The molecular structure of 1-formyl-3-phenyl-Δ2-pyrazoline was determined by X-ray crystallography (triclinic, P-1). The geometry thus obtained was compared with that obtained by DFT calculations. The GIAO method was used to calculate absolute shieldings, which agree conveniently with those measured by 13C and 15N NMR. The title compound appears to be an essentially planar molecule.  相似文献

The molecular structures of novel donor-functionalized terphenyl derivatives of trivalent ytterbium, yttrium, and samarium of composition [DanipYb(mu2-Cl)2(mu3-Cl)Li(THF)]2 (1) and [DanipLn(mu2-Cl)2(mu2-Cl)Li(THF)2]2 (Ln = Y, 2; Ln = Sm, 3) are reported [Danip = 2,6-di(o-anisol)phenyl]. The complexes are obtained from the reaction of equimolar amounts of DanipLi and LnCl3 (Ln = Yb, Y, Sm) in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature in 60% yield. 1-2 toluene crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Ponebar. Crystal data for 1-2 toluene at 203 K: a = 9.7281(9) A; b = 12.7989(12) A; c = 13.4870(12) A; alpha = 91.553(2) degrees; beta = 103.957(2) degrees; gamma = 109.916(2) degrees; V = 1521.2(2) A(3); Z' = 1; D(calcd) = 1.615 g cm(-3); R1 = 3.43%. 2-toluene crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Ponebar. Crystal data for 2-toluene at 203 K: a = 10.4152(10) A; b = 12.5783(12) A; c = 14.4640(14) A; alpha = 69.963(2) degrees; beta = 80.900(2) degrees; gamma = 66.603(2) degrees; V = 1633.3(3) A(3); Z' = 1; D(calcd) = 1.386 g cm(-3); R1 = 4.07%. 3-toluene crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Ponebar. The molecular structures of 1-3 feature a "constraint geometry" type arrangement of the Danip ligand at the lanthanide atom. The complexes reported are dimeric and composed of lithium chloride bridged DanipLnCl(2) moieties (Ln = Yb, Y, Sm), stabilized through additional coordination of two methoxy functions to the lanthanide atom.  相似文献

The role of punishments in promoting cooperation is an important issue. We incorporate costly punishments into the snowdrift game (SG) by introducing a third punishing (P) character, and study the effects. The punishers, who carry basically a cooperative (C) character, are willing to pay a cost α so as to punish a non-cooperative (D) opponent by β. Depending on the initial fractions of the characters, α, β, and the cost-to-benefit ratio r in the SG, the three-character system evolves into a steady state consisting either only of C and P characters or only of C and D characters, in a well-mixed population. The former situation represents an enhancement in cooperation relative to the SG, while the latter is similar to the SG. The dynamics in approaching these different steady states are found to be different. Analytically, the key features in the dynamics and the steady states observed in simulations are captured by a set of differential equations. The sensitivity to the initial distribution of characters is studied by depicting the flow in a phase portrait and analyzing the nature of fixed points. The analysis also shows the role of P-character agents in preventing a system from invasion by D-character agents. Starting from a population consisting only of C and P agents, a D-character agent intended to invade the system cannot survive when the initial fraction of P agents is greater than r/β. Our model, defined intentionally as a simulation algorithm, can be readily generalized to incorporate many interesting effects, such as those in a networked population.  相似文献

We prove that K 2n has a proper (2n−1)-edge-colouring such that all the edges of S receive distinct colours. This result is very useful in the study of total-colourings of graphs. Activation of elemental sulfur by the monovalent nickel complex [PhTt (tBu)]Ni(CO) [PhTt(tBu)=phenyl{tris[(tert-butylmethyl)thio]methyl}borate] generates the disulfidodinickel(II) complex 2. This species is alternatively accessible via thermal decomposition of [PhTt (tBu)]Ni(SCPh3). Spectroscopic, magnetic, and X-ray diffraction studies establish that 2 contains a mu-eta(2):eta(2)-S2 ligand that fosters antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between the Ni (II) ions. This observation is in contrast to the lighter congener, oxygen, which strongly favors the bis(mu-oxo)dinickel(III) structure. 2 oxidizes PPh 3 to SPPh3 and reacts with O2, generating several products, one of which has been identified as [(PhTt (tBu))Ni]2(mu-S) (3).  相似文献

The recently synthesized 3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazole reacted with KBH4 to give the new potassium tris(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl)borate K(Ttz(tBu,Me)) ligand. Ttz(tBu,Me) formed a four-coordinate (Ttz(tBu,Me))CoCl complex and five-coordinate (Ttz(tBu,Me))CoNO3 and (Ttz(tBu,Me))ZnOAc complexes. When these complexes were compared to their Tp(tBu,Me) analogues, it was found that Ttz(tBu,Me) resulted in negligible steric differences. K(Ttz(tBu,Me)) is more water-soluble than K(Tp(tBu,Me)), so bulky tris(triazolyl)borate ligands should lead to functional models for enzyme active sites in an aqueous environment and the creation of water-soluble analogues of Tp catalysts.  相似文献

