A comparative study of proportional-integral (P-I) and integral-proportional (I-P) control schemes, for the speed control of a dc drive, using both analog-and microprocessor-based digital circuits, is presented. The often-neglected current response is discussed and results are presented. The speed response to step changes in speed reference and load torque, using both the control schemes, is compared to evaluate the merits of I-P control. A brief discussion of sensitivity to controller gains is also given. It is shown that the I-P control scheme offers some distinctive advantages over P-I control. Using radiotracer solutions of Hg (203Hg) and Os (185Os), techniques have been developed for sampling these elements presumably suitable for ion probe measurements. Mercury has been electrodeposited on the cross-sectional area (5 mm2) of an electrochemically pure Cu wire giving a recovery 25 to 30% at the tip. Similar efficiency is found for Hg distillate solutions. Osmium has been collected in a Ni–NiS bead after loading its thiourea complex solution on filter paper. The recovery in the bead is 80–90%. These methods should be of help for isotopic study of these elements by ion microprobe. The suitability of these samples for measurements remains unconfirmed. 相似文献

The genus Cetraria s. str. (Parmeliaceae family, Cetrarioid clade) consists of 15 species of mostly erect brown or greenish yellow fruticose or subfoliose thallus. These Cetraria species have a cosmopolitan distribution, being primarily located in the Northern Hemisphere, in North America and in the Eurasia area. Phytochemical analysis has demonstrated the presence of dibenzofuran derivatives (usnic acid), depsidones (fumarprotocetraric and protocetraric acids) and fatty acids (lichesterinic and protolichesterinic acids). The species of Cetraria, and more particularly Cetraria islandica, has been widely employed in folk medicine for the treatment of digestive and respiratory diseases as decoctions, tinctures, aqueous extract, and infusions. Moreover, Cetraria islandica has had an important nutritional and cosmetic value. These traditional uses have been validated in in vitro and in vivo pharmacological studies. Additionally, new therapeutic activities are being investigated, such as antioxidant, immunomodulatory, cytotoxic, genotoxic and antigenotoxic. Among all Cetraria species, the most investigated by far has been Cetraria islandica, followed by Cetraria pinastri and Cetraria aculeata. The aim of the current review is to update all the knowledge about the genus Cetraria covering aspects that include taxonomy and phylogeny, morphology and distribution, ecological and environmental interest, phytochemistry, traditional uses and pharmacological properties. 相似文献

The availability of variety of communication devices offers a choice among networks with vastly different characteristics. No single protocol or application can be expected to perform well over all these networks. A mobile host is likely to encounter these different networks and needs to adapt accordingly. The problem of adapting to a changing network environment is further complicated, because changes in network conditions are usually transparent to higher layers of the protocol stack. In order to allow automatic adaptation of applications and protocols, awareness of link conditions and network environment is necessary. In this paper, we present a uniform mechanism based on ICMP messages for providing information about the environment to the protocol stack. We also show how protocols can adapt to changes in the environment, and in particular, demonstrate dynamic fine tuning of some of the well known protocols such as UDP and TCP. Performance measurements demonstrate that our framework imposes little overheads and improves protocol performance under changing network conditions. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a novel adaptive median-based lifting filter for image de-noising which has been corrupted by homogeneous salt and pepper noise. The median-based lifting filter removes the noise of the input image by calculating the median of the neighboring significant pixels. The algorithm for image noise removal uses the lifting scheme of the second-generation wavelets in conjunction with the proposed adaptive median-based lifting filter. The experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method. The proposed algorithm is compared with all the basic filters, and it is found that our method outperforms many other algorithms and it can remove salt and pepper noise with a noise level as high as 90%. The algorithm works exceedingly well for all levels of noise, as illustrated in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and structural similarity index (SSIM) measures. 相似文献

Influence of Surface Segregation on Wetting of Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) Series and Pb-Containing Solder Alloys

Wetting of Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) series solder alloys to solid substrates is strongly influenced by surface segregation of low-level
bulk impurities in the alloys. We report in situ and real-time Auger electron spectroscopy measurements of SAC alloy surface compositions as a function of temperature as
the alloys are taken through the melting point. A dramatic increase in the amount of surface C (and frequently O) is observed
with temperature, and in some cases the alloy surface is nearly 80 at.% C at the melting point. The C originates from low-level
impurities incorporated during alloy synthesis and inhibits wetting because C acts as a blocking layer to reaction between
the alloy and substrate. A similar phenomenon has been observed over a wide range of (SAC and non-SAC) alloys synthesized
by a variety of techniques. That solder alloy surfaces at melting have a radically different composition from the bulk uncovers
a key variable that helps to explain the wide variability in contact angles reported in previous studies of wetting and adhesion. 相似文献

In this paper we develop a straightforward procedure to construct higher dimensional isochronous Hamiltonian systems. We first show that a class of singular Hamiltonian systems obtained through the Ω-modified procedure is equivalent to constrained Newtonian systems. Even though such systems admit isochronous oscillations, they are effectively one degree of freedom systems due to the constraints. Then we generalize the procedure in terms of Ω i -modified Hamiltonians and identify suitable canonically conjugate coordinates such that the constructed Ω i -modified Hamiltonian is nonsingular and the corresponding Newton's equation of motion is constraint free. The procedure is first illustrated for two dimensional systems and subsequently extended to N-dimensional systems. The general solution of these systems are obtained by integrating the underlying equations and is shown to admit isochronous as well as amplitude independent quasiperiodic solutions depending on the choice of parameters. 相似文献

In this paper, formulae to determine the lowest order and other higher order spurious frequencies that coincide with desired output signal frequencies of mixers have been derived. The proposed formulae give general expressions that are suitable for any order of heterodyne mixing. The formulae have been verified using a suitable example and compared with the simulation results obtained through the radio frequency simulation software of Advanced Design System. The formulae directly reveal the order of the troublesome spurious frequencies that the designers would encounter in heterodyne systems. In comparison with these direct formulae, the results of existing spurious analysis software are based on the maximum order of simulation carried out. Based on these simulations, the coinciding spurious components have to be manually sorted out. Proposed formulae are quick tools used by the microwave system and circuit designers for choosing and finalizing heterodyne frequencies in their designs without the need for any simulations. 相似文献
