This is summary of the activities of the working group on collider physics in the IXth Workshop on High Energy Physics Phenomenology (WHEPP-9) held at the Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar, India in January 2006. In this study, the effect of the metallization thickness in finlines on semiconcuctor substrate is researched. The propagation parameters are computed to measure the inluence of the metallization. The theory and numerical results are presented to the propagation constant and characteristic impedance of the bilateral and unilateral finlines. The full wave analysis of the transverse transmission line — TTL method is used to determine the electromagnetic fields of the structure in Fourier transform domain — FTD. Applying the suitable boundary conditions, the moment method and expanding the fields in a set of suitable bases functions, a homogeneous matrix system is obtained and the propagation constant is computed. The characteristic impedance is obtained using the relation of the voltage in the slot and the transmitted power by the structure.Computational programs are developed to obtain numerical results to the propagation parameters composed by the propagation constant and characteristic impedance.This work received financial support by CAPES and CNPq.  相似文献

The fractionation of Chromobacterium viscosum lipase was performed using a polypropylene glycol-Sepharose gel. The influence of mobile phase composition on the adsorption of lipase on the gel was studied and it was found that the retention of lipase depends on the salt used and increased with increasing the ionic strength. The retention was not strongly affected by changing the pH value of the mobile phase. By using 20% (w/v) ammonium sulphate in phosphate buffer a total retention of lipase on the column was obtained and by simply decreasing the ionic strength of the buffer, desorption of lipase could be achieved. The chromatographic purification of Chromobacterium viscosum lipase by hydrophobic interaction chromatography on Sepharose CL-6B modified by covalent immobilisation of 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol was also compared.  相似文献

Hydrotalcite was synthesised by co-precipitation method, calcined and characterized by XRD, BET, IR and TG/DTA/DTG analyses and tested as solid base catalyst in the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol, achieving a methyl ester content of 99.5%. The thermal decomposition of hydrotalcite calcined occurred in four mass loss steps at 28, 105, 203 and 400 °C. The hydrotalcite was recovered and through a simple evaluation by TG/DTA/DTG techniques it was found that at 500 °C is the temperature, where the organic matter should be eliminated from the catalyst. This study shows the importance of thermal analysis in the evaluation of the recovery temperature of hydrotalcite.  相似文献

The stem bark CH2Cl2 extract of Ravensara crassifolia showed antifungal activity against the phytopathogenic fungus Cladosporium cucumerinum in a bioautographic TLC assay. Activity‐guided fractionation afforded two new α‐pyrones : (6S)‐5,6‐dihydro‐6‐[(2R)‐2‐hydroxy‐6‐phenylhexyl]‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one ( 1 ) and (6R)‐6‐[(4R,6R)‐4,6‐dihydroxy‐10‐phenyldec‐1‐enyl]‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one ( 2 ). Their structures and absolute configurations were established by NMR spectroscopy, chemical methods, and CD spectroscopy. The antifungal activity against C. cucumerinum was determined for both compounds.  相似文献

The epitope mapping of nucleotides bound to three chromatography supports is accomplished using saturation transfer difference (STD)-NMR spectroscopy. This experiment involves subtracting a spectrum in which the support was selectively saturated from one recorded without support saturation. In the difference spectrum only the signals of the ligands that bind to the support and received saturation transfer remain. The nucleotide protons in closer contact with the support have more intense signals due to a more efficient transfer of saturation. We investigate the effects on the binding to the nucleotides by the introduction of a spacer arm between l-histidine and Sepharose. Our NMR experiments evidence a clear contribution of the spacer to the interaction with all the nucleotides, increasing the mobility of the amino acid and giving different STD responses. This enhanced mobility originates the reinforcement of the interactions with the sugar moiety and phosphate group of 5'-CMP and 5'-TMP or the base of 5'-GMP and 5'-UMP. Hence, with this study we show that by using STD NMR technique on chromatographic systems it is possible to provide a fast, robust and efficient way of screening the atoms involved in the binding to the supports.  相似文献
