HIRFL–CSR加速器中束流与真空中剩余气体的碰撞损失 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
研究了重离子加速器中束流与真空中剩余气体的碰撞损失过程和碰撞截面,在依据大量实验数据的基础上,提出了一组计算离子一原子的电荷交换截面的经验公式.以兰州重离子加速器HDRFL及冷却储存环CSR为例,给出了依据碰撞截面的公式计算束流在加速器真空中的传输效率的方法,并计算了在不同真空度下HIRFL的ECR源轴向注入束运线、注入器SFC、前束运线、主加速器SSC和后束运线等不同加速阶段及CSR的传输效率,并提出合理的真空度要求.HIRFL的真空分布测量和束流的损失测量证明了该计算方法的可靠性. 相似文献

To prevent cyanobacterial bloom in eutrophic water by ultrasonic method, ultrasonic irradiations with different parameters were tested to inhibit Spirulina platensis from growth. The experimental result based on cyanobacterial growth, chlorophyll a and photosynthetic activity showed that, the ultrasonic irradiation inhibited cyanobacterial proliferation effectively, furthermore the inhibition effectiveness increased in the order: 200 kHz>1.7 MHz>20 kHz and became saturated with the increased power. The inhibition mechanism can be mainly attributed to the mechanical damage to the cell structures caused by ultrasonic cavitation, which was confirmed by light microscopy and differential interference microscopy. The optimal frequency of 200 kHz in cavition and sonochemistry was also most effective in cyanobacterial growth inhibition. The higher frequency of 1.7 MHz is weaker than 20 kHz in cavitation, but has more effective inhibition because it is nearer to the resonance frequency of gas vesicle. The inhibition saturation with ultrasonic power was due to the ultrasonic attenuation induced by the acoustic shielding of bubbles enclosing the radiate surface of transducer. 相似文献

用X射线衍射动力学理论,模拟计算InP衬底上InGaAs/AllnAs超晶格和InGaAs单层膜的X射线双晶摇摆曲线,计算结果表明:薄膜界面粗糙对单层膜的衍射峰和超晶格的零级衍射峰影响较小,但却明显影响单层膜衍射干涉条纹和超晶格的±1级卫星峰,随着平均界面粗糙度的增大,单层膜衍射干涉条纹强度减弱并趋于消失;超晶格的±1级卫星峰变弱并逐渐展宽,理论计算的模拟双晶摇摆曲线与超晶格实验曲线比较表明:高质量匹配In0.53Ga0.47As(85?)/Al0.4

磺化乙丙三元共聚物(SEPDM)离聚体在二甲苯/5%正己醇混合溶剂中具有特异的粘浓关系和粘温关系,估计是由于金属离子被己醇溶剂化而影响离子间相互作用引起的,但尚未有更多的实验数据加以验证.本文用FTIR和ESR方法对SEPDM离聚体溶液作进一步考察,发现金属离子与己醇确实存在溶剂化效应,溶剂化程度与离子的大小、浓度和温度有关,它直接影响离子在溶液中存在的状态(单离子或离子聚集体),这些结果为从分子水平了解离聚体溶液性质提供了理论根据.用波谱方法研究离聚体溶液中的离子相互作用尚鲜见报道. 相似文献

CE conditions for monitoring the unsaturated disaccharides of hyaluronic acid (di-HA) and chondroitin sulfate (di-CS) using an alkaline tetraborate buffer, electrokinetic sample injection, and UV absorption detection at 232 nm are reported. Separations were performed in an uncoated fused-silica capillary having reversed polarity and reversed electroosmosis generated with the addition of CTAB to the buffer. The influence of various separation parameters, including the concentration of CTAB, buffer pH, concentration of tetraborate, and applied voltage, on the resolution of the two disaccharides was investigated. Baseline separation was obtained with 25 mM tetraborate at pH 10.0 and having 0.05 mM CTAB. Chloride and phosphate in the sample are beneficial for the stacking of the disaccharides, with di-HA forming a much sharper peak than di-CS. Using samples prepared in 25 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) and electrokinetic injection at the cathode at -10 kV for 40 s, linear relationships between the corrected peak area and the concentration of the disaccharides have been found in the ranges of 1.0-400.0 and 0.1-1.0 microg/mL (0.2-1.0 microg/mL for di-CS), with correlation coefficients being >0.9933 in all cases. The RSDs of detection times and corrected peak areas were between 1.13-1.24 and 1.57-2.13%, respectively. Applied to human serum samples that were prepared by ethanol precipitation and depolymerization of the two polysaccharides with chondroitinase ABC reveals comigration of endogenous compounds with di-HA and a sample-dependent detection time. The di-HA content in the serum sample can be estimated via subtraction of the blank peak that is obtained without enzymatic hydrolysis. 相似文献

Under the background of algae removal and growth inhibition by ultrasonic irradiation, the effects of ultrasonic irradiation on removal of Microcystis, the concentration variation of microcystins (MC) produced by Microcystis in Microcystis suspension, and sonochemical degradation of microcystins in water, were studied in the paper. The results showed that ultrasonic irradiation could efficiently inhibit the growth of Microcystis, and ultrasonic irradiation shorter than 5 min would not introduce the increase of microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension simultaneity. Also, microcystins dissolved in Microcystis suspension would not increase as ultrasonic power increasing. Further research showed that microcystins were effectively degraded in ultrasonic fields. After 20 min ultrasonic irradiation at 150 kHz and 30 W, the removal rate of microcystins reached 70%. 相似文献
