Syntheses, structures, and properties of novel molybdenum and tungsten complexes of fullerenes

The synthesis and characterization of several fullerene-based organometallic complexes containing Mo and W is reported.

本文在分析了均匀掺杂分布式光纤放大器（d－EDFA）的基础上，提出了沿传输方向掺杂浓度单调下降（单变），和降升结合（两变）的两种渐变型分布式光纤放大器，并用传输方程研究了透明传输和最佳掺杂浓度下，受激喇曼散射对均匀、单变和两变型三种d－EDFA的各种特性的影响．     

Synthesis,crystal structure and reaction of differentially ring-substituted titanocene dichlorides

Summary A new class of differentially ring-substituted titanocene dichlorides of the type CpCpTiCl₂ has been prepared by reacting CpM (M=Li, K; Cp=RC₅H₄) with CpTiCl₃ (Cp=MeOCH₂CH₂C₅H₄). The crystal structure of Cp(PhCEt₂C₅H₄)TiCl₂, the first example, has been determined by x-ray diffraction and refined to a final R factor of 0.0532 for 2304 reflections. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group C _2h ⁵ –P2₁/c with unit cell parameters:a 10.205(6),b 13.003(5),c 17.591(9) Å, 101.91(4)°, V=2284 ų, Z=4 and Dc=1.32 g/cm^–3. Replacement of one neomenthyl in bis(neomenthyl-cyclopentadienyl)titanium dichloride by one MeOCH₂CH₂ — raises the e.e. value from 5.8% to 11.2% in the catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of 2-phenyl-1-butene.     

Synthesis and crystal structure of a molybdenum complex of fullerene, [Mo(η 2–C60)(CO)2(dpphen)(dbf)·0.63CS2] (dpphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline; dbf = dibutyl fumarate)

The molybdenum complex [Mo( ²-C₆₀)(CO)₂(dpphen)(dbf)] (1) [dpphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline; dbf = dibutyl fumarate] has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the molecule of (1), the coordination geometry of the Mo atom is distorted octahedral with the phen (1,10-phenanthroline) group of dpphen and two CO groups in the equatorial plane. The Mo atom binds in an ²-fashion to the C—C bonds of C₆₀and dbf. The two C—C bonds are almost mutually orthogonal.     

用EXAFS研究NiO在γ-Al2O3表面上的分散

本文使用EXAFS方法研究NiO在γ-Al_2O_3的表面上的分散情况。文章讨论了Ni含量为7%、13%、18%、26%、35%的NiO/γ-Al_2O_3体系的径向结构函数图以及Ni含量为13%、26%的NiO/α-Al_2O_3样品的径向结构函数图,认为NiO能在γ-Al_2O_3表面上成单层分散。分散后的Ni-O距离接近NiO晶体的Ni-O距离,表明Ni离子和γ-Al_2O_3表面上的氧有很强的相互作用。     

An HPLC and EPR investigation on the stability of DMPO and DMPO spin adducts in vivo

Application of the spin trapping technique in intact animals requires an understanding of the stability and distribution of the spin traps and their spin adducts in vivo. We studied the stability of DMPO in vivo in mice using HPLC and the stability of spin adducts of DMPO by EPR in plasma, whole blood, peritoneal fluid, and homogenized heart tissue of the rat. At 15 minutes after intraperitoneal injection DMPO had similar concentrations in the liver, heart, and blood of the mice and 40% remained in the organs 2 hours after the injection. In contrast, the spin adduct DMPO-OH was short lived, with a half-life of 3.0 minutes in plasma, and was not detectable 1 minute after formation in whole blood and homogenized heart tissue. The carbon centered spin adduct DMPO-CH(OH)CH₃ was more stable, having half-lives of 16, 11, 3.6, and 0.79 minutes in plasma, peritoneal fluid, whole blood, and homogenized heart tissue, respectively. The spin adduct DMPO-SO₃ was sufficiently stable for the adduct to be observed directly from living mice.     

1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮与甲基膦酸二(1-甲基庚基)酯对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取机理研究

本文用两相滴定法研究了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮(PMBP,简写为HA)与甲基膦酸二(1-甲基庚基)脂(P₃₅₀,简写为B)对Pb²⁺、Cd₂₊和Cu²⁺离子在不同的有机溶剂中的萃取机理.确定了萃合物的组成分别为:MA₂(M=Pb²⁺、Ca²⁺、Cu²⁺);MA₂·HA(M=Cd²⁺);MA₂·B(M=Pb²⁺、Cd²⁺)和MA₂·2B(M=Cd²⁺),同时求得了相应的萃合常数β值.     

Dielectric Properties Investigation of Metal–Insulator–Metal (MIM) Capacitors

This study presents the construction and dielectric properties investigation of atomic-layer-deposition Al₂O₃/TiO₂/HfO₂ dielectric-film-based metal–insulator–metal (MIM) capacitors. The influence of the dielectric layer material and thickness on the performance of MIM capacitors are also systematically investigated. The morphology and surface roughness of dielectric films for different materials and thicknesses are analyzed via atomic force microscopy (AFM). Among them, the 25 nm Al₂O₃-based dielectric capacitor exhibits superior comprehensive electrical performance, including a high capacitance density of 7.89 fF·µm⁻², desirable breakdown voltage and leakage current of about 12 V and 1.4 × 10⁻¹⁰ A·cm⁻², and quadratic voltage coefficient of 303.6 ppm·V⁻². Simultaneously, the fabricated capacitor indicates desirable stability in terms of frequency and bias voltage (at 1 MHz), with the corresponding slight capacitance density variation of about 0.52 fF·µm⁻² and 0.25 fF·µm⁻². Furthermore, the mechanism of the variation in capacitance density and leakage current might be attributed to the Poole–Frenkel emission and charge-trapping effect of the high-k materials. All these results indicate potential applications in integrated passive devices.     

疏水/亲水大孔聚二乙烯基苯/聚(N-2-氨基乙基丙烯酰胺)IPN树脂的合成及对水杨酸吸附性能研究

采用分步悬浮聚合法制备了聚二乙烯基苯/聚丙烯酸甲酯(PDVB/PMA)大孔互穿聚合物网络,将其中的聚丙烯酸甲酯用乙二胺氨解,合成了具有疏水/亲水性能的聚二乙烯基苯/聚(N-2-氨基乙基丙烯酰胺)(PDVB/PNAEAM)大孔互穿聚合物网络(IPN);测定了该树脂的孔结构、含水量、弱碱交换量和溶胀性能;测定了该树脂对水杨酸在不同温度下的吸附等温线,利用热力学函数关系计算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵.推测PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂中疏水性的PDVB一网具有疏水作用吸附能力、亲水性的PNAEAM一网具有氢键作用吸附能力.动态吸附及脱附实验表明湿态PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂对水溶液中水杨酸的饱和吸附量达到46.1mg/mL.树脂可以通过4%NaOH溶液再生.PDVB/PNAEAM IPN树脂在分离工业废水中水杨酸等芳香有机酸有良好的应用前景.
