Functionalized 1,2-oxazinanes are interesting and valuable heterocycles with potential applications in synthetic and medicinal chemistry. A straightforward strategy for quick access to unprecedented trans-4-hydroxyl-5-azido/cyano/amino 1,2-oxazinanes are developed: N-COR 3,6-dihydro- 1,2-oxazine oxides are prepared with ease from related dihydro- 1,2-oxazines and opened by nucleophiles TMSN3, TMSCN and aryl/alkyl amines. Appropriate Lewis acid catalysts are found playing a vital role for both reaction rate and regioselectivity. The N-COR group can be removed under mild conditions to provide highly desirable NH 1,2-oxazinanes inaccessible via previous methods. 相似文献

The limiting (Mordukhovich) coderivative of the metric projection onto the second-order cone $\mathbb{R}^{n}$ is computed. A rapid and highly sensitive high-performance liquid chromatograpy method with fluorescence detection has been developed for determination of glutathione (GSH) in human plasma. A simple pre-column derivatization procedure with 7-flouro-4-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole (NBD-F) reagent was employed. The separation of the derivatized glutathione was performed using a mobile phase consisting of phosphate buffer (0.02 mol/L, pH 6.0)-acetonitrile (77:23, v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature 2°C. The eluted derivatives were fluorometrically detected at an excitation wavelength 470 nm and an emission wavelength 530 nm. Under the optimum chromatographic conditions, the calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.1 μmol/L to 10.0 μmol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9988. The precision of the method was satisfactory with the intra- and inter-day coefficient of variation being 6.3%, 6.9%, respectively. The structure transition of nanoparticles has a significant effect on their practical applications. In this study, the transition
temperature of CdS nanoparticles with the size of 3–5 nm from sphalerite to wurtzite structure is significantly reduced to
150 °C under a high pressure of 1 GPa, much lower than that 300–400 °C for CdS nanoparticles and 600 °C for bulk CdS under
room pressure. The lower transition temperature leads to an ultrafine grain size d = 5 nm for the formed wurtzite phase as compared with that d = 33 nm yielded under room pressure with a similar transition volume fraction of ~80%. The underlying physical mechanism

Composites composed of the mixed fibers of L-lactide (LA) grafted sisal fiber (SF-g-LA) and untreated sisal fiber (USF) in a poly (lactic acid) (PLA) matrix were prepared with SF-g-LA/USF fibers ratios of 0, 1:9, 3:7, 5:5, 7:3, 9:1, and 1. The mechanical properties and the interfacial performance of the mixed SF reinforced PLA composites were investigated. The results of the study showed that the introduction of SF-g-LA improved the tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the mixed SF reinforced PLA composites compared with pure PLA or PLA composites with only USF, resulting from the improved interfacial adhesion between SF-g-LA and the PLA matrix. In addition, the introduction of some amount of USF enhanced the reinforcing efficiency of the mixed SF in the composites compared to the PLA composites with only SF-g-LA, owing to the good mechanical properties of USF itself. Furthermore, as for the tensile strength and tensile modulus of the mixed SF reinforced PLA composites, the optimal ratio of SF-g-LA and USF was 7:3, whereas for the flexural modulus of the mixed SF reinforced PLA composites, the optimal mixed ratio of SF-g-LA and USF was 3:7. 相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an outstanding medical imaging modality but the quality often suffers from noise pollution during image acquisition and transmission. The purpose of this study is to enhance image quality using feature-preserving denoising method. In current literature, most existing MRI denoising methods did not simultaneously take the global image prior and local image features into account. The denoising method proposed in this paper is implemented based on an assumption of spatially varying Rician noise map. A two-step wavelet-domain estimation method is developed to extract the noise map. Following a Bayesian modeling approach, a generalized total variation-based MRI denoising model is proposed based on global hyper-Laplacian prior and Rician noise assumption. The proposed model has the properties of backward diffusion in local normal directions and forward diffusion in local tangent directions. To further improve the denoising performance, a local variance estimator-based method is introduced to calculate the spatially adaptive regularization parameters related to local image features and spatially varying noise map. The main benefit of the proposed method is that it takes full advantage of the global MR image prior and local image features. Numerous experiments have been conducted on both synthetic and real MR data sets to compare our proposed model with some state-of-the-art denoising methods. of a beam caused by an angular displacement is amplified by use of a reflecting mirror to increase the optical path difference
(OPD) in the plane-parallel plate, which provides high sensitivity of the phase measurement. Detection of light transmitted
through the plane-parallel plate with a position sensitive detector (PSD) enables high accurate measurement of the initial
angle of incidence to the plane-parallel plate with insensitivity to stray light. The improved parallel plate interferometer

报道了一种高精度测量光纤连接器端面几何参量的自动测量仪。叙述了光纤连接器的端面几何参量的测量原理。由光纤连接器端面形貌和纤芯中心坐标,可以高精度得到曲率半径、顶点偏移量、端面倾斜角和光纤高度等影响连接器性能的关键端面几何参量。该仪器体积小,自动化程度高,用户界面友好,使用方便,可测量物理接触、角度式物理接触等类型的光纤连接器端面几何参量。实际测量证明,该测量仪有很好的重复测量精度。该测量仪与美国Dorc公司ZX-1 mini PMS测量仪和Norland公司NC3000测量仪相比,测量精度水平相当。该仪器样机已通过华东国家计量测试中心的测试。 相似文献

针对高功率板条激光器核心工作器件——板条Nd:YAG晶体的超精密加工开展研究,分析了具有特殊构型的板条Nd:YAG晶体元件的加工性能及工艺难点,提出了一种新的基于合成盘抛光的板条Nd:YAG晶体加工工艺,并对规格为100mm×30mm×3mm的板条Nd:YAG晶体进行了加工实验。实验结果表明,合成盘抛光可以很好地控制元件的塌边现象;通过磨料的优化选择,在合成盘抛光工艺中匹配合适粒度的Al2O3磨料能够实现元件的低缺陷加工,元件下盘后的全反射面平面度达0.217λ(1λ=632.8nm),端面平面度达到0.06λ,表面粗糙度达0.55nm(RMS),端面楔角精度可达2″。 相似文献
