在很高的温度和适宜的生长条件下,分别采用熔盐籽晶法和高温引上法生长了高质量的YAP、NAB、KTP、LN、BBO、SBN等多元氧化物单晶,它们具有优良的物理化学性能,严格的化学比,固定的组成与结构以及较好的化学均匀性和电子束轰击下的稳定性。广泛地用于激光和非线性光学领域。我们选用这些晶体为原材料研制电子探针定量分析的标准样品。经过测量和标定,这些单晶标样符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 4930-85(电子探针显微分析标准样品通用技术条件)的规定。含有稀土元素的标样如NAB和YAP能发出绿色荧光,是电子显微术中理想的阴极发光材料。 相似文献

A NEW-TYPE ULTRAVIOLET SHG CRYSTAL——β-BaB_2O_4 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
On the basis of our work "An anionic group theory of electro-optical and nonlinear optical effects of the crystals", we first proposed the possibility of searching for new-type SHG crystals among the inorganic materials possessing planar ring groups. Since then, a new-type ultraviolet StIG crystal—β-BaB_2O_4 has been developed, a crystal with excellent optical homogeneity, anti-deliquescence and easy-working mechanical properties. Various measurements have been made thereupon of its powder sample tests, phase diagram, structural determination and other performance tests. The following parameters of β-B_aB_2O_4 have thus been determined: space group at room temperature R3, melting point 1095℃, phase transition temperature 925±5℃, transparent band range 190—2500mμ, phase matching angle at 539—270mμ 47°, and radiation damage threshold 2GW/em~2. 新型紫外倍频晶体β-BaB_2O_4的光学性能和生长 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
本文报道了新型紫外倍频晶体——β-BaB_2O_4的生长、性能和应用前景.这一晶体的空间群为R_3,且以(B_3O_6)~(-3)平面环状基因为基本结构单位,其熔点为1095℃,采用高温熔盐法生长.晶体的有效倍频系数约为ADP的3—6倍(不同波长),透光波段为190mμ→3000 mμ,在539mμ→270 mμ范围内其信频转换的相匹配角只有47°,因此在紫外区具有比Urea晶体更大的相匹配范围.光损伤阀值为2GW/cm~2.同时,这一晶体还具有光学均匀性好,不易潮解,能承受各种机械加工等等优点,预计这一新型晶体在紫外和近红外区将会有广泛的应用前景。 相似文献
