以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,通过改变铜源和表面活性剂,调控反应参数,溶剂热条件下制备了三维十字形、空心及实心的Cu2O球晶。利用XRD、SEM等表征手段,分析探讨了工艺条件变化对Cu2O球晶形貌的影响。研究表明,随着DMF浓度的增大,体系的还原能力增强,Cu+增多,溶液的过饱和度增大,Cu2O晶体集合体形态由晶体结构控制的各向异性与对称性的球晶逐渐向各向同性球晶演变。十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)等表面活性剂有助于降低溶液的过饱和度,增加结晶质的表面扩散能力,有利于规则形态Cu2O晶粒的形成。反应体系中,Cu(Ac)2·H2O水解生成的羧基与DMF中的甲酰基在高温下发生脱羧反应产生CO2气体以及SDS发泡作用产生的气体是形成空心Cu2O球晶的重要原因。 相似文献

Determination of amino acids in a complex matrix without derivatization is advantageous, however, difficulties are found in both the detection and the separation of those compounds. In this study, a rapid and reliable LC-MS-MS method for the quantitation of underivatized amino acids in exocellular media was established. Injections were made directly after centrifugation of the samples, without further preparation. The separation of seven underivatized amino acids was achieved on a reversed-phase C18 column with pentadecafluorooctanoic acid as a volatile ion-pair reagent, and the specific detection of most amino acids was achieved by MS-MS of the specific transitions [M + H]+-->[M + H - 46]+. The calibration curves of all analytes were linear over the range of 1.0-1000 microg ml(-1) and the detection limits ranged from 0.1 to 5 ng ml(-1), with an injection volume of 20 microl. The inter-day and intra-day precisions ranged from 2.6 to 5.7% and 4.8 to 8.2%, respectively; the mean recoveries of the seven analytes were 81-104%, 91-107% and 93-101% respectively at the spiked level of 10, 40 and 200 microg ml(-1). A large number of fermentation samples were analysed using this method. The technique is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive, and shows potential for the high-throughput quantitation of amino acids from other biological matrices. 相似文献

This paper considers the problem of robust stabilization via dynamic output feedbackcontrollers for uncertain two-dimensional continuous systems described by the Roesser's state space model. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded appearing in all the matrices of the system model. A sufficient condition for the existence of dynamic output feedback controllers guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system for all admissible uncertainties is proposed. A desired dynamic output feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

This paper considers the problem of positive real control for two-dimensional (2-D) discrete delayed systems in the Fornasini–Marchesini second local state-space model. Attention is focused on the design of dynamic output feedback controllers, which guarantee that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and the closed-loop transfer function is extended strictly positive real. We first present a sufficient condition for extended strictly positive realness of 2-D discrete delayed systems. Based on this, a sufficient condition for the solvability of the positive real control problem is obtained in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI). When the LMI is feasible, an explicit parametrization of a desired output feedback controller is presented. This paper extends the results obtained for one-dimensionalMarkovian jump systems, to investigate the problems of stochasticstabilization and H control of two-dimensional (2D) systemswith Markovian jump parameters. 利用“适配体-目标分子-适配体”的“三明治”夹心方式构建液晶生物传感检测三磷酸腺苷(ATP). 将ATP核酸适配体片段作为捕获探针固定在经TEA/DMOAP混合组装膜修饰的玻片基底表面, 当ATP存在时, 裂开的两部分核酸适配体与ATP结合形成双链结构, 有效诱导液晶分子取向发生变化从而引起光学信号的亮度及颜色发生变化, 实现对ATP的检测, 该方法在ATP浓度为10 nmol/L时仍可观测到明显的光学信号变化. 这种“适配体-目标分子-适配体”的“三明治”夹心式液晶生物传感方法具有无需标记, 操作简单等特点, 在快速检测小分子等物质领域中有广泛的应用前景. 相似文献
