A green and atom-efficient one-pot protocol for the synthesis of some novel α-aminophosphonates using micron-particulate AlN/Al as a new reusable heterogeneous catalyst by the Kabachnik–Fields reaction under solvent-free conditions has been developed. The synthesized α-aminophosphonates were screened for several biological activities. They all were investigated to exhibit moderate to promising antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic properties. 相似文献

The present work introduces for the first time the catalytic utility of micron particulate aluminium nitride (AlN/Al) as a novel and reusable heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes involving the electrophilic substitution of indoles on aldehydes. A simple, efficient, and environmentally benign method for the synthesis of 4H-chromene derivatives was developed using well ordered and recoverable amino functionalized silica gel as a base catalyst. The 4H-chromene derivatives were obtained in short time and excellent yield(87%–96%) by three component reaction of aldehydes, malononitrile and cyclic 1,3-diketones in water at 70 8C. 相似文献

The present work reports the application of micron-particulate crystalline hexagonal aluminium nitride/aluminium as a novel, mild acidic and reusable solid heterogeneous catalyst in organic synthesis. The catalyst was synthesized by thermal plasma technique and characterized using X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy. It catalyzes efficiently many organic transformations such as the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds 2,4,5-triaryl-substituted imidazoles and 2-aryl benzimidazoles. 相似文献

An ethylene glycol promoted catalyst-free practically efficient and sustainable approach has been developed for the synthesis of several benzylidene-bis-(4-hydroxycoumarin)s and 4,\(4^{\prime }\)-(arylmethylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol)s by the pseudo three-component reaction of an aldehyde with 4-hydroxycoumarin and 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one, respectively. Inexpensive, non-toxic, and easily available ethylene glycol used as the reaction solvent and promoter renders an efficient protocol in terms of catalyst-free reaction conditions, short reaction time, high yield, practical utility, and green approach. 相似文献

Lanthanum oxide(La2O3) in combination with 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol(TFE) was found to be an efficient system for the one-pot, four-component synthesis of Hantzsch polyhydroquinoline derivatives from aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate at ambient temperature. The catalyst is heterogeneous and reusable, hence can be separated easily and reused. The present method is featured by mild reaction conditions, use of heterogeneous catalyst, non-chromatographic purification,short reaction time and high yields, which make it an attractive route for the synthesis of polyhydroquinolines. 相似文献

Cardiovascular disease is one of the major causes of deaths worldwide. Increased arginase activity is associated with cardiovascular disease. The literature shows that plants are a good source of arginase inhibitors. Hence in the present work arginase inhibitor activity is studied from Ficus religiosa leaves. A fine powder of F. religiosa leaves was serially extracted in various solvents, viz. hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol. Out of those four solvent extracts, the one showing highest arginase inhibitor activity was loaded onto the column for further fractionation. Among the collected fractions, the one showing the highest activity was subjected to identification of metabolites by using LC–HRMS. Total compounds including acipimox, edoxudine, levulinic acid, hydroxyhydroquinone, ramiprilglucuronide, berberine, antimycin A, swietenine and some short peptides were identified from the fraction showing the highest arginase inhibitory activity. Identification of these metabolites from F. religiosa and their biological importance may help to promote its use as medicinal plant. Further purification and characterization of therapeutically novel molecules will be the subject of future work. 相似文献

An efficient and high-yielding protocol using nano-ZnO (50–100 nm) as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for one-pot three-component synthesis of pharmacologically significant furanone derivatives by the condensation of aromatic aldehyde, amine and dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate has been developed. Since the catalyst is heterogeneous, it can be easily separated and recycled several times without much loss of its catalytic activity. Use of aqueous medium, recyclable nanocatalyst, operational simplicity, non-chromatographic purification technique, excellent yield and short reaction time makes this approach an attractive protocol for the synthesis of 3,4,5-trisubstituted furan-2(5H)-ones. 相似文献
