A base‐promoted three‐component coupling of carbon dioxide, amines, and N‐tosylhydrazones has been developed. The reaction is suggested to proceed via a carbocation intermediate and constitutes an efficient and versatile approach for the synthesis of a wide range of organic carbamates. The advantages of this method include the use of readily available substrates, excellent functional group tolerance, wide substrate scope, and a facile work‐up procedure.  相似文献

An electro-oxidative cyclization pathway in which hydrazones are selected as starting materials to generate amphiphiles by reacting with benzylamines and benzamides was reported. This strategy successfully prepared a series of 1,2,4-triazoles in satisfactory yields. Moreover, the use of cheap stainless steel as the anode, the feasibility to conduct the transformation as a one-pot reaction and the proof that scaling-up these reactions is possible make this transformation attractive for potential application in industry.  相似文献

In this paper, we use a result about binary quadratic forms to prove a general arithmetic convolution identity which contains Farkas’ formula and two other similar known formulas as special cases. From our identity, we deduce a number of analogous new convolution formulas.

Traditional torsional resonators, often obtaining the viscoelastic moduli of complex fluids only at one or several given discrete frequencies, lack the continuously varying frequency capability. This is an obvious disadvantage of the traditional torsional resonator technique. This paper presents an improved strategy, based on our previous discrete-frequency-measuring method (Wang et al., J Rheol 52:999–1011, 2008), to overcome such restriction and thus accomplish the continuously varying frequency capability of the traditional torsional resonator for measuring the viscoelastic properties of complex fluids. The feasibility of this strategy is demonstrated with the Newtonian fluids (several water–glycerol solutions) of viscosities varying from 10 to 1,400 cp by using our homemade torsion resonator apparatus in the 10 ~ 2,500 rad/s frequency range (continuous frequencies). Some results for typical viscoelastic polymers (two polyethylene oxide (PEO) aqueous solutions) are also given. Additionally, a comparison of the PEO results is made with the common rheometer technique. It is demonstrated that this improved strategy could enable the traditional torsional resonators, with one oscillating resonance mode, to work as the microrheological technique and the common rheometer technique in the continuous frequency range.  相似文献

This paper proposes an improved human-body-segmentation algorithm with attention-based feature fusion and a refined corner-based feature-point design with sub-pixel stereo matching for the anthropometric system. In the human-body-segmentation algorithm, four CBAMs are embedded in the four middle convolution layers of the backbone network (ResNet101) of PSPNet to achieve better feature fusion in space and channels, so as to improve accuracy. The common convolution in the residual blocks of ResNet101 is substituted by group convolution to reduce model parameters and computational cost, thereby optimizing efficiency. For the stereo-matching scheme, a corner-based feature point is designed to obtain the feature-point coordinates at sub-pixel level, so that precision is refined. A regional constraint is applied according to the characteristic of the checkerboard corner points, thereby reducing complexity. Experimental results demonstrated that the anthropometric system with the proposed CBAM-based human-body-segmentation algorithm and corner-based stereo-matching scheme can significantly outperform the state-of-the-art system in accuracy. It can also meet the national standards GB/T 2664-2017, GA 258-2009 and GB/T 2665-2017; and the textile industry standards FZ/T 73029-2019, FZ/T 73017-2014, FZ/T 73059-2017 and FZ/T 73022-2019.  相似文献

Quercetin, as a flavonol compound found in plants, has a variety of biological activities. It is widely present in nature and the human diet, with powerful oxidative properties and biological activities. In this review, the antioxidant mechanism and broad-spectrum antibacterial properties of quercetin are revealed; the intervention effects of quercetin on pesticide poisoning and the pathway of action are investigated; the toxic effects of main mycotoxins on the collection and the detoxification process of quercetin are summarized; whether it is able to reduce the toxicity of mycotoxins is proved; and the harmful effects of heavy metal poisoning on the collection, the prevention, and control of quercetin are evaluated. This review is expected to enrich the understanding of the properties of quercetin and promote its better application in clinical practice.  相似文献

Considerable progress has been made in the prediction methods of 3D structures of RNAs. In contrast, no such methods are available for DNAs. The determination of 3D structures of the latter is also increasingly needed for understanding their functions and designing new DNA molecules. Since the number of experimental structures of DNA is limited at present, here, we propose a computational and template-based method, 3dDNA, which combines DNA and RNA template libraries to predict DNA 3D structures. It was benchmarked on three test sets with different numbers of chains, and the results show that 3dDNA can predict DNA 3D structures with a mean RMSD of about 2.36 Å for those with one or two chains and fewer than 4 Å with three or more chains.  相似文献

The overall electrochemical performance of natural graphite is intimately associated with the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer developed on its surface. To suppress the interfacial electrolyte decomposition reactions and the high irreversible capacity loss relating to the SEI formation on a natural graphite (NG) surface, we propose a new design of the artificial SEI by the functional molecular cross-linking framework layer, which was synthesized by grafting acrylic acid (AA) and N,N′−methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) via an in situ polymerization reaction. The functional polymeric framework constructs a robust covalent bonding onto the NG surface with —COOH and facilitates Li+ conduction owing to the effect of the —CONH group, contributing to forming an SEI layer of excellent stability, flexibility, and compactness. From all the benefits, the initial coulombic efficiency, rate performance, and cycling performance of the graphite anode are remarkably improved. In addition, the full cell using the LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 cathode against the modified NG anode exhibits much-prolonged cycle life with a capacity retention of 82.75% after 500 cycles, significantly higher than the cell using the pristine NG anode. The mechanisms relating to the artificial SEI growth on the graphite surface were analyzed. This strategy provides an efficient and feasible approach to the surface optimization for the NG anode in LIBs.  相似文献

Necroptosis is the major cause of death in alveolar epithelial cells (AECs) during acute lung injury (ALI). Here, we report a previously unrecognized mechanism for necroptosis. We found an accumulation of mitochondrial citrate (citratemt) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated AECs because of the downregulation of Idh3α and citrate carrier (CIC, also known as Slc25a1). shRNA- or inhibitor–mediated inhibition of Idh3α and Slc25a1 induced citratemt accumulation and necroptosis in vitro. Mice with AEC-specific Idh3α and Slc25a1 deficiency exhibited exacerbated lung injury and AEC necroptosis. Interestingly, the overexpression of Idh3α and Slc25a1 decreased citratemt levels and rescued AECs from necroptosis. Mechanistically, citratemt accumulation induced mitochondrial fission and excessive mitophagy in AECs. Furthermore, citratemt directly interacted with FUN14 domain-containing protein 1 (FUNDC1) and promoted the interaction of FUNDC1 with dynamin-related protein 1 (DRP1), leading to excessive mitophagy-mediated necroptosis and thereby initiating and promoting ALI. Importantly, necroptosis induced by citratemt accumulation was inhibited in FUNDC1-knockout AECs.
