Derivatives of 2,3-(1,4-dialkoxyaceno)norbornadiene underwent ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) upon the catalysis of a ruthenium complex to afford the corresponding polymers. The polymeric materials containing anthracene chromophores emit white electro-luminescence, which can be fabricated into light-emitting diodes (LED). The broad emission band is composed of a blue emission from anthracene and a red emission from aggregates. A single layer device, ITO/polymer/Ca/Al, can be turned on at 7V and exhibits maximum intensity 427 cd/m2 at 15 V. A double layer device, ITO/polymer/TPBI/Mg:Ag (TPBI = (2,2′,2"-(1,3,5-benzenetriyl)-tris(1-phenyl-1H-benzimidazole)) displayed blue light with turn-on voltage 6 V and maximal intensity 930 cd/m2 at 15 V.Derivatives of bisindolylmaleimide were found to form amorphous solid films which exhibit intensive red luminescence. The property of forming glasses can be ascribed to the nonplanar geometry of these molecules. LED devices were fabricated by a layer of pure dye sandwiched between two charge transporting films. The yellow emission spectrum of the devices utilizing Alq (tris(8-hydoxyquinolinato)aluminum) contains a green component from Alq. Pure red emissions can be achieved by replacing Alq with TPBI. Typical devices can be turned on at ~3 V with maximal intensity 2000 cd/m2. White color devices are under current investigation, in which the green Alq layer is replaced by its blue derivative (bis(2-methyl-8-hydoxyquinolinato)(phenolato)aluminum). 相似文献

本工作测量了MgIIλ4481?(32D—42F)在电子数密度为7×1016—3.1×1017电子数/cm3范围内的谱线轮廓和位移。采用振荡型电容放电作为光谱光源。在光源中引入水汽,由测量Hβ谱线宽度来定电子数密度。观测结果指出,Hβ的实验轮廓和Griem-Kolb-Shen的计算结果符合颇好。实验发现MgIIλ4481?谱线向紫方位移,并正比于微观电场的平方;由此定出一个经验上的二级斯塔克效应常数C4=5.0×10-14cm4/sec。该谱线的轮廓宽度和标准微观电场之间也有平方正比的关系。发现在本实验条件范围内,宽度和位移的比值γ/△保持为常数,其值为γ/△=10.4±0.6。由于谱项42D的二级斯塔克效应的干扰而产生上能级42F位移的理论计算虽能说明谱线位移和微观电场间的平方正比关系,但数值偏小于实验结果,指出还有电子贡献的部分。把光谱线的宽度和Lindholm理论公式及Griem等的近似公式作了比较;简单的估计指出,实验结果和后者符合较好。 相似文献

本文在20°—300°K研究了室温载流子浓度2×1012—1×1020cm-3含硼或磷(砷)Si的电学性质。对一些p-Si样品用弱场横向磁阻法及杂质激活能法进行了补偿度的测定,并进行了比较。从霍尔系数与温度关系的分析指出,对于较纯样品,硼受主能级的电离能为0.045eV,磷施主能级为0.045eV,在载流子浓度为1018—1019cm-3时发现了费米简并,对载流子浓度为2×1017—1×1018cm-3的p-Si及5×1017—4×1018cm-3的n-Si观察到了杂质电导行为。从霍尔系数与电导率计算了非本征的霍尔迁移率。在100°—300°K间,晶格散射迁移率μ满足关系式AT-a,其中A=2.1×109,α=2.7(对空穴);或A=1.2×108,α=2.0(对电子)。另外,根据我们的材料(载流子浓度在5×1011—5×1020cm-3间),分别建立了一条电阻率与载流子浓度及电阻率与迁移率的关系曲线,以提供制备材料时参考之用。 相似文献

Abstract Visual and photographic observations of unidirectional solidification of liquids that shrink by about 10%% is reported. The liquid is contained in a constant-volume (sealed) cylindrical cell. To estimate the effect of gravity, cooling is provided from above or below. For degassed liquids, when solidified from below, it is observed that the shrinkage is accommodated at the top (like a cavity). However, when solidified from above, the shrinkage is accommodated by formation of voids and worms filled with vapor. The effect of dissolved gases is also investigated. It is observed that dissolved gases tend to distribute the voids for both solidification from below and above. Hence, dissolved gases may be used to control the location of shrinkage voids. Some discussions and predictions are made regarding the location of voids formed under zero gravity. 相似文献
