Procedures have been developed for the quantitative determination of digoxin as such and in solutions for injection and tablets by a chromato-photocolorimetric method with the aid of which it is possible to obtain reliable results with adequate accuracy. The relative error of the determination does not exceed ±4.0%.All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Pharmacy, Moscow. Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. Hydrogels are cross‐linked three‐dimensional polymeric networks that play a vital role in solving the pharmacological and clinical limitations of the existing systems due to their unique physical properties such as affinity for biological fluids, tunable porous nature, high water content, ease of preparation, flexibility, and biocompatibility. Hydrogel also mimics the living natural tissue, which opens several opportunities for its use in biomedical areas. Injectable hydrogel allows temporal control and exceptional spatial arrangements and can offset hitches with established hydrogel‐based drug delivery systems. Here, we review the recent development of injectable hydrogels and their significance in the delivery of therapeutics such as cells, genes, and drug molecules and how these innovatory systems can complement the current delivery systems. 相似文献

Methods have been developed for the chromato-colorimetric determination of tselanid (lanatoside C) as such and in tablets and solutions. The chloroform-methanol-water (80:19:1) solvent system was used. Chromatography was performed by the ascending method on Silufol UV-254 plates. The revealing agent was a 1% solution of vanillin in 10% perchloric acid. Quantitative determination was performed photocolorimetrically by the reaction with sodium picrate. The methods developed have given accurate results correlating with those of high-performance liquid chromatography and the biological method. The relative error of this determination does not exceed ±4% [1].Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Pharmacy, Moscow. Carbohydrates from leaves, stems, and tubers of cultivated Helianthus tuberosus were studied. The quantitative contents of mono- and oligosaccharides, water-soluble polysaccharides, pectinic substances, and hemicellulose were determined. The qualitative monosaccharide composition and physical chemical properties were found. The amino-acid composition was determined. It was shown that syrup from the tubers exhibited hypoglycemic activity. 相似文献
