This paper investigates the nonequilibrium dynamics of two-dimensional Ising spin glass by dynamical Monte Carlo simulations. A new method is developed to quantitatively measure the age of domain growth. Using this method it investigates how temperature shift affects the effective age of domain growth. It finds that the T -shift dependence of the effective age follows the prediction of the droplet model quite well. It also investigates the overlap length between the spin glass states as well as the correlated flips of spins,which are not consistent with the theoretical predictions. The possible reasons are discussed. 相似文献

紫磷烯是一种结构稳定且具有优异光电特性的新型二维材料,研究掺杂效应有助于理解其物理本质,对进一步开发纳米电子器件具有重要意义.本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法,研究了非金属元素B,C,N,O掺杂单层紫磷烯的电磁性质.计算结果表明,B和N掺杂之后没有产生磁性,体系依旧表现为非磁性半导体;而C和O掺杂导致体系发生自旋劈裂,紫磷烯由非磁性半导体转变成为双极磁性半导体,其自旋密度主要分布在磷原子和间隙区域内而非杂原子上.电场调控氧掺杂紫磷烯可使其载流子的自旋极化方向发生反转,当施加一定大小的正向或反向的静电场时,能带色散程度变强,氧掺杂紫磷烯转变成100%自旋极化向下或向上的单自旋半金属磁体.基于氧掺杂紫磷烯材料设计的场效应自旋滤通器可利用改变门电压方向的方法实现电流自旋极化方向的反转,表明氧掺杂紫磷烯有望成为二维自旋场效应晶体管、双极磁性自旋电子学器件、双通道场效应自旋滤通器以及场效应自旋阀的理想候选材料. 相似文献

Using the dynamical Monte Carlo method we investigate the nonequilibrium effects in RKKY-coupling disordered spin glass. By the simulation we reproduce the well-known aging and memory phenomena and find the energy relaxation at a certain temperature happens only to the corresponding spins, which directly causes the nonequilibrium effects. Combining the master equation and the energy relaxation we analyse these phenomena and explain them from the dynamical perspective. 相似文献

通过动力学蒙特卡罗模拟对Sherrington-Kirkpatric (SK)自旋玻璃模型进行研究. 结果表明,弱场下自旋玻璃的磁化率在转变点非常陡峭,而比热容则呈现比较宽的转变. 同时,也成功地模拟了自旋玻璃体的年龄效应和记忆效应. 通过模拟发现,不同的弛豫时间对系统的能量影响很大,这直接导致了年龄效应和记忆效应;各向同性的SK模型不能给出实验中的交换偏移现象.

We have investigated the exchange bias and training effect in the
ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic (FM/AF) heterostructures using a
unified Monte Carlo dynamical approach. The magnetization of the
uncompensated AF layer is still open after the first field cycling
is finished. Our simulated results show obvious shift of hysteresis
loops (exchange bias) and cycling dependence of exchange bias
(training effect) when the temperature is below 45~K. The exchange
bias field decreases with decreasing cooling rate or increasing
temperature and the number of the field cycling. Essentially, these
two effects can be explained on the basis of the microscopical
coexistence of both reversible and irreversible moment reversals of
the AF domains. Our simulations are useful to understand the real
magnetization dynamics of such magnetic heterostructures. 相似文献

The magnetic properties of two-dimensional antiferromagnet NiGa2S4have attracted much attention and yet some problems are far from being solved. We investigate the magnetic properties of NiGa2S4by Monte Carlo simulations. A new spin-interacting model is proposed to describe the system, and the specific heat together with the doping effect of nonmagnetic impurity is studied by simulations. The double peaks of the specific heat as well as other behaviors are well reproduced. We also compare our results with those of other models, and the underlying physics is discussed. 相似文献

Up to now the chirality is seldom studied in the diluted spin glass although many investigations have been performed on the site-ordered Edwards-Anderson model. By simulation, we investigate the dynamicaJ properties of both the spin-glass and the chiral-glass phases in a diluted dipolar system, which was manifested to have a spin-glass transition by recent numerical study. By scaling we find that both phases have the same aging behavior and closer aging parameterμ. Similarly, the domains grow in the same way and both phases have a closer barrier exponent g2. It means that both the spins and the chirality have the same dynamical properties and they may freeze at the same temperature. 相似文献

By a method of hybrid physical-chemical vapour deposition (HPCVD) on three metal substrates of stainless steel, copper and niobium, we deposit MgB2 superconducting films over 1 μm thickness. All of them have zero resistance temperatures To(O) 〉 36 K and critical current densities Jc (IOK, OT) 〉106 A/cm^2. Meanwhile, in the bending test, all the MgB2 superconducting films adhere strongly to the metal substrates without peeling off. Therefore, the MgB2 superconducting films supplied by the HPCVD method exhibit preferable electrical, magnetic and mechanical properties, and have potential applications in future. 相似文献
