The one‐step synthesis of D3h‐symmetric cyclic porphyrin trimers 1 composed of three 2,2′‐[4,4′‐bis(methoxycarbonyl)]bipyridyl moieties and three porphyrinatozinc moieties was achieved from a nickel‐mediated reductive coupling of meso‐5,15‐bis(6‐chloro‐4‐methoxycarbonylpyrid‐2‐yl)porphyrinatozinc. Although cyclic trimers 1 were obtained as a mixture that included other cyclic and acyclic porphyrin oligomers, an extremely specific separation was observed only for cyclic trimers 1 when using columns of silica gel modified with pyrenylethyl, cyanopropyl, and other groups. Structural analysis of cyclic trimers 1 was carried out by means of NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. Treatment of an η3‐allylpalladium complex with a cyclic trimer gave a tris(palladium) complex containing three η3‐allylpalladium groups inside the space, which indicated that the bipyridyl moieties inside the ring could work as bidentate metalloligands. 相似文献

Chromium catalysts combined with phosphorous‐bridged bisphenoxy ligands were found to be highly active for ethylene polymerization. The most efficient catalyst precursor among them, generated by combining bis[3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐hydroxyphenyl](phenyl)phosphine hydrochloride ( 1a ) and CrCl3(THF)3, was characterized. X‐ray analysis of (3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenoxy)(3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐ 2‐hydroxyphenyl)(phenyl)phosphine bis(tetrahydrofuran)chromium dichloride ( 6 ), obtained by the reaction of 1a and CrCl3(THF)3 in the presence of NaH, revealed a unique structure in which one phenol moiety of the bisphenol did not coordinate to the chromium center. Complex 6 showed higher activities than those observed in the in situ catalyst system. Polyethylene of various molecular weights was obtained with differing activators. The highest activity (113.5 kg mmol (cat)?1 h?1) was observed when TIBA/TB was used as a cocatalyst. A medium molecular weight polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw = 128,700, Mw/Mn = 1.8) was obtained using a 6 ‐TIBA/B(C6F5)3 system. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Various asymmetric or cyclic ester derivatives of the phosphonic acid moiety in the calcium antagonist fostedil (KB-944) were synthesized. The coronary vasodilator activity of these compounds was assessed by Langendorff's method. Nine analogs based on a structure of Tyr-D-Arg-Phe-X (X = alkylamides or alkylhydrazide containing electron-withdrawing atoms or groups) were newly synthesized and their biological properties were examined by the opioid receptor binding properties of mu-, delta- and kappa-receptors, guinea-pig ileum (GPI) assay and analgesic activity in the tail pinch test after subcutaneous administration in mice. Analogs with X = NHCF2CF3, Sar-ol, or NH(CH2)2CN showed potent activities in the GPI and analgesic assays and high affinity for mu-receptor. An analog with X = taurinamide was found to possess 4-fold higher mu-receptor selectivity than that of [D-Ala2, MePhe4, Gly-ol5]enkephalin (DAGO). The receptor binding properties of previously reported analogs [Chem. Pharm. Bull., 33, 1528 (1985); ibid., 33, 4865 (1985); ibid., 36, 4834 (1988)] were also examined for overall discussion of the structure-activity relationships of this series of tripeptide amides. 相似文献

Amphiphilic block copolymers, i.e., poly(methyl methacrylate)-b-poly(2-dimethylethylammoniumethyl methacrylate), were synthesized by the reaction between two prepolymers. Carboxyl-terminated poly(methyl methacrylate) and hydroxyl-terminated poly(2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) were prepared by radical polymerization of the corresponding monomers in the presence of thioglycolic acid and 2-mercaptoethanol as a chain transfer agent, respectively. Two condensation methods, i.e., DCC and the acid chloride method, were used for the reactions of these prepolymers. The subsequent quarternization produced the amphiphilic block copolymers. Surface property of poly(methyl methacrylate) films containing this amphiphilic block copolymer was examined by measuring contact angles for water. The addition of only 0.5 wt% of the block copolymer was sufficient to make poly(methyl methacrylate) surfaces hydrophilic. Soluble polystyrenes with crown ether structures and hydroxyl groups adjacent to the macrorings were prepared by the reaction of epoxide-containing polystyrenes with monoaza-15-crown-5 or monoaza-18-crown-6. Rate of formation of the polymer-bound alkali cation-crown alkoxide ion pair from the soluble polystyrenes and aqueous NaOH or KOH depended on the loading of crown ether and hydroxyl units and on the size of the macroring. The elimination of HCl from less reactive 2-chloroethylbenzene with aqueous NaOH or KOH in the presence of the soluble polystyrene catalysts under two-phase conditions was limited mainly by the intrinsic reaction rate. The elimination of HBr from more reactive 2-bromoethylbenzene in the presence of the less (11%) ring-substituted polymer catalyst with 18-crown unit was limited by the alkoxide formation rate. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 相似文献

Four novel proteasome inhibitors, TMC-95A-D (1-4) have been isolated from the fermentation broth of Apiospora montagnei Sacc. TC 1093, isolated from a soil sample. All of the molecular formulas of 1-4 were established as C(33)H(38)N(6)O(10) by high-resolution FAB-MS. Their planar structures were determined on the basis of extensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMR, and degradation studies. Compounds 1-4 have the same planar structures to each other, and are unique highly modified cyclic peptides containing L-tyrosine, L-aspargine, highly oxidized L-tryptophan, (Z)-1-propenylamine, and 3-methyl-2-oxopentanoic acid units. The absolute configuration at C-11 and C-36 of 1-4 was determined based on chiral TLC and HPLC analyses of their chemical degradation products. The ROESY analysis along with (1)H-(1)H coupling constants clarified the absolute stereochemistry at C-6, -7, -8, and -14 of the cyclic moieties. These studies revealed the relationships of 1-4 to be diastereomers at C-7 and C-36. 相似文献

The pharmacokinetic study of 67Ga-citrate (67Ga) following intravenous (i.v.), subcutaneous (s.c.) and intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection was performed in anesthetized rats using the repeated blood sampling method by cannulation technique into the external jugular vein. The disappearance of 67Ga from the blood following i.v. and s.c. injection was best fit a three-exponential equation. There was no significant difference between the areas under the curves following i.v. and s.c. injection of 67Ga. In the case of i.p. injection, the disappearance of 67Ga from the blood was described by a two-exponential equation. However, the maximum blood radioactivity was very low, and the disappearance rate of 67Ga from the blood was extremely slow compared to the other routes of injection. The conclusion from these results was that s.c. injection was as suitable as i.v. injection, but i.p. injection was not appropriate for the distribution study of 67Ga such as scintigraphy or autoradiography. However, i.p. route may be available for a special experiment which needs the long-time retention of 67Ga in the blood. 相似文献
