Alkaloids such as cinchonidine, quinine and N-methylephedrine have been N-alkylated using polymeric benzyl halides or co-polymerized and then N-alkylated, thus affording a series of polymer-supported chiral ammonium salts which have been employed as phase-transfer catalysts in the asymmetric benzylation of an N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine ester. These new polymeric catalysts can be easily recovered by simple filtration after the reaction and reused. The best ee's were achieved when Merrifield resin-anchored cinchonidinium ammonium salts were employed.  相似文献

The enantioselective synthesis of cyanohydrin O‐phosphates by using in situ generated bifunctional catalysts (R)‐ or (S)‐3,3′‐bis(diethylaminomethyl)‐1,1′‐binaphthol–aluminium chloride (binolam–AlCl) is reported. The reaction, which can be described as an overall cyano‐O‐phosphorylation of aldehydes, has a wide scope and applicability. Evidence is also provided, including ab initio and DFT calculations, in support of supported by the Lewis acid/Brønsted base (LABB) dual role of the catalyst in inducing first the key enantioselective hydrocyanation, which is then followed by O‐phosphorylation. A brief screening of the synthetic usefulness of the resulting cyanohydrin O‐phosphates unveiles some interesting applications. Among them, chemoselective hydrolysis, reduction and palladium‐catalysed nucleophilic allyl substitution, thereby leading to enantiomerically enriched α‐O‐phosphorylated α‐hydroxy esters, β‐amino alcohols and γ‐cyanoallyl alcohols, respectively. Naturally occurring (?)‐tembamide and (?)‐aegeline are synthesised accordingly.  相似文献

The treatment of allylarylamines with mercury(II) acetate in tetrahydrofuran followed by a double decomposition reaction with potassium bromide leads to trans-2,5-bis(bromomercuriomethyl)-1,4-diarylpiperazines (2). The stereochemistry of the reaction products has been elucidated by an 1H-nmr spectroscopic study of the trans-2,5-dimethyl-1,4-diarylpiperazines (3) obtained by sodium borohydride reduction of 2 in alkaline media. The course of the reaction strongly depends on the steric demand of the groups attached to either the allylic group or the ortho-position in the aromatic ring of the starting amine (1).  相似文献

Three types of butadiene-styrene copolymers, diblock, triblock and random, were partially hydrogenated in their elastomeric units in order to determine the influence of hydrogenation extent on their thermal properties. The hydrogenation reactions were carried out using a Ziegler-Natta type catalyst and the extent of hydrogenation was evaluated by FTIR spectroscopic technique. The percentage of crystallinity was determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), considering the low density polyethylene (LDPE) as reference since the saturation of elastomeric units with low content of 1,2-vinyl bonds gives a structure which resembles to LDPE, thus semi-crystalline polymers were obtained. On the other hand, the glass transition temperature (Tg) for the hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated copolymers as well as their heat of fusion, were also determined by DSC. An equation to evaluate the Tg of partially hydrogenated random copolymers is proposed considering both the saturated and unsaturated fractions. The thermo-oxidative behaviour of certain hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated copolymers was evaluated by thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). The results obtained by TGA suggest that a minimum saturation level is necessary in order to improve the thermo-oxidative resistance of the polymers.  相似文献

Phosphane-free oxime-derived palladacycle 2 is an efficient precatalyst for the copper-free acylation of terminal alkynes with different carboxylic acid chlorides in toluene in the presence of 3 equiv of TEA as base, giving the corresponding ynones in good yields. The coupling reaction can normally be performed under air or under inert atmosphere when very low catalyst loadings (10(-3) mol % Pd) (turnover numbers (TONs) up to 23,000, turnover frequencies (TOFs) up to 958 h(-1)) or sensitive carboxylic acid chlorides are used. In addition, Pd(OAc)(2) has been shown as an efficient catalyst for the ligandless process, although usually working under higher loading conditions. This new protocol allows one to perform the synthesis of ynones at 110 degrees C, at room temperature, or under microwave irradiation conditions.  相似文献

Optimized reaction conditions for the mono- and beta,beta-diarylation of electron-deficient alkenes in aqueous media catalyzed either by a p-hydroxyacetophenone oxime-derived palladacycle or by palladium(II) acetate under phosphine-free conditions and in the presence of (dicyclohexyl)methylamine as base are described. Regioselective monoarylation of unsubstituted and substituted alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds takes place with aryl iodides at 120 degrees C in water. Aqueous N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA), tetra-n-butylammonium bromide (TBAB) as additive, and the palladacycle as catalyst are the most efficient conditions for the coupling with aryl bromides, good stereoselectivities being also obtained in the arylation of crotonates and itaconates, whereas cinnamic derivatives afford lower steroselectivity, with the exception of cinnamic acid and nitrile. beta,beta-Diarylation of unsubstituted alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds can be controlled by using higher loading of the palladacycle and can be performed in refluxing water for aryl iodides, whereas DMA must be used for aryl bromides. Microwave irradiation can be used in the monoarylation of tert-butyl acrylate with aryl iodides in water or the coupling between ethyl cinnamate and aryl bromides in aqueous DMA.  相似文献

Two salts of acyclic Schiff base cationic ligands, namely N,N′‐bis(2‐nitrobenzyl)propane‐1,3‐diammonium dichloride monohydrate, C17H22N4O42+·2Cl·H2O, (I), and 2‐hydroxy‐N,N′‐bis(2‐nitrobenzyl)propane‐1,3‐diammonium dichloride, C17H22N4O52+·2Cl, (II), were synthesized as precursors in order to obtain new acyclic and macrocyclic multidentate ligands and complexes. The cation conformations in compounds (I) and (II) are different in the solid state, although the cations are closely related chemically. Similarly, the hydrogen‐bonding networks involving ammonium cations, hydroxyl groups and chloride anions are also different. In the cation of compound (II), the hydroxyl group is disordered over two sets of sites, with occupancies of 0.785 (8) and 0.215 (8).  相似文献

The multicomponent Amine-Aldehyde-Dienophile reaction is optimized employing benzyl or 4-methoxybenzylamine. The interest of the transformation consist in the synthesis of polysubstituted cyclohex-2-enylamines. The study of the scope of this AAD process is carried out, as well as the diastereoselective version, employing commercially available chiral benzylic amines and a maleimide with the chiral information at the N-substituent. VCD spectroscopy is a very useful tool for the determination of the absolute configuration of the isolated enantiomerically enriched compounds.  相似文献
