Electroluminescence of a Multi-Layered Organic Light-Emitting Diode Utilizing Trans-4-[p-[N-methyl-N-(hydroxymethyl)amino]styryl]-N-Methylphridinium Tetraphenylborate as the Active Layer

Employing an organic dye salt of trans-4-[p-[N-methyl-N-(hydroxymethyl)amino]styryl]-N-methylphridinium tetra\-phenylborate (ASPT) as the active layer, 8-hydrocyquinoline aluminium (Alq₃) as the electron transporting layer and N,N’-diphenyl-N,N’-bis(3-methylphenyl)-[1,1’-biphenyl]-4,4’-diamine (TPD) as the hole transporting layer, respectively, we fabricate a multi-layered organic light-emitting diode and observe the colour tunable electroluminescence (EL). The dependence of the EL spectra on the applied voltage is investigated in detail, and the recombination mechanism is discussed by considering the variation of the hole-electron recombination region.     

B-Spline with Symplectic Algorithm Method for Solution of Time-Dependent Schrodinger Equations

A B-spline with the symplectic algorithm method for the solution of time-dependent Schrodinger equations （TDSEs） is introduced. The spatial part of the wavefunction is expanded by B-spline and the time evolution is given in a symplectic scheme. This method allows us to obtain a highly accurate and stable solution of TDSEs. The effectiveness and efficiency of this method is demonstrated by the high-order harmonic spectra of one-dimensional atoms in comparison with other references.     

The Electrochemical Investigation of MEH-PPV in Ionic Liquid

Na＋-丙氨酸二肽络合离子结构的密度泛函理论研究

运用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法在6-311＋＋G**基组水平下研究了Na^＋与丙氨酸二肽(AD)分子结合形成的6种Na^＋-AD 络合离子, 其中包括2种双齿结构和4种单齿结构. 考察了6种Na^＋-AD络合离子的相对稳定性, 分析了丙氨酸二肽分子与Na^＋作用过程中分子骨架Ramachandran角f和Ψ以及分子内氢键的变化.     

乙酰化淀粉的塑化和性能研究

以乙酰化改性淀粉为基体,甘油为增塑剂,利用哈克旋转流变仪密炼制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉.实验结果表明制备热塑性乙酰化淀粉的甘油/乙酰化淀粉配比应大于30/100(W/W),且随甘油含量增加,热塑性乙酰化淀粉的脆性降低.动态机械热分析(DMTA)显示热塑性乙酰化淀粉包含富甘油和富淀粉两相,乙酰化淀粉和甘油为部分互溶.流变学分析显示淀粉分子间作用力非常强,表现为类固态行为.同时本文对材料的热稳定性进行了初步研究.     

2-取代吡啶半菁染料的无溶剂微波合成及光谱性质的理论研究

在微波促进无溶剂条件下, 由N-甲基-2-甲基吡啶碘盐与取代芳香醛在哌啶作用下合成了一系列2-取代的吡啶半菁染料, 产物结构由元素分析, ¹H NMR, MS, IR, UV得到确认. 该方法操作简便, 收率高. 在此基础上, 对N-甲 基-2-(p-N,N-二甲氨基-苯乙烯基)吡啶半菁染料的光谱性质进行了理论计算.     

离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽研究

通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了使用D-201型大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂纯化酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)的操作条件为：洗脱温度40℃、洗脱酸(HCI)浓度0．2mol／L、洗脱速度2．3ml／min、进样浓度2％(w／v)，进一步应用HPSEC技术分析考察了离子交换树脂纯化后含磷洗脱峰分子量分布情况，并计算了产品氮磷比与纯化收率．

Direct Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Thermal Kinetics of Supramolecular Complex [Co（H2O）6]·（Hnip）2·（H2nip）2·（DMA）2·（H2O）8 （nip=5-nitroisophthalate, DMA=CH3NHCH3）

The crystal of [Co（H2O）6]·（Hnip）2·（H2nip）2·（OMA）2·（H2O）8 has been cultured using direct method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometry, elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in triclinic system, P-1 space group with the cell parameters of a=0.7012（1） nm, b=1.1378（2） nm, c=1.6612（3） nm, α= 84.92（3）°, β=85.19（3）°, γ=85.91（3）°, V= 1.3128（5） nm^3, Z=1, Dc= 1.573 g·cm^-3. Final R indices [1〉2σ（I）] are： R1 =0.0279, wR2=0.0765 while R indices for all data are： R1 =0.0327, wR2=0.0806. The Co coordination octahadra are each surrounded by two Hnip, two H2nip, two DMA and eight water molecules that are linked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Thermal analyses of DSC and TG-DTG have been performed on the complex to predict its thermal decomposition mechanism and determine the most probable kinetic model function using Kissinger, Ozawa, integral and differential methods.     

SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与荧光分析法在蛋白原位分析中的联合应用

为将生物体内微观的蛋白行为可视化并以宏观信号呈现出来对蛋白进行实时、动态分析，借助SNAP-tag蛋白标签技术与有机小分子荧光染料，构建了一系列用于活细胞内实时监测目标蛋白的免洗荧光探针。标签蛋白SNAP-tag能够特异性识别探针中的苄基鸟嘌呤，从而使目标蛋白共价连接上荧光团（萘酰亚胺），携带上荧光信使。此外，由于萘酰亚胺从水环境中被牵引至SNAP-tag蛋白的疏水空腔，其荧光信号呈现出2~13倍的增强。通过SNAP-tag标签蛋白与目标蛋白的融合，该荧光探针实现了对活细胞内线粒体蛋白CoX8A及核内蛋白H2B特异性识别，在免洗条件下完成了对目标蛋白的实时追踪及原位分析。
