Background
Fully functional HIV-1-specific CD8 and CD4 effector T-cell responses are vital to the containment of viral activity and disease progression. These responses are lacking in HIV-1-infected patients with progressive disease. We attempted to augment fully functional HIV-1-specific CD8 and CD4 effector T-cell responses in patients with advanced chronic HIV-1 infection. 相似文献3.

The high catalytic reactivity of homoleptic tris(alkyl) lanthanum La{C(SiHMe2)3}3 is highlighted by C?O bond cleavage in the hydroboration of esters and epoxides at room temperature. The catalytic hydroboration tolerates functionality typically susceptible to insertion, reduction, or cleavage reactions. Turnover numbers (TON) up to 10 000 are observed for aliphatic esters. Lanthanum hydrides, generated by reactions with pinacolborane, are competent for reduction of ketones but are inert toward esters. Instead, catalytic reduction of esters requires activation of the lanthanum hydride by pinacolborane. 相似文献

Coordinatively saturated To(M)MgMe (1; To(M) = tris(4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazolinyl)phenylborate) is an active precatalyst for intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization at 50 °C. The empirical rate law of -d[substrate]/dt = k'(obs)[Mg](1)[substrate](1) and Michaelis-Menten-type kinetics are consistent with a mechanism involving reversible catalyst-substrate association prior to cyclization. The resting state of the catalyst, To(M)MgNHCH(2)CR(2)CH(2)CH═CH(2) [R = Ph, Me, -(CH(2))(5)-], is isolable, but isolated magnesium amidoalkene does not undergo unimolecular cyclization at 50 °C. However, addition of trace amounts of substrate allows cyclization to occur. Therefore, we propose a two-substrate, six-center transition state involving concerted C-N bond formation and N-H bond cleavage as the turnover-limiting step of the catalytic cycle. 相似文献

rac-Bis[{(diphenylphosphino)ethyl}-phenylphosphino]methane (DPPEPM) reacts with iron(II) and ruthenium(II) halides to generate complexes with folded DPPEPM coordination. The paramagnetic, five-coordinate Fe(DPPEPM)Cl(2) (1) in CD(2)Cl(2) features a tridentate binding mode as established by (31)P{(1)H} NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structure analysis of the analogous bromo complex, Fe(DPPEPM)Br(2) (2) revealed a pseudo-octahedral, cis-α geometry at iron with DPPEPM coordinated in a tetradentate fashion. However, in CD(2)Cl(2) solution, the coordination of DPPEPM in 2 is similar to that of 1 in that one of the external phosphorus atoms is dissociated resulting in a mixture of three tridentate complexes. The chloro ruthenium complex cis-Ru(κ(4)-DPPEPM)Cl(2) (3) is obtained from rac-DPPEPM and either [RuCl(2)(COD)](2) [COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene] or RuCl(2)(PPh(3))(4). The structure of 3 in both the solid state and in CD(2)Cl(2) solution features a folded κ(4)-DPPEPM. This binding mode was also observed in cis-[Fe(κ(4)-DPPEPM)(CH(3)CN)(2)](CF(3)SO(3))(2) (4). Addition of an excess of CO to a methanolic solution of 1 results in the replacement of one of the chloride ions by CO to yield cis-[Fe(κ(4)-DPPEPM)Cl(CO)](Cl) (5). The same reaction in CH(2)Cl(2) produces a mixture of 5 and [Fe(κ(3)-DPPEPM)Cl(2)(CO)] (6) in which one of the internal phosphines has been substituted by CO. Complexes 2, 3, 4, and 5 appear to be the first structurally characterized monometallic complexes of κ(4)-DPPEPM. 相似文献

The scandium dihydrosilyl complexes Cp*(2)ScSiH(2)R (R = Mes (4), Trip (5), SiPh(3) (6), Si(SiMe(3))(3) (7); Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2), Trip = 2,4,6-(i)()Pr(3)C(6)H(2)) and Cp*(2)ScSiH(SiMe(3))(2) (8) were synthesized by addition of the appropriate hydrosilane to Cp*(2)ScMe (1). Studies of these complexes in the context of hydrocarbon activation led to discovery of catalytic processes for the dehydrogenative silation of hydrocarbons (including methane, isobutene and cyclopropane) with Ph(2)SiH(2) via sigma-bond metathesis. 相似文献
