ABSTRACT

The interaction between phenformin hydrochloride and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by the methods of chemiluminescence combined with equilibrium dialysis technique. A novel N-bromosuccinimide (NBS)–eosin Y (EY) chemiluminescence (CL) method was established for the determination of phenformin. The mechanism of this chemiluminescence system was proposed. Optimization studies were performed to determine the phenformin. Under the optimal conditions, the CL intensity was linear for a phenformin concentration over the range of 4.6 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?5 g/mL. The detection limit was 1.5 × 10?8 g/mL. The data obtained by the present equilibrium dialysis–CL system were analyzed using the Klotz plot and the Scatchard analysis. The results showed that the Klotz plot and the Scatchard plot are linear with good correlation coefficient, indicating that the phenformin has only one type of binding site on BSA. The binding parameters were the number of the binding sites n (1.02) and the estimated association constant K (2.66 × 104 L/mol). The chemiluminescence system combined with equilibrium dialysis developed in this work demonstrated its use for determination of interaction between drug and protein by using relatively simple instrument.  相似文献

With Zn substitution to the three-dimensional antiferromagnetically ordered barlowite Cu_4(OH)_6 FBr,Cu_3 Zn(OH)_6 FBr shows no magnetic phase transition down to 50 mK,and the system is suggested to be a two-dimensional kagome quantum spin liquid [Chin.Phys.Lett.34 077502(2017)].A key issue to identify such phase diagram is the exact chemical formula of the substituted compound.With Cu L-edge x-ray absorption spectrum(XAS) combined with the MultiX XAS calculations,we evaluate the Cu concentration in a nominal Cu_3 Zn(OH)_6 FBr sample.Our results show that although the Cu concentration is 2.80,close to the expected value,there is 34% residual Cu occupation in intersite layers between kagome layers.Thus the Zn substitution of the intersite layers is not complete,and likely it intrudes the kagome layers.  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce white noise, telegraph noise and time delay to the two-dimensional foraging arena population system describing the prey and predator abundance. The aim is to find out how the interactions between white noise, telegraph noise and time delay affect the dynamics of the population system. Firstly, the existence of a global positive solution is verified. Then the long-time properties including the stochastically ultimate boundedness, extinction and some other asymptotic pathwise estimation of this population system are studied. ε-Poly-l-lysine (ε-PL), a natural biomacromolecule having a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, was grafted on the wool fiber via the acyl transfer reaction catalyzed by microbial transglutaminase (mTGase) to develop a new strategy for antibacterial functionalization of proteinous materials. The effects of the concentrations of ε-PLs and mTGases on the graft yields were investigated. A coating of ε-PL that almost completely covered the scale profile on the wool surface was visualized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and further demonstrated in terms of Allw?rden’s reaction characteristic of wool. Identifiable differences in lysine content and color depth among the stained wool samples reveal the changes in the surface composition and polarity caused by the incorporation of ε-PL onto the wool substrate, respectively. The ratio of bacteriostasis to Escherichia coli of the wool fabric grafting ε-PL reached 96.6 %, indicating an excellent antibacterial effect. The application of ε-PL and corresponding mTGase-catalyzed grafting reaction would provide a worthwhile reference for antibacterial functionalization of proteinous materials in various forms.  相似文献

研究了松针中多氯联苯(PCB)质量比测定方法。用硅胶预处理柱处理样品,加标回收实验结果表明回收率在90%左右。分别测定了不同地区的松针样品中PCB的质量比,据此可评价不同地点的PCB污染程度。样品预处理和分析方法简单、可靠、易行,重现性好。  相似文献

The catalysts comprising the main active compounds of Sn-Nx were synthesized using trichlorophenylstannane ((C6H5)Cl3Sn), nitrogen carbon-dots (NCDs), and activated carbon (AC) as starting materials, and the activity and stability of catalysts was evaluated in the acetylene hydrochlorination. According to the results on the physical and chemical properties of catalysts (TEM, XRD, BET, XPS and TG), it is concluded that NCDs@AC can increase (C6H5)Cl3Sn dispersity, retard the coke deposition of (C6H5)Cl3Sn/AC and lessen the loss of (C6H5)Cl3Sn, thereby further promoting the stability of (C6H5)Cl3Sn/AC. Based on the characterization results of C2H2-TPD and HCl adsorption experiments, we proposed that the existence of Sn-Nx can effectively strengthen the reactants adsorption of catalysts. By combing the FT-IR, C2H2-TPD and Rideal-Eley mechanism, the catalytic mechanism, in which C2H2 is firstly adsorbed on (C6H5)Cl3Sn to form (C6H5)Cl3Sn-C2H2 and then reacted with HCl to produce vinyl chloride, is proposed.  相似文献
