Reactions of biscyclopentadienyl (and bisindenyl) titanium (IV) dichlorides with sodium salts of various thiocarboxylic acids in tetrahydrofuran medium, yield the complexes of the general formula (D) 2Ti(SCOR) 2 where D is cyclopentadienyl or indenyl group and R? H, CH3, C2H5, C4H5 or p-C4H4CH3 group. The foul smelling complexes are monomeric in nature. Out of a total statistics of 896139La+Ag(Br) interactions, 128 interactions having multiplicity of target fragments (Z⩾1)⩾8 and projectile fragments (Z⩾2)⩾4 have been selected. They correspond to quasi-peripheral interactions. Azimuthal angle correlation between sources of
target fragments (TFs) and projectile fragments (PFs) shows the existence of bounce-off effect. Using data of La+Ag(Br) and84Kr+Ag(Br) reactions it is shown that individual helium [Z=2, PFs] and heavier fragment [Z⩾3, PFs] show different emission characteristics. Further, a two prong correlation functionT(Φ
ij
) plotted for heavier fragments and helium fragments separately, indicates the possibility of existence of different physical
conditions. This observation is supported by the different momentum widths of helium fragments and heavier fragments. From
the momentum width data of Kr+Ag(Br) reactions normalized density comes out to be ≈4.7. Using quasi-elastic kinematics for
the bounce-off nuclei, the excitation energy has been computed from the experimental data of flow angles. The strength of

We report synthesis, structure/micro-structure, resistivity under magnetic
field [ρ(T)H], Raman spectra, thermoelectric power S(T), thermal conductivity
κ(T), and magnetization of ambient pressure argon annealed
polycrystalline bulk samples of MgB2, processed under identical
conditions. The compound crystallizes in hexagonal structure with space
group P6/mmm. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals electron micrographs
showing various types of defect features along with the presence of 3–4 nm
thick amorphous layers forming the grain boundaries of otherwise crystalline
MgB2. Raman spectra of the compound at room temperature exhibited
characteristic phonon peak at 600 cm-1. Superconductivity is observed
at 37.2 K by magnetic susceptibility χ(T), resistivity ρ(T), thermoelectric power
S(T), and thermal conductivity κ(T) measurements. The power law fitting
of ρ(T) give rise to Debye temperature (ΘD) at 1400 K which is
found consistent with the theoretical fitting of S(T), exhibiting Θ
D of 1410 K and carrier density of 3.81 × 1028/m3. Thermal
conductivity κ(T) shows a jump at 38 K, i.e., at Tc, which was
missing in some earlier reports. Critical current density (Jc) of up to
105 A/cm2 in 1–2 T (Tesla) fields at temperatures (T) of up to 10 K
is seen from magnetization measurements. The irreversibility field, defined
as the field related to merging of M(H) loops is found to be 78, 68 and 42 kOe
at 4, 10 and 20 K respectively. The superconducting performance parameters
viz. irreversibility field (Hirr) and critical current density
Jc(H) of the studied MgB2 are improved profoundly with addition of
nano-SiC and nano-diamond. The physical property parameters measured for
polycrystalline MgB2 are compared with earlier reports and a

A proficient etiquette for the stereoselective synthesis of novel 3-methylthio-β-lactams and their Lewis acid mediated functionalization is described. Treatment of 2-methylthioethanoic acid and appropriate imines in the Staudinger reaction leads to the stereocontrolled synthesis of novel trans-3-methylthio-β-lactams in excellent yields. cis-3-Chloro-3-methylthio-β-lactams, obtained from stereoselective chlorination of trans-3-methylthio-β-lactams using N-chlorosuccinimide (NCS) and AIBN, were subjected to Lewis acid (TiCl4 or SnCl4) mediated functionalization using various active aromatic, heterocyclic and aliphatic compounds (nucleophiles). This reaction provides an easy access to novel, stereoselective cis-3-monosubstituted-3-methylthio-β-lactams, which further undergo smooth desulfurization with Raney-nickel to afford C-3 cis- and trans-monosubstituted-β-lactams. Therapeutic monitoring of theophylline can be accurately performed by radioimmunoassay (RIA). It is radioactive tracer as an essential reagent for the development of very sensitive RIA. Direct radiolabeling of theophylline with125I is very difficult due to the absence of appropriate functional groups. Hence carboxylic acid of theophylline was tagged to tyrosine methyl ester and then radiolabeled. The derivatives of theophylline, bearing a propionic acid and butyric acid side chains at seventh and eight position of theophylline, were synthesised and coupled to tyrosine methyl ester. Theophylline-tyrosine methyl ester conjugates were labeled with125I using chlora mine—T. Radiolabeled theophylline was purified by solvent extraction followed by thin layer chromatography. The purified radiolabeled compound were assessed for their radiochemical purity, specific activity and immunoreactivity. Stability studies of radiolabeled compounds were performed with different solvents at different temperatures. Theophylline serum samples analysed using developed and commercial kits showed the correlation coefficient of 0.961 (n=9). 相似文献

A thiacalix[4]arene based fluorescent chemosensor 3 in the cone conformation has been synthesized and its recognition behaviour is evaluated toward various metal ions in mixed aqueous media. The chemosensor 3 showed high selectivity towards Fe(3+) ions by fluorescence quenching of excimer emission. Further, evaluation of the 3·Fe(3+) complex prepared in situ demonstrated great promise for the detection of the Fe(3+) ion in the presence of amino acids, blood serum and bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution. The present study demonstrates the development of a supramolecular porous ensemble consisting of hetero‐oligophenylene derivative 6 and Au‐Fe3O4 nanodots. Supramolecular assemblies of AIE‐active hetero‐oligophenylene derivative 6 served as reactors for the generation of Au‐Fe3O4 nanodots. The as prepared supramolecular ensemble functioned as an efficient recyclable photocatalytic system for C(sp2)?H bond activation of anilines for the construction of quinoline carboxylates. Nitrile metabolizing enzymes, i.e., aldoxime dehydratase, hydroxynitrile lyase, nitrilase, nitrile hydratase, and amidase, are the key catalysts in carbon nitrogen triple bond anabolism and catabolism. Over the past several years, these enzymes have drawn considerable attention as prominent biocatalysts in academia and industries because of their wide applications. Research on various aspects of these biocatalysts, i.e., sources, screening, function, purification, molecular cloning, structure, and mechanisms, has been conducted, and bioprocesses at various scales have been designed for the synthesis of myriads of useful compounds. This review is focused on the potential of nitrile metabolizing enzymes in the production of commercially important fine chemicals such as nitriles, carboxylic acids, and amides. A number of opportunities and challenges of nitrile metabolizing enzymes in bioprocess development for the production of bulk and fine chemicals are discussed. 相似文献