A robust tandem HPLC method coupling size-exclusion (Shodex Asahipak GS-320HQ) and reversed phase (Vydac 218TP54) columns with ultraviolet detection was developed for quantitative determination of interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) in Chinese hamster ovary cell culture supernatant. The 2D-HPLC system was linked up by a 6-port 2-position low hold-up volume switch valve. Compared to a commercial ELISA kit for IFN-gamma, the coupled column LC approach was able to detect and quantify soluble IFN-gamma, regardless of the glycoprotein's molecular/conformational variability and sample background. Each LC-LC analysis took 90 minutes inclusive of column regeneration. The relative standard deviation of measurements (n = 5) was less than 3%. The limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 0.35 microg IFN-gamma.  相似文献

By conducting a structure-activity relationship study of the backbone of a series of oligoamide-foldamer-based α-helix mimetics of the Bak BH3 helix, we have identified especially potent inhibitors of Bcl-x(L). The most potent compound has a K(i) value of 94 nM in vitro, and single-digit micromolar IC(50) values against the proliferation of several Bcl-x(L)-overexpressing cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The novel mononuclear and dinuclear complexes [Ru(trpy)(bpy)(apc)][PF(6)] and [(Ru(trpy)(bpy))(2)(mu-adpc)][PF(6)](2) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, trpy = 2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine, apc(-) = 4-azo(phenylcyanamido)benzene, and adpc(2)(-) = 4,4'-azodi(phenylcyanamido)) were synthesized and characterized by (1)H NMR, UV-vis, and cyclic voltammetry. Crystallography showed that the dinuclear Ru(II) complex crystallizes from diethyl ether/acetonitrile solution as [(Ru(trpy)(bpy))(2)(mu-adpc)][PF(6)](2).2(acetonitrile).2(diethyl ether). Crystal structure data are as follows: crystal system triclinic, space group P1, with a, b, and c = 12.480(2), 13.090(3) and 14.147(3) A, respectively, alpha, beta, and gamma = 79.792(3), 68.027(3), and 64.447(3) degrees, respectively, V = 1933.3(6) A(3), and Z = 1. The structure was refined to a final R factor of 0.0421. The mixed-valence complex with metal ions, separated by a through-space distance of 19.5 A, is a class III system, having the comproportionation constant K(c) = 1.3 x 10(13) and an intervalence band at 1920 nm (epsilon(max) = 10 000 M(-1) cm(-1)), in dimethylformamide solution. The results of this study strongly suggest that the bridging ligand adpc(2-) can mediate metal-metal coupling through both hole-transfer and electron-transfer superexchange mechanisms.  相似文献

The molecular structures of terphenyl derivatives of trivalent ytterbium, thulium, and yttrium of general composition DnpLnCl(2)(THF)(2) [Dnp = 2,6-di(1-naphthyl)phenyl] are reported. The complexes (Ln = Yb: 1; Ln = Tm: 2; Ln = Y: 3) are synthesized by reaction of 1 equiv of DnpLi with 1 equiv of LnCl(3) (Ln = Yb, Tm, or Y) in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature in 50% yield. Attempts to prepare a Dnp scandium compound gave heterobimetallic [(THF)(3)Sc(2)OCl(5)Li(THF)](2) (4) in low yield. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. Crystal data for 1 at 203 K: a = 14.333(3) A, b = 16.353(3) A, c = 12.427(2) A, beta = 91.021(4) degrees, Z = 4, D(calcd) = 1.637 g cm(-3), R(1) = 4.44%. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. Crystal data for 2 at 203 K: a = 14.333(1) A, b = 16.374(2) A, c = 12.404(1) A, beta = 90.934(2) degrees, Z = 4, D(calcd) = 1.628 g cm(-3), R(1) = 3.00%. 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. Crystal data for 3 at 203 K: a = 14.348(3) A, b = 16.476(3) A, c = 12.356(2) A, beta = 90.987(4) degrees, Z = 4, D(calcd) = 1.441 g cm(-3), R(1) = 5.62%. 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n. Crystal data for 4 at 203 K: a = 11.0975(9) A, b = 11.0976(9) A, c = 21.3305(18) A, beta = 94.718(2) degrees, Z = 2, D(calcd) = 1.051 g cm(-3), R(1) = 3.45%. Complexes 1-3 represent examples of novel chiral (racemic) organometallic complexes of the lanthanide elements ytterbium and thulium and the group 3 element yttrium, respectively. The molecular structures of monomeric 1-3 exhibit distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination environments at the metal center, with the two oxygen atoms of the tetrahydrofuran ligands occupying the axial positions of a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination polyeder. The molecular structure of the scandium compound 4 shows a complex polynuclear heterobimetallic arrangement.  相似文献
