5-vinylisoxazole     
Cycloaddition of fulminic acid to 1-butyn-3-ol gave a mixture of 5-α-hydroxyethylisoxazole (I) and 4-α-hydroxyethylisoxazole (II) in the ratio 9:1. By the dehydration of 1, 5-vinylisoxazole (III) was obtained. Compound III has also been prepared by cyclization of 4-penten-2-ynal as well as its diethylacetal with hydroxylamine hydrochloride; in both instances no isomers have been obtained. Compound III spontaneously polymerizes even at room temperature yielding a polymer still containing isoxazole rings.  相似文献

The reactivity with air moisture of finely divided crystals of Na β and Li+-containing β-aluminas is analyzed with thermogravimetric and X-ray techniques. For Na β-alumina two distinct water intake processes are evident: 1) a fast one, controlled by the elastic interactions among water molecules near the crystal boundaries; 2) a slow one, driven by water diffusion away from the boundaries. For finely divided crystals of Li β-alumina the two processes cannot be distinguished but the slow one is observable in crystals of macroscopic dimensions. The water intake is generally accompanied by an expansion of the c-axis. However, the relationship between water content and c-parameter is highly non-linear and the c-axis length at room temperature depends upon the thermal history of the sample. Our results confirm previous reports suggesting that β-aluminas absorb about one water molecule per cation of the conducting plane.  相似文献

Two models for the Freedericksz transition in a fluctuating magnetic field are considered: one is based on a dichotomic and the other on a nonlinear Gaussian noise. Both noises are characterized by a finite correlation time. It is shown that the linear response assumption leading to the best Fokker-Planck approximation in the dichotomic and nonlinear Gaussian cases can be trusted only up to the order 1 and 0, respectively. The role of the corrections to the linear response approximation is discussed and it is shown how to replace the non-Fokker-Planck terms stemming from these corrections with equivalent terms of standard type. This technique is shown to produce perfect agreement with the exact analytical results (dichotomic noise) and to satisfactorily fit the results of analog simulation (nonlinear Gaussian noise).  相似文献

A Mössbauer spectroscopy study has been made of the stabilization states of 57Fe in pure tin chalcogenides. The values of the isomer shifts and the quadrupole splittings lead to the conclusion that iron presents the electronic configuration 3d54sx at high spin in the interstitial position. This result is confirmed varying the 57Fe neighbours by partial substitution of tellurium with oxygen. In this case, too, the values of Mössbauer parameters confirm the same results. The quadrupole moment present in pure SnTe doped 57Co, and the shift of isomer shift towards less positive values for the oxidizated samples have been qualitatively justified as well.  相似文献

A finite-difference technique is presented to simulate the behavior of natural water bodies under the influence of pollutants and temperature differences. The mathematical model, which has been discretized, is the closed system obtained by combining the Navier-Stokes equations, the heat transfer equation, the diffusion equations, and an equation relating the fluid density to both the chemical concentration and the temperature. The numerical method is based on the marker-and-cell method, which has been extended to consider the volume expansion due to heat transfer and the density variations.  相似文献

Ga(1-x)In(x)N(y)As(1-y) is a promising material system for the fabrication of inexpensive "last-mile" optoelectronic components. However, details of its atomic arrangement and the relationship to observed optical properties is not fully known. Particularly, a blueshift of emission wavelength is observed after annealing. In this work, we use x-ray absorption fine structure to study the chemical environment around N atoms in the material before and after annealing. We find that as-grown molecular beam epitaxy material consists of a nearly random distribution of atoms, while postannealed material shows segregation of In toward N. Ab initio simulations show that this short-range ordering creates a more thermodynamically stable alloy and is responsible for blueshifting the emission.  相似文献

Time-dependent capacitance measurements reveal an unstable phase of electrons in gallium arsenide quantum well that occurs when two Landau levels with opposite-spin are brought close to degeneracy by applying a gate voltage. This phase emerges below a critical temperature and displays a peculiar non-equilibrium dynamical evolution. The relaxation dynamics is found to follow a stretched-exponential behaviour and correlates with hysteresis loops observed by sweeping the magnetic field. These experiments indicate that metastable randomly distributed magnetic domains with peculiar excitations are involved in the relaxation process in a way that is equivalently tunable by a change in gate voltage or temperature.  相似文献
