Summary. The phase diagram of the system Na3AlF6–NaVO3 was determined by means of thermal analysis. The system is a simple binary eutectic one. The eutectic point was estimated at x(NaVO3) = 0.975 and t eut = 617°C. The XRD patterns of samples after thermal analysis revealed the presence of cryolite and NaVO3 only supporting the above assumption of a simple eutectic binary system.  相似文献

Structural, optical and electrical properties of silicate films modified by structure fragments containing different organic groups were studied. The ORMOSILs were produced by a cohydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane with different types of alkyl (aryl) substituted alkoxysilanes. Film structure and its evolution during heat treatment were studied by ellipsometry and IR spectroscopy. For methyl- and phenyl-modified silicate films the shrinkage is lower than for silicate ones in the range of annealing temperature from 200 to 500°C. The shrinkage of phenyl-modified silicate film is more than three times lower than of methyl- and trimethyl-modified ones. The presence of single or double C=C bonds in the organic chain leads to an increase in the film shrinkage due to the thermodestruction of the bond as it is confirmed by IR data. In the case of phenyl- and methyl-modified silicate films this process starts from 500°C and it is accompanied by abrupt film shrinkage. The dielectric constant and the loss tangent of methyl and phenyl groups decrease due to reduction of hydroxyl content and film density. Other groups are not effective due to their thermodestruction at lower temperatures.  相似文献

The gas-discharge detector is designed for the neutron lifetime spectrometer. The detector is intended for ultracold neutron flux monitoring in measurement cycles at the specrtometer (ILL, Grenoble, France). We present a measurement of the e + e K S K L cross section in the energy range √s = 1.04−1.38 GeV. For an energy of √s ≥ 1.2 GeV the cross section exceeds vector meson dominance model predictions with only ρ(770), ω(783), and ϕ(1020) mesons taken into account. The reaction e + e ?→ωπ0 near a Φ resonance was studied with a spherical neutral detector at VEPP-2M e + e ? collider. Both main modes of decay of a ω meson were investigated: ω→π+π?π0 and ω→π 0γ. The probability of decay Φ→ωπ0 was obtained from the magnitude of the interference wave in the cross section for the reaction e + e ?→ωπ0→ π+π?π0π0: B(Φ→ωπ0) = (5.5 ?1.4 +1.6 ±0.3) ×10?5. The ratio of the partial widths of the ω meson was obtained from the ratio of the cross sections for the two modes: Γ(ω→π0γ )/Γ(ω→π+π?π0) = 0.0994 ± 0.0036 ± 0.0038.  相似文献

New R 2Ti3Ge4 (R=Dy, Ho and Er) intermetallic compounds have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction and low temperature ac magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power measurements were carried out. The compounds crystallize in the parent, Sm5Ge4-type orthorhombic structure (space group Pnma) and lanthanide contraction is observed as one moves along the rare-earth series. The changeover from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic phase happens at low temperatures and the ordering temperature scales with the de Gennes factor. The electrical resistivity is metallic with a negative curvature above 100 K. Thermopower displays a weak maximum at temperatures less than 50 K signifying the possible phonon and magnon drag effects.  相似文献

Classically, rotary motors with gears and spindle mechanisms are used to achieve translatory motion. In means of miniaturization and weight reduction piezoelectric linear motors are of interest. Several ultrasonic linear motors found in literature base on the use of two different vibration modes. Most often flexural and longitudinal modes are combined to achieve an elliptic micro-motion of surface points. This micro-motion is converted to direct linear (or translatory) motion of a driven slider. To gain high amplitudes of the micro-motion and thus having a powerful motor, the ultrasonic vibrator should be driven near the eigenfrequency of its modes. Additionally, low mechanical and electrical losses lead to increased efficiency and large amplitude magnification in resonance. This demands a geometrical design that fits the eigenfrequencies of the two different modes. A frequency-deviation of only a few percent leads to non-acceptable disturbance of the elliptical motion. Thus, the mechanical design of the vibrators has to be done very carefully. Within this contribution we discuss different motor designs based on the coupling of two the same longitudinal vibrations within one structure to generate an elliptic motion of surface points. Different concepts based on piezoelectric plates and Langevin transducers are compared. Benefits and drawbacks against the combination of longitudinal and bending modes will be discussed. Numerical results of the stator vibration as well as motor characteristics are validated by measurements on different prototypes.  相似文献

The cross sections of the e + e ?→π+π?π +π?, e + e ?→π+π?π0π 0, and e + e ?→ωπ→ π+π?π 0π0 processes, as well as the e + e ?→π+π?π0π0 process with subtracted contribution of the ωπ intermediate state, are measured in experiments with a spherical neutral detector on the VEPP-2M collider in the energy range 0.98–1.38 GeV. About 41 000 events of the e + e ?→π+π?π+π ? process and more than 54 000 events of the e + e ?→π+π ?π0π0 process have been selected in experiment. The statistical error in determining the cross section is 2–20%, while the systematic error is 7 and 8%.  相似文献
