A novel type of V-shaped (isosceles triangle cross-section) diffuser/nozzle element is proposed for use for valveless micropump. Stationary fluid dynamic behaviour of V-shaped diffuser/nozzle elements in a valveless micropump is investigated by experiment and simulation. Both the results agree well with each other when the Reynolds number is higher than 100 and the pressure loss coefficient ratio of micropump nearly always keeps a constant. For a single V-shaped diffuser, the general trends of variation of pressure loss coefficient with opening angle and Reynolds number are opposite in small and large angles. Compared with conical and flat-wall diffusers, V-shaped diffuser shows the smallest pressure loss when the Reynolds number is 200. 相似文献

A novel metal-organic complex [La(o-NCP)3]n(o-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)imidazo(4,5- f)(1,10)-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.898(2), b = 16.193(3), c = 16.909(3) , α = 67.68(3), β = 80.85(3), γ = 78.78(3)o, V = 2448.2(8) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 1156.9, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.065, the final R = 0.051 and wR = 0.123 for 8539 observed reflections with I 2A(I). The complex exhibits a one-dimensional double chain structure. The adjacent chains are further connected by N–H...N hydrogen bonds which help to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. 格子Boltzmann方法可以有效地模拟水动力学问题,边界处理方法的选择对于可靠的模拟计算至关重要.本文基于多松弛时间格子Boltzmann模型开展了不同边界条件下,周期对称性结构和不规则结构中流体流动模拟,阐述了不同边界条件的精度和适用范围.此外,引入一种混合式边界处理方法来模拟多孔介质惯性流,结果表明:对于周期性对称结构流动模拟,体力格式边界条件和压力边界处理方法是等效的,两者都能精确地捕捉流体流动特点;而对于非周期性不规则结构,两种边界处理方法并不等价,体力格式边界条件只适用于周期性结构;由于广义化周期性边界条件忽略了垂直主流方向上流体与固体格点的碰撞作用,同样不适合处理不规则模型;体力–压力混合式边界格式能够用来模拟周期性或非周期性结构流体流动,在模拟多孔介质流体惯性流时,比压力边界条件有更大的应用优势,可以获得更大的雷诺数且能保证计算的准确性. 相似文献

Dense and crack-free double-scale lead zirconate titanate (Pb(Zr0.52 Ti0.48 )O3, PZT) composite piezoelectric thick films have been successfully fabricated on Au/Cr/SiO2/Si substrates by a modified sol-gel method. The XRD analysis indicates that the thick film possesses a single-phase perovskite-type structure. The SEM micrograph shows that the surface is crack-free and the cross section is dense and dear. The thickness of the PZT thick film is about 4 μm. It also exhibits good ferroelectric properties, and has high direct current compression resistant properties. At the test frequency of 1 kHz, the film has the coercive field of 50 kV/cm, the saturation polarization of 54μC/cm^2 and the remnant polarization of 30 μC/cm^2. 相似文献
