A new calorimeter energy calibration method was developed for the proposed ILC detectors. The method uses the center-of-mass
energy of the accelerator as the reference. It has been shown that using the energy conservation law it is possible to make

In ensembles of annealed ferrimagnetic alloy (DyPr)–(CoFe)–B microparticles in the free state and fixed in polymer, the coercivity differs more than by an order of magnitude. The contributions of orientation locking of magnetic axes of particles and the dipole magnetic interaction between particles to the coercivity and saturation magnetization field of an ensemble are discussed. In ensembles of unannealed microparticles, the effect of their locking and dispersing in polymer is significantly weaker. 相似文献

The effect of small copper additions (to ~6 at %) on the distribution of iron ions in six crystallographic sites of the unit cell of the main magnetic phase (PrDy)2(FeCo)14B has been detected. An increase in the copper concentration leads to a decrease in the 8j1 site occupation by iron ions. Independently of the presence of copper, the temperature dependences of the saturation magnetization of all samples have a minimum which can correspond to the presence of a low-temperature phase or a compensation point in grain boundary regions of the (PrDy)2(FeCo)14B main magnetic phase. The alloys under study are not additive sets of all phases in their composition, but behave as new materials with the mutual influence of phases on each other. 相似文献

The static and high-frequency dynamic magnetic properties and photoluminescence of two-dimensional semiconductor GaAs heterostructures
containing an InGaAs quantum well and a thin manganese layer (δ layer) are studied. It is found that the Curie temperature
is T
C ≈ 35 K and the magnetic anisotropy field of the ferromagnetic manganese δ layer is H
a ≈ 600 Oe. The spin resonance spectrum exhibits a line in weak fields (from −50 to 100 Oe), which is observed in the same
temperature interval T < 40 K where the ferromagnetic ordering of the manganese δ layer occurs. This line is probably caused by the nonresonance
contribution of the spin-dependent scattering of charge carriers to the negative magnetic resistance. The dependence of the
degree of polarization of photoluminescence on the magnetic field also points to the ferromagnetic behavior of the manganese

The influence of a static magnetic field on the instability of plastic flow (the Portevin-Le Chatelier effect) is revealed in NaCl: Eu quenched crystals. It is found that, in an external magnetic field, the yield stress of the crystals is reduced, the probability of plastic strain jumps and their amplitude decrease, and the amplitude distribution of the plastic strain jumps becomes random. The number of shear bands formed on the surface of crystals strained in the magnetic field is halved as compared to that observed without a magnetic field. 相似文献

20 and 200 nm. It has been revealed that the growth of the spin-glass phase with noncollinear ordering of spins in nanowires
is suppressed in favor of the uniaxial antiferromagnetic phase. A decrease in the nanowire diameter leads to an increase in
the anisotropy of the magnetic resonance spectra. This is associated with the magnetocrystalline anisotropy that considerably
