含氢硅单晶2210cm-1红外吸收峰本质的理论研究——Ⅰ.振子频率的价键力场计算

本文根据Urey-Bradely 力场的思想,用价键力场的方法对文献[1]中提出的含氢硅单晶中2210cm^-1吸收峰对应的缺陷复合体的两个模型:空位+4H,间隙硅烷,进行了振动频率的计算.在对计算结果和力常数调节合理性分析的基础上,得出了空位+4H模型比较合理的结论.此外还介绍了理论计算揭示的从实验上区分两个模型的可靠途径.     

离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽研究

通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了使用D-201型大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)的操作条件为：洗脱温度40℃、洗脱酸(HCI)浓度0．2mol／L、洗脱速度2．3ml／min、进样浓度2％(w／v)，进一步应用HPSEC技术分析考察了离子交换树脂纯化后含磷洗脱峰分子量分布情况，并计算了产品氮磷比与纯化收率．     

DIRECT DETERMINATION OF NEODYMIUM AND ERBIUM IN RARE EARTH MIXTURE BY DERIVATIVE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

The absorption spectra of 4f electron transitions of the complexes of neodymium and erbium with 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid in the presence of diethylamine and ethanol have been measured by normal and third-derivative spectrophotometry. Their molar absorptivities are 70.7 l.mol~(-1).cm~(-1) for Nd and 62.5 l.mol~(-1).cm~(-1) for Er. They are 7.6 times and 14.9 times greater than those of corresponding chlorides, respectively. Use of the third-derivative spectra both eliminates the interference of Ce(Ⅳ) and increases the sensitivity for Nd and Er. Beer,s Law was obeyed from 0-10 ug/ml of Nd and Er. The method has been applied to the determination of neodymium and erbium in rare earth mixtures.

Computational Insight into Biotransformation Profiles of Organophosphorus Flame Retardants to Their Diester Metabolites by Cytochrome P450

Biotransformation of organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) mediated by cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYPs) has a potential correlation with their toxicological effects on humans. In this work, we employed five typical OPFRs including tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCIPP), tris(1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TCIPP), tri(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), triethyl phosphate (TEP), and 2-ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate (EHDPHP), and performed density functional theory (DFT) calculations to clarify the CYP-catalyzed biotransformation of five OPFRs to their diester metabolites. The DFT results show that the reaction mechanism consists of Cα-hydroxylation and O-dealkylation steps, and the biotransformation activities of five OPFRs may follow the order of TCEP ≈ TEP ≈ EHDPHP > TCIPP > TDCIPP. We further performed molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to unravel the binding interactions of five OPFRs in the CYP3A4 isoform. Binding mode analyses demonstrate that CYP3A4-mediated metabolism of TDCIPP, TCIPP, TCEP, and TEP can produce the diester metabolites, while EHDPHP metabolism may generate para-hydroxyEHDPHP as the primary metabolite. Moreover, the EHDPHP and TDCIPP have higher binding potential to CYP3A4 than TCIPP, TCEP, and TEP. This work reports the biotransformation profiles and binding features of five OPFRs in CYP, which can provide meaningful clues for the further studies of the metabolic fates of OPFRs and toxicological effects associated with the relevant metabolites.

技术作为一种基础性的力量能对艺术发展起到关键作用,但在艺术理论建构过程中这一点却没有得到足够重视。技术从“能量”和“信息”两个维度对艺术产生根本性的影响,因此“为能量使用立法”和“阐释信息”则成为从技术维度建构艺术理论的路径。当下中国正经历一场以移动互联、5G等新引发的技术激变,艺术世界也面临一场崭新变革。艺术理论从技术维度的导向突破实现理论创新,不仅对艺术学自身建设有意义,对整个人文学科的创新发展也都有着不容忽视的意义。     

SYNTHESIS OF CeO2 NANOPARTICLES IN W/ O MICROEMULSION

The phase composition and properties of microemulsion system of Titron N-101 / n-pentanol/ n-octane/ water (ammonia solution) were studied. CeO₂ nanopaticles were prepared by the reaction of cerous nitrate.     

ISOVALEROYL OXOKADSURANE,A NOVEL DIBENZOCYCLOOCTADIENE LIGNAN POSSESSING A SPIROBENZOPURANOID SKELETON

Isovaleroyl oxokadsurane, a novel dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan pos-sessing a spirobenzofuranoid skeleton was isolated from the stems of Kadsura coccinea.Its structure and relative configuration were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.     

Efficient Green Procedure for the Synthesis of Coumarin Derivatives by a One‐Pot,Three‐Component Reaction under Solvent‐Free Conditions

A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the synthesis of coumarin derivatives through a one‐pot reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, in the presence of TEBA under solvent‐free conditions using grinding methods. The mild reaction conditions, simple protocol, high yields, and cleaner reaction make this protocol practical and economically attractive.     

石英砂粒径对水合物沉积物力学性质的影响

利用自主研发的水合物沉积物原位合成与力学性质测试的高压低温三轴仪,通过多级加荷的试验方法,以不同粒径的砂粒作为沉积物骨架进行三轴压缩试验,得到了剪切过程的应力-应变关系曲线,以及不同粒径尺寸沉积物的强度,还有剪切过程中的体积变化关系。结果表明:含水合物沉积物强度随着沉积物粒径尺寸的增大而增强;在降压剪切过程中,所有粒径的水合物沉积物式样均有明显的剪缩现象。
