We prepared biodegradable poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)/poly(L ‐lactic acid) (PLLA) graded blends by the dissolution–diffusion process, and discussed the biodegradability and tensile strength of the graded blends by comparing isotropic blend and PLLA only. All the graded blends were degraded more largely than the PLLA only and isotropic blend (PEO: 37.5 wt %), which had the same content as the total content of those graded blends. The graded blend having most excellent wide compositional gradient was degraded most largely with the enzyme. Thus, graded structure of the blends promoted their biodegradabilities large. It was considered that the dissolution of PEO with water increased the surface area attacked by the enzyme, while PEO caught PLLA oligomers to promote the biodegradation of PLLA. Then, the biodegradabilities of the graded blends were suppressed by the increasing crystallinity of PLLA. A large-volume (100 microl) injection-ETAAS with W-treated PG furnace combined with a phosphate modifier was applied to the determination of unpolluted levels of Cd in tap, snow and river-water samples. The limit of detection of 1.1 ng l(-1) was observed for a 4 w/v% NH4H2PO4 modifer. Matrix interference studies were tested for major ion species well found in fresh water. The direct determination of Cd in certified river water (12 +/- 2 ng l(-1)) was carried out and the observed value was in agreement with the certified one. The good recoveries of Cd added to real environmental water samples were also observed. This method was applied to the determination of Cd in unpolluted environmental water samples.  相似文献

Standard solutions (at 10(-5) M levels) of Cu(I)- and Fe(II)-cyanide complexes were stabilized for at least 5 h using 0.5 mM cyanide solution (around pH 9) as a medium. Complexes of Cu(I)- and Fe(III)-cyanide also could be stabilized without any dissociation by adding 1 mM cyanide to an acetonitrile-water (18:82, v/v) mobile phase (pH 7.0) containing 10 mM tetra-n-propylammonium salt (TPA). Under the optimal conditions, the six complexes of Cu(I)-, Ag(I)-, Ni(II)-, Fe(II)-, Fe(III)- and Au(I)-cyanides were resolved from their mixtures within about 45 min, with well-shaped chromatographic peaks.  相似文献

A new technique for preparing anti-reflection/anti-static thin films for CRTs at low temperature has been developed. Double-layered films of SiO2/SnO2 were formed on a CRT panel surface by the sol-gel method using photoirradiation. The new method makes it possible to reduce heat treatment temperature (°C) by almost 50% and treatment time to approximately 33% of the conventional levels.  相似文献
