声表面波标签是一种不使用集成电路芯片的射频识别技术。由于其与半导体射频标签在原理上的本质区别,在若于特殊场合下具有独特的优势。声表面波标签的码容量通常很难满足实际应用的需求,成为限制其广泛应用的主要原因。提出了一种设计声表面波射频标签系统的新方法,从以下两方面增大码容量:(1)根据实际系统的误差概率和所要求的可靠性,最佳地决定系统设计的分辨精度;(2)采用反射脉冲的时延间隔代替反射脉冲的绝对时延位置来表述该脉冲代表的码片值,从而避免了人为分组,在一定空间内最大可能地增大了码容量。以中心频率922.5 MHz、带宽5 MHz的射频标签为例,在8 mm长的128°YX-LiNbO3压电基片上,制作了码容量超过三下万的系统。该系统包括温度校准,在识别标签的同时并能测出温度,精度为0.5℃。 相似文献

分析了温度梯度和均匀温度对潜望式激光通信终端反射镜形变的影响,利用椭圆域上的Zernike多项式对椭圆反射镜的波前进行拟合,计算由于热形变导致的波前畸变误差,给出了星间激光通信终端反射镜均方根值、发射光束瞄准误差、接收端光强随温度梯度和均匀温度的变化关系。结果表明:温度梯度对反射镜的影响只是引起峰值光强的漂移和少许下降,当温度梯度为14 ℃/m时瞄准误差达2.1 μrad。均匀温度会引起接收端的光强分布变化,从而导致很大的瞄准误差和光强衰减,当均匀温度与参考温度的差值小于0.6 ℃时,由波前畸变误差引起的瞄准误差小于1 μrad,当差值大于0.6 ℃时,瞄准误差突然增大到几μrad,接收端光强分布发生变化,此时反射镜热形变引起的像散项对光强分布起重要作用。 相似文献

In this article, positively charged GVs were electroformed in a binary system of quaternary ammonium salts and egg phosphatidylcholine (EggPC) under an alternative current (AC) electric field. The diameter and charge density of the GVs is controlled by doping suitable cationic quaternary ammonium molecules into the EggPC bilayer. 由溶剂热法合成了 2 个锰的超分子配合物[Mn2(2,2''-bipy)4(H2O)Cl3](L1)·6H2O (1)和[Mn(2,2''-bipy)2(H2O)Cl](L2)·3H2O (2)(L1-=对甲基苯磺酸根,L2-=间硝基苯磺酸根,2,2''-bipy=2,2''-联吡啶),并用单晶X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重分析和氮气吸附-脱附测试对其进行了表征。以Mannich反应为探针,研究了2种配合物的催化性能,并通过对比2种配合物的扫描电镜和粉末X射线衍射表征结果,分析了配合物结构对其催化性能的影响。最后通过密度泛函理论预测了配合物的活性位点,利用X射线光电子能谱证明了活性位点的活化作用,进而阐述了配合物催化Mannich反应的机理。 相似文献

Recent advances in photocatalysis focus on the development of materials with hierarchical structure and on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) phenomenon exhibited by metal nanoparticles (NPs). In this work, both are combined in a material where size‐controllable Ag‐NPs are uniformly loaded onto the hierarchical microporous and mesoporous and nanocolumnar structures of ZnO, resulting in Ag‐NP/ZnO nanocomposites. The embedded Ag‐NPs slightly decrease the hydrophobicity of fibrous ZnO, improve its wettability, and increase the absorption of formaldehyde (H2CO) onto the photocatalyst, all of this resulting in excellent photodegradation of formaldehyde in aqueous solution. Besides, we found that Ag‐NPs with optimal size not only accelerate the charge transfer to the surface of ZnO, but also strengthen the SPR effect in the intercolumnar channels of fibrous ZnO particles combining with high concentration of photo‐generated radical species. The micro‐to‐mesoporous ZnO is like a nanoarray packed Ag‐NPs. With Ag‐NPs of diameter 2.5 < ? < 6.5 nm, ZnO exhibits the most superior photodegradation rate constant value of 0.0239 min?1 with total formaldehyde removal of 97%. This work presents a new feasible approach involving highly sophisticated Ag‐NP/ZnO architecture combining the SPR effect and hierarchically ordered structures, which results in high photocatalytic activity for formaldehyde photodegradation. 相似文献

A simple, cheap, sensitive and selective probe for determination of DNPH in wastewater using thioglycolic acid (TGA)‐coated CdTe QDs (TGA‐QDs) as fluorescence probe has been established, and the properties of CdTe QDs were characterized by TEM, FT‐IR, DLS, XRD and zeta potentials. CdTe QDs fluorescence is highly efficiently quenched after adding DNPH on account of electron transfer effect, and the fluorescence quenching behavior of CdTe QDs interaction with DNPH is static quenching process. A good linear relationship is observed between the relative fluorescence intensity (F0/F) and 0.06–10 ng mL?1 of DNPH. As compared with some of reported methods, LOD of this method for analysis of DNPH (0.23 ng mL?1) is the lowest. Masking agents of DDTC and NH4OH can eliminate the interference of Cu2+, Ag+ and Hg2+. Hence, DNPH can be selectively and accurately detected and the established method was successfully used for detecting DNPH in wastewater with acceptable recovery of 90.6–102%. 相似文献
