The field evaporation mass spectra of LaB6 are obtained with time-of-flight atom-probe field ion microscope in vacuum and in the presence of hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen. The spectra are consistent with a preferential chemisorption of these gases on boron sites. 相似文献

R. P. Feynman showed F. J. Dyson a proof of the Lorentz force law and the homogeneous Maxwell equations, which the obtained starting from Newton's law of motion and the commutation relations between position and velocity for a single nonrelativistic particle. We formulate both a special relativistic and a general relativistic versions of Feynman's derivation. Especially in the general relativistic version we prove that the only possible fields that can consistently act on a quantum mechanical particle are scalar, gauge, and gravitational fields. We also extend Feynman's scheme to the case of non-Abelian gauge theory in the special relativistic context. 相似文献

Based on the dispersionless KP (dKP) theory, we study a topological Landau-Ginzburg (LG) theory characterized by a rational
potential. Writing the dKP hierarchy in a general form treating all the primaries in an equal basis, we find that the hierarchy
naturally includes the dispersionless (continuous) limit of Toda hierarchy and its generalizations having a finite number
of primaries. Several flat solutions of the topological LG theory are obtained in this formulation, and are identified with
those discussed by Dubrovin. We explicitly construct gravitational descendants for all the primary fields. Giving a residue
formulae for the 3-point functions of the fields, we show that these 3-point functions satisfy the topological recursion relation.
The string equation is obtained as the generalized hodograph solutions of the dKP hierarchy, which show that all the gravitational
effects to the constitutive equations (2-point functions) can be renormalized into the coupling constants in the small phase
space.

The combination method between asymmetric Kekulé structures (CMAK) was expanded to the structure prediction of a series of acenes and phenylenes. The structures predicted by the CMAK correspond to those calculated by the ab initio molecular orbital (MO) and B3LYP density functional methods. The CMAK can characterize the structures. The aromaticity for the whole ring and each ring in the treated compounds was estimated by the index of deviation from aromaticity (IDA). The estimated aromaticity corresponds fairly well to the characterization of the structure predicted by the CMAK. The predicted structures of linear acenes reveal the aromaticity of the central ring and also explain its reactivity. The side ring in [n]phenacene shows high aromaticity. The critical difference in the structure and aromaticity for the central six‐membered ring of the isomers benzo[1,2:4,5]dicyclobutene and benzo[1,2:5,6]dicyclobutene was explained. We propose single-shot digital holography which is capable of simultaneously capturing both the information of multiple phase-shifted holograms and the distribution of the polarization. In this technique, a single image sensor records both the information required for phase-shifting interferometry and that of the polarization states of objects using an array of polarizers. The essence of the technique is the capability of imaging the distribution of the polarization of three-dimensional objects with a single-shot exposure by using the space-division multiplexing of holograms. This paper presents an evaluation method for measuring the sound pressure level and mode shapes of tire cavity resonance by using a multi-microphone system. Two commercial tires were evaluated to compare abilities of noise suppression by means of this method in the range of the first resonance from 200 to 260 Hz. One tire was a special tire that suppresses tire cavity resonance with polyurethane foam mounted on the tire’s inner liner. The other tire was a normal tire with no polyurethane foam. The mode shape change from vertical to horizontal direction in both tires. However, the sound pressure level of the special tire was lower than the normal tire at all frequencies. 相似文献

Fractal scale-free networks are empirically known to exhibit disassortative degree mixing. It is, however, not obvious whether a negative degree correlation between nearest neighbor nodes makes a scale-free network fractal. Here we examine the possibility that disassortativity in complex networks is the origin of fractality. To this end, maximally disassortative (MD) networks are prepared by rewiring edges while keeping the degree sequence of an initial uncorrelated scale-free network. We show that there are many MD networks with different topologies if the degree sequence is the same with that of the (u,v)-flower but most of them are not fractal. These results demonstrate that disassortativity does not cause the fractal property of networks. In addition, we suggest that fractality of scale-free networks requires a long-range repulsive correlation, in the sense of the shortest path distance, in similar degrees. 相似文献

Photoproduction of the neutral kaon on the deuteron has been investigated at the Research Center for Electron Photon Science, Tohoku University. We constructed the Neutral Kaon Spectrometer-2 for the detection of charged particles from the decay of the neutral kaon and the hyperon. We obtained a momentum distribution of K 0 with the inclusive measurement. It was consistent with the previous measurement. The total cross section of γ + d → K 0 + Λ + p was estimated from the measured integral cross section of γ + d → Λ + X. The total cross section with respect to the photon energy was compared with the theoretical calculations. It favored the Saclay-Lyon A model calculation with the ratio of the neutral to charged coupling constants of the axial-vector meson, K 1, as ~ ?1.5. The energy dependence and the magnitude of the total cross section were similar to the total cross section of γ + p → K + Λ. 相似文献

Electroreduction of triphenylphosphine dichloride in acetonitrile was performed successfully in an undivided cell fitted with an aluminium sacrificial anode and a platinum cathode, wherein Al3+, which was electrogenerated at the anode would react as a Lewis acid with triphenylphosphine dichloride to afford tetra-coordinate chlorotriphenylphosphonium species and subsequent two-electron reduction at the cathode would give triphenylphosphine. One-pot transformation of triphenylphosphine oxide to triphenylphosphine was achieved successfully by the treatment of triphenylphosphine oxide with oxalyl chloride and subsequent electroreduction. In a similar manner, some tetra-coordinate triphenylphosphonium species derived from triphenylphosphine oxide were reduced electrochemically to triphenylphosphine in moderate yields. 相似文献
