We report on the characterization of dibenzo[cde,opq]rubicene (C30H14). The molecule was studied in solution at room temperature with absorption spectroscopy in the visible (vis) and ultraviolet (UV) wavelength ranges, and with emission spectroscopy. The infrared (IR), visible, ultraviolet, and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) absorption spectra of a thin film were measured also at room temperature. In addition, the UV/vis absorption spectrum was measured at cryogenic temperatures using the matrix isolation spectroscopy technique. The interpretation of spectra was supported by theoretical calculations based on semiempirical and ab initio models, as well as on density functional theory. Finally, the results of the laboratory study were compared with interstellar spectra. 相似文献

Four cone calix[4]arene-1,2-crown ethers each with two ionisable side arms containing dansyl groups are synthesised. The crown ether ring on the lower rim is varied from crown-4 to crown-5 with hydrogen or tert-butyl groups on the para position of the upper rim. Di(tetramethylammonium) salts of the di-ionised ligands are utilised for spectrofluorimetric titration experiments in MeCN. The influence of alkali metal, alkaline earth metal and selected transition and heavy metal (Co2+, Fe2+, Hg2+, Mn2+, Pb2+, Zn2+ and Fe3+) cations on the spectroscopic properties of the two dansyl groups linked to the lower rim of the conformationally locked, di-ionised calix[4]arene-1,2-crown ether frameworks is investigated by emission spectrophotometry. All of the metal cations induce red shifts in the emission spectra of the di-ionised ligands. The metal cations produce enhancement or quenching of the fluorescence emissions. Changes in the fluorescence emission as a function of the metal cation identity, the lower rim crown ether ring size and the absence or presence of upper rim tert-butyl groups are investigated. 相似文献

A rapid and simple on-line method is described for the determination of Au(III) in various samples. The method is based on the sorption of gold(III) on Lewatit MonoPlus TP207 chelating resin including the iminodiacetate group, which is used as sorbent material and packed in a minicolumn. The chemical variables such as the pH of the sample solution, eluent type, interfering ions and concentrations of reagents, and instrumental variables such as sample loading volume, reagents flow rates, and tubing length, which affect the efficiency of the method were studied and optimised. Au(III) was sorbed on the chelating resin, from which it could be eluted with 3 mol L?1 HCl, and then introduced directly to the nebuliser-burner system of FAAS. The limit of detection of the method was 0.2 µg L?1 while the relative standard deviation was <4.0% for 20 µg L?1 Au(III) concentration. The preconcentration factor was found to be 106 while the optimised sample volume was 15.3 mL. The accuracy of the method was verified by analysing the certified reference material. The developed method was applied successfully for the determination of gold in different samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

Labeling conditions of synkavit (2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinol disodium phosphate) with iodine-125 have been studied. In this study, labeling temperature, reaction time, successive using of iodogen coated tubes, iodogen amount and synkavit concentrations have been determined to get optimum conditions for maximum labeling. Final results showed that when the labeling temperature, reaction time, synkavit concentration, and iodogen amount were, at room temperature, 15 min (in the case of successive using of three iodogen coated tubes), 2 mg ml–1 and 5 mg, respectively; labeling yield was 90% and specific activities of the order of 555 GBq mmol–1 (15 Ci mmol–1) have been obtained. 相似文献

The enantiomers of the chiral coumarin-type anticoagulants phenprocoumon, warfarin and p-chlorophenprocoumon were separated by high-performance liquid chromatography on a chiral stationary phase (Nucleosil-Chiral 2) and normal-phase conditions. Chromatographic peak identification was performed with authentic reference compounds of the enantiomers and on-line UV spectra comparison. This method was applied to the determination of the enantiomeric ratio of phenprocoumon in plasma and urine extracts from patients under racemic drug therapy. The limit of detection (50 and 80 ng/ml) and precision (less than 5%) of the method are adequate for pharmacokinetic and enantioselective disposition studies, respectively, of phenprocoumon. The synthesis of diarylpalladium(II) complexes by twofold aryl C?H bond activation was developed. These intermediates of oxidative cyclization reactions are stabilized by chelation with acetyl groups while still maintaining sufficient reactivity to study their reductive elimination. Four distinct triggers were found for the reductive elimination of these complexes to dibenzofurans and carbazoles. Thermal elimination occurs at very high temperatures, whereas ligand‐promoted and oxidatively induced reductive eliminations proceed readily at room temperature. Under these conditions, no isomerization occurs. In contrast, weak Brønsted acids, such as acetic acid, lead to a sequence of proto‐demetalation, isomerization to a κ3‐diarylpalladium(II) complex, and reductive elimination to non‐symmetrical cyclization products. 相似文献

This study describes the application of a two-frequency excitation waveform to the end-cap electrodes of a quadrupole ion trap (QIT) during the mass acquisition period to deliberately fragment selected precursor ions. This approach obviates the need for a discrete excitation period and guarantees on-resonant excitation conditions without any requirement for resonant tuning; it is therefore faster than the conventional approach to collision-induced dissociation (CID) in QITs. The molecular ion of n-butylbenzene is used as thermometer molecule to determine the energetics of the new excitation procedure. The excitation waveform, consisting of two closely spaced sinusoidal frequencies, has an interference pattern that displays nodes and crests in the time domain. The energetics (determined by the product ion ratios of 91/92 Th) and CID efficiencies are highly dependent on the excitation amplitude, the relative position of the excitation frequencies in the Mathieu stability diagram, and whether the ions come into resonance during a node or crest of the excitation waveform. Under highly energetic conditions, ratios of 91/92 as large as 15 can be obtained at concomitant CID efficiencies of 10%, indicating internal energies in excess of 10 eV at the time of fragmentation. These extremely high internal energies far exceed the energetics achievable using conventional on-resonance excitation in QITs, indicating that the collisional heating rate is very fast in the new approach. Under less energetic conditions CID efficiencies as high as 70% are possible, which compares favorably with results obtained by conventional on-resonance excitation. Correlation analyses are used to determine the conditions that simultaneously optimize energetic and efficient fragmentation conditions. 相似文献

Mixed ligand complexes of dioxomolybdenum(VI) with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde 4-phenyl-S-methylthiosemicarbazone (H2L) were prepared with the formula [MoO2(L)D] (D = H2O, methyl, n-butyl, and n-undecyl alcohol, DMF, DMSO, pyridine, 4-picoline, and 3,5-lutidine). The compounds were characterized by elemental
analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The thermal decomposition of the compounds were investigated by using TGA, DTG, and DTA methods in air,
and the thermal behavior depending on the second ligand molecule was discussed. A single crystal of the DMF coordinated complex
was studied by X-ray diffractometry.
