Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.     

An Economical Magnetocardiogram System Based on High-To SQUIDs

An economical magnetocardiogram （MCG） system is built in our laboratory. It mainly consists of a MCG data acquisition stage equipped with two high-To superconducting quantum interference device （SQUID） magnetometers, a data processing stage with digital filtering and a one-layer μ-metal magnetically shielded room in conjunction with a high-Tc SQUID based active compensation. Experimental results show that a noise level of pico-tesla in MCG profiles, which is necessary for clinical applications, may be achieved with the system. Moreover, stable and convenient operations of the system are demonstrated with simulating MCG measurements.     

画幅不稳定性的测定

补偿式高速摄影机拍摄频率高、画幅数量大,如采用单次曝光法测量画幅不稳定性,虽可直接求得画幅不稳定性的数值,但判读量大。利用游标原理的两次曝光法可以迅速对底片做出判读。     

新显色剂对羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及与镉显色反应的研究

本文报道了新色剂对羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成。     

ABeF_3(A=Na,K,Rb,Cs)体系中Eu~(2+)的f→f跃迁发射

合成了一系列Eu~(2+)激活的碱金属氟化物一氟化铍复合氟化物(ABeF_3∶Eu~(2+))磷光体。观察到了f→f跃迁引起的Eu~(2+)很强的锐线发射,尖峰位于360nm附近。随碱金属原子电负性减小,峰值向短波方向稍有移动。得到了与A.S.T.M一致的结晶学数据。穆斯堡尔谱和电子能谱结果表明,体系中有少许Eu~(3+)与Eu~(2+)共存。     

碳纳米管的色谱纯化法

目前碳纳米管的纯化方法很多,有物理法,化学法和物理化学综合法等,然而这些方法仍不能得到高纯度的碳纳米管。色谱法分离纯化碳纳米管已成为近年来研究的热点,该法不仅能高效分离得到高纯度的碳纳米管,而且还能达到长短分离,具有重要的学术和实际意义。已报道的色谱法纯化碳纳米管主要有空间排阻色谱法以及毛细管电泳法,本文对上述色谱法纯化碳纳米管做了详细介绍。     

论新时期中国学界理解马克思主义哲学的三种路向

在改革开放新时期开放多元的社会和学术环境下,援“西学”入“马”,以“西学”来解“马”,寻求出“新”,成为马克思主义哲学阐释的重要路径。“以西学解马”可以分两种：一种是以西方近代哲学为资源,对马克思主义哲学作一种“启蒙主义”式的解读;一种是以西方现当代哲学为资源,对马克思主义哲学作一种“后现代主义”式的解读。与此同时,中国学界还存在着致力于吸收前两种解释路向的成果、又不断在与它们相抗衡的第三种解释路向。把马克思主义哲学启蒙主义化和后现代主义化的缺陷,不仅在于后者理论本身具有缺陷、不符合马克思主义经典的结论,还在于这些思潮的立脚点在马克思本身的思想发展历程中,实际上都已经被马克思超越了。只有当马克思在其成熟时期完整提出其两大发现,马克思及其理论才显露出完整意义。我们要根据这一“原本”来理解马克思,在此基础上生发出创新成果。     

蜂窝夹层板撞击极限方程预测能力的提升

蜂窝夹层板撞击极限方程是空间碎片撞击航天器风险评估的关键技术,目前描述其预测能力的指标主要有总体、安全预测正确率和绝对、相对误差。基于131个蜂窝夹层板的实验数据,分别描述各个预测指标在方程系数空间的变化特征,并采用层次化思路进行方程预测指标提升的探讨。结果发现,进行方程优化时,预测概率型指标可精确优化,而预测误差型指标可快速优化;总体预测正确率作为首要预测指标可优先用于研究航天器的在轨防护特性,而安全预测正确率作为首要指标则可优先用于其设计安全性。
