The selectivity of intermolecular force is caused by the special interaction between two adaptable groups on the molecules. π bond and conjugated π bonds such as benzene ring are negative charged groups,which may attract stongly positively charged H groups such as 3H in β-C_6H_6Cl_6, and repulse other ne- gatively charged groups such as-C=O(Q). Our experiments show that the reduced retention time tr of benzene on non- polar β-C_6H_6Cl_6 is much greater than that on polar fixed phases such as CH_3— —NO_2 in gas chromatography and that the het of solvation of β-C_6H_6Cl_6 in benzene is also much greater than that of the polar α-C_6H_6Cl_6 and γ-C_6H_6Cl_6. This can′t be explained by the usual Van de Waals′ force. It results from the selective intermoleccular force....     

Application of water as a solvent in microwave-assisted extraction for analysis of PCBs and CBzs in fly ash

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and chlorobenzenes (CBzs) are two classes of dioxin precursors formed in municipal solid waste incinerators (MSWIs); they produce negative health effects similar to those of dioxins. Reducing the analytical time required for determining the concentrations of these compounds in MSWIs is important for quickly evaluating their importance and assessing associated health risks. In the present study, water is used as a safe and environmentally friendly solvent in microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) for PCB and CBz analyses. MAE is compared with traditional Soxhlet extraction (SE) to determine the extraction efficiencies. The evaluation of extraction efficiencies shows that MAE has a high extraction efficiency compared with that of SE when water content is lower than 60%. Furthermore, the extraction time and organic solvent consumption are reduced with MAE compared with SE.     

掺杂表面活性剂及金属离子对纳米Y2O3:Eu3+粉体的发光性能的影响

采用草酸沉淀法,通过填加表面活性剂四丁基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和金属离子K+,Mg2+,Ba2+,制备出稀土发光材料Y2O3Eu3+,利用XRD与激发和发射光谱等测试手段对样品的结构与光学性能进行了表征,考察了同时加入不同表面活性剂和金属离子对Y2O3Eu3+的结构和发光性质的影响.结果表明加入表面活性剂和金属离子对发光材料Y2O3Eu3+的发光性能有较大的影响,其中以同时加入四丁基溴化铵和Ba2+以及加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和Mg2+对Y2O3Eu3+粉体的发光性能影响最大.     

ELECTRON TRANSFER REACTIONS OCCURRING UPON LASER FLASH PHOTOLYSIS OF PHOSPHOLIPID BILAYER SYSTEMS CONTAINING CHLOROPHYLL,BENZOQUINONE AND CYTOCHROME c-II. ELECTRICALLY NEUTRAL AND POSITIVELY-CHARGED VESICLES*

Abstract— The primary and secondary electron transfer reactions which occurred upon laser flash photolysis of electrically neutral and positively-charged lipid bilayer vesicles containing chlorophyll, benzoquinone and cytochrome c were determined by time-resolved difference spectral and kinetic measurements, and compared with previous results obtained with negatively-charged vesicles (Y. Fang and G. Tollin, Photochem. Photobiol. 1988). The extent to which oxidized cytochrome c could function as an electron acceptor from triplet state chlorophyll, and reduced cytochrome c could act as an electron donor to chlorophyll cation radical, decreased from negatively-charged to electrically neutral to positively-charged vesicles, in agreement with expectations based on changes in the ability of cytochrome c to bind to the bilayer. In all three types of vesicles, cytochrome c reduction by benzoquinone anion radical occurred in the aqueous phase.

Control Efficacy of Salicylic Acid Microcapsules against Postharvest Blue Mold in Apple Fruit

Salicylic acid (SA) is a natural inducer of disease resistance in fruit, but its application in the food industry is limited due to low water solubility. Here, SA was encapsulated in β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) via the host–guest inclusion complexation method, and the efficacy of SA microcapsules (SAM) against blue mold caused by Penicillium expansum in postharvest apple fruit was elucidated. It was observed that SAM was the most effective in inhibiting the mycelial growth of P. expansum in vitro. SAM was also superior to SA for control of blue mold under in vivo conditions. Enzyme activity analysis revealed that both SA and SAM enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) in apple fruit, whereas SAM led to higher SOD activities than SA. Total phenolic contents in the SAM group were higher than those in the SA group at the early stage of storage. SAM also improved fruit quality by retarding firmness loss and maintaining higher total soluble solids (TSS) contents. These findings indicate that microcapsules can serve as a promising formulation to load SA for increasing P. expansum inhibition activity and improving quality attributes in apple fruit.     

基于Verilog-A模型的同轴电缆X射线响应电路仿真

针对核爆炸对电子系统中同轴电缆产生的系统电磁脉冲效应数值计算效率低的问题,分析了同轴电缆的在核爆脉冲X射线辐照下的电学行为,建立了同轴电缆的Verilog-A等效模型,并以SPICE模型为基础构建了核爆环境下同轴电缆系统电磁脉冲效应的电路计算模型,该电路模型与传统数值模型相比,计算速率显著提高,同时该模型还可扩展用于同轴电缆两端连接半导体器件及功能电路的电子系统仿真。     

螺旋天线步进电机控制系统仿真及运行曲线优化

为实现机械相控阵列天线的波束扫描,采用步进电机驱动螺旋天线单元转动来达到预定的辐射相位。为了优化步进电机的开环控制,研究运行曲线对步进电机控制性能的影响,提高步进电机控制速度和精度。根据步进电机及控制系统的工作原理,建立了基于Simulink的步进电机开环控制系统仿真模型,并在此基础上对梯形和抛物线两种运行曲线进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该仿真模型能精确实现两种运行曲线对步进电机的控制,在100 ms的控制周期内,采用梯形运行曲线步进电机的最大无失步转动角度能够达到270,而采用抛物线运行曲线时其转动角度能够达到360,抛物线运行曲线在开环控制系统中具有更高的控制速度。
