The corresponding substituted 1,2,4-triazine-6-carboxylic acids were obtained by oxidation of 3,5-disubstituted 6-methyl-1,2,4-triazines with hydrogen peroxide in an acidic medium. 4-Azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]dec-8-ene was synthesized and brought into reactions with benzoyl, o-chlorobenzoyl, p-bromobenzoyl, p-, m-, and o-nitrobenzoyl, and bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene-endo-5,endo-6-dicarboximidoacetyl chlorides in chloroform in the presence of pyridine. The tricyclic amides thus obtained were epoxidated with peroxyphthalic acid prepared in situ by reaction of phthalic anhydride with a 35% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide. The structure of newly synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Their NMR spectra were compared with those of previously synthesized N-arylsulfonyl-4-azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]dec-8-enes on the basis of conformational composition of the corresponding p-nitrophenyl-substituted derivatives, which was determined by PM3 semi-empirical quantum-chemical calculations.__________Translated from Zhurnal Organicheskoi Khimii, Vol. 41, No. 6, 2005, pp. 837–845.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2005 by L. In solvents of different polarities, the lactam-lactim tautomeric equilibrium of isoxazoli-din-3-one is strongly displaced in the direction of the lactam. The lactim form cannot be detected. It has been concluded that there is no connection between the dual chemical behavior of isoxazolidin-3-one and its potassium salt in the alkylation reaction with the equilibrium isomerization of these compounds. It has been shown that the mechanism of alkylation is connected with the structure of the lactam anion. We have obtained previously unknown 1-methyl- and 1,3-dimethyl-5-diethylaminothiocarbonylthiobarbituric acids by reaction of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate with 5-phenyliodonium betaines of 1-methyl- and 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acids. Cyclization of these compounds upon heating in conc. H2SO4 gives methyl-substituted 5,7-dioxo(4H,6H)-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine-2-diethylimmonium hydrosulfates; the derivative of 1-methylbarbituric acid forms a mixture of 4-methyl- and 6-methyl-substituted compounds (21). We isolated perchlorates of 4-methyl- and 4,6-dimethyl-substituted derivatives in pure form. By treatment of the immonium salt with sodium sulfide or selenide, we obtained 4-methyl- and 4,6-dimethyl-5,7-dioxo(4H,6H)-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine-2-thiones and 4-methyl-, 6-methyl-, and 4,6-dimethyl-2-selenones. We characterized the isomeric 4- and 6-methyl-substituted selenones by electronic absorption spectra and ionization constants (7.65 and 4.0). The differences in the pK values and in the electronic absorption spectra makes it possible to distinguish the substitution site in N-mono-substituted derivatives of 5,7-dioxo(4H,6H)-1,3-dithiolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 11, pp. 1526–1533, November, 1993.  相似文献

2-R-Quinazolones have been synthesized (R=Me, Ph,-pyridyl,-furyl), and subsequently the 4-chlorides and the corresponding 2-R-4-hydrazinoquinazolines were obtained. By the reaction of orthoformic ester and nitric acid on the hydrazines, 5-R- [3, 4-c]-s-triazoloquinazolines and 5-R- [1, 5-c] tetrazoloquinazolines were prepared, respectively. The compounds in which R=Me differ considerably from compounds with other groups, both in color and stability of intermediate reaction products. 5-R- [1, 5-c] tetrazoloquinazolines are hydrolyzed by HCl into quinazol-4-ones.For Part IV see [1].  相似文献

To select a method for the synthesis of the previously difficulty accessible 5-bromo-1-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (I) and 1-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione (II), a MO LCAO calculation has been carried out in Huckel's approximation of the energies of the radical, electrophilic, and nucleophilic localization on the various carbon atoms of 1-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (III). In accordance with this calculation, the required compounds have been obtained in good yields by reactions taking place by a radical mechanism: I by bromination with bromosuccinimide and II by the direct thionation of III. A novel path toS-(+)-hydroprene (1) starting from the technical gradeS-(+)-dihydromyrcene (2, e.e. 50%) is proposed. The latter was selectively transformed intoS-3,7-dimethyloctanal (5) in three steps including hydroalumination. The reactions of5 with allyl- or methallylmagnesium chloride followed, respectively, either by oxygenation in the presence of PdCl2/CuCl or by ozonolysis, affordS,E-6,10-dimethyl-3-undecen-2-one (7) which was treated with ethoxyethynylmagnesium bromide to give the title juvenile hormone analogue in 23% overall yield.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Compound [Re2(CH3COO)2Cl4((CH3)2NCOCH3)2] is synthesized. The influence of parameters of the hydrothermal synthesis under elevated pressure on the yield of a target product and its molecular structure and physicochemical properties is studied. In the neutral complex with cis-arrangement of the bridging acetate and terminal chloride ligands with respect to the multiply bonded Re2 6+ complex-forming center, the Re–Re bond length is 2.2418(3) Å. Dimethylacetamide molecules are in the axial positions, the Re–O bond lengths being 2.304(3) and 2.321(4) Å. The influence of the donor ability of the axial substituents in analogous structures of the rhenium(III) binuclear clusters on the Re–Re and Re–Lax bond lengths is analyzed.  相似文献
