF, increased with temperature. Besides these three main degradation products, two other new degradation products were detected.  相似文献
