无机锡催化δ-酮腈异构化成吡啶酮反应的研究

本文分别对三种无机锡(SnCl~2,SnO和SnO~2)催化δ-酮腈异构化成吡啶酮的条件进行了考察。实验结果表明:SnCl~2和SnO具有很高的催化活性。     

Development of an indirect competitive ELISA for the determination of papaverine

Papaverine (1-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-6,7-dimethoxyisoquinoline, PAP) is a member of the benzylisoquinoline sub-group of the opium alkaloids. It has been widely used for treating diseases like pulmonary arterial embolism and renal or biliary colic. In this paper, a specific conjugate of mono-demethylated papaverine-O-carboxylmethyl ether (MDMPAP-O-CME) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was synthesized and used as the complete antigen (PAP-BSA), with which we successfully obtained a high-titer anti-PAP polyclonal antibody (pAb) by immunization of rabbits. The anti-PAP pAb showed high affinity to papaverine with an affinity constant (K_aff) of 7.3 × 10⁷ L/mol. With this antibody, we established a sensitive immunochemical method for the determination of papaverine based on indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The optimal concentrations of the coated antigen (PAP-OVA) and purified pAb used in the ELISA were 5 and 1.2 μg/mL, respectively. The cross reactivity of other benzylisoquinoline derived substances, including 1-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-isoquinoline (6-methoxy-papaveroline, MPAPO), morphine (MP) and codeine (CD) were all lower than 1%. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.1-1000 ng/mL. Normal human serum samples were spiked with known amount of papaverine and measured by the ELISA. Recoveries were between 102% and 105%. Papaverine content in a commercial papaverine hydrochloride injection sample was also determined using the established ELISA. Compared with the results given by the control experiment of HPLC, the recoveries of ELISA to detect injection samples were 102-110%. The limits of detection for synthetic serum samples and injection samples of papaverine hydrochloride were 0.25 and 0.06 ng/mL, respectively.

本文研究了以乙醇为溶剂,CaCl_2为助催化剂,双核磺化酞菁铜(Ⅱ)催化氧化α-萘酚制备α-萘醌的各种因素。提出了可能的反应机理。     

Spatial snowdrift game in heterogeneous agent systems with co-evolutionary strategies and updating rules

We propose an evolutionary snowdrift game model for heterogeneous systems with two types of agents, in which the inner-directed agents adopt the memory-based updating rule while the copycat-like ones take the unconditional imitation rule; moreover, each agent can change his type to adopt another updating rule once the number he sequentially loses the game at is beyond his upper limit of tolerance. The cooperative behaviors of such heterogeneous systems are then investigated by Monte Carlo simulations. The numerical results show the equilibrium cooperation frequency and composition as functions of the cost-to-benefit ratio r are both of plateau structures with discontinuous steplike jumps, and the number of plateaux varies non-monotonically with the upper limit of tolerance vTas well as the initial composition of agents fa0.Besides, the quantities of the cooperation frequency and composition are dependent crucially on the system parameters including vT, fa0, and r. One intriguing observation is that when the upper limit of tolerance is small, the cooperation frequency will be abnormally enhanced with the increase of the cost-to-benefit ratio in the range of 0 < r < 1/4. We then probe into the relative cooperation frequencies of either type of agents, which are also of plateau structures dependent on the system parameters. Our results may be helpful to understand the cooperative behaviors of heterogenous agent systems.     

共振光散射方法研究钙存在下十二烷基苯磺酸钠的聚集行为

利用共振光散射技术在不引入探针的条件下,建立了室温下直接测定十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的临界胶束浓度(CMC)的方法.研究发现:在室温下,SDBS水溶液的共振光散射强度(RLS)随SDBS浓度的增加而增强;且当SDBS接近其临界胶束浓度时,RLS强度增强显著,共振光散射峰分别位于330和396 nm.396 nm处的RLS强度与SDBS浓度关系曲线呈S型曲线,本文将曲线突升起点处两条切线的交点对应的SDBS浓度,确定为SDBS的临界胶束浓度(CMC),这与荧光芘探针和电导率等方法测定结果基本一致.并利用此方法分别研究了Ca2+浓度对SDBS及其SDBS-聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)复配体系聚集行为的影响.结果表明,SDBS与OP以1∶ 3复配时,增强了体系的抗钙能力.
