研究了(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3,(Na0.5Bi0.5)(1-x)BaxTiO3和(Na0.5Bi0.5)(1-x)SrxTiO3陶瓷的介电温谱,确认了该系列材料在520℃以下的高、低温两种介电反常和存在于这一温度区间的巨大热滞现象.发现该类材料只存在对应于低温介电反常的介电损耗峰,而对于高温介电峰则无对应的损耗峰.同时,常温时材料的结构特征对于其介电温谱的特征影响较小,但施加偏置场却可明显改变材料的介电温谱特征:1)可使得材料的热滞现象几乎消失;2)适当偏置场下材料升降温介电曲线可与零偏场下介电

单畴化不完善对铁电晶体的衍射强度有重要影响,在晶体结构分析中必须予以考虑。对于磷酸氢铅,本文导出了用来修正这种影响的关系式。在该晶体的结构分析中引入这种修正以后,得到了较好的拟合。

The size driven ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition in a ferroelectric of small size is studied within the framework of Landau phase transition theory.The transition is a consequence of the competition between decreasing the volume free energy by polarization and increasing the surface energy of the ferroelectric phase,which has a surface energy density higher than that in the paraelectric phase.A simple expression for the ferroelectric critical size as a function of the Landau free energy coefficients and the surface energy density is derived. 相似文献

Li_(0.025)Na_(0.975)NbO_3 undergoes a ferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition at 180K (on cooling) or 260 K (on heating). The structure determinations of both phases have been carried out by single crystal diffraction analysis. The ferroelectric room-temperature phase is orthorhombic, with space group Pc2_1b; the cell parameters are a=0.5508(3), b=1.5521(6), c=0.5568(2) nm. The structure is same with Li_(0.02)Na_(0.98)NbO_3. The ferroelectric low-temperature phase is also orthorhomhie, a=0.5497(7), b=0.7913(18), c=0.5565(10) nm, V=0.2421 nm, Z=4. There is disordernal position distribution of O(2) atomes in the low-temperature phase. Its “apparent space group” is P2/n2/n2/n. The relation of the ferroelectric properties to the low-temperature phase structure is discussed. 相似文献
