2-pyrrolidinon-3-olates were synthesized via one-pot four-component reaction of 2-aminobenzothiazole, aromatic aldehydes, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and morpholine/piperidine in the presence of Co3O4@SiO2 core–shell nanocomposite as catalyst under ultrasound irradiation. The protocol offers several such advantages as high yields, short reaction time and mild reaction conditions with reusability of the catalyst. The core–shell nanocomposite was also prepared using ultrasound irradiation and the structure and magnetic properties were fully characterized by TEM, FE-SEM, XRD, EDX, FT-IR and VSM analysis. 相似文献

A novel and simple approach for the efficient and rapid synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐c]‐pyrazoleshas been accomplished via the four‐component condensation reaction of malononitrile, hydrazine hydrate, ethyl acetoacetate, and substituted aldehydes using MIL‐53(Fe) metal–organic framework (MOF) as a catalyst in ethanol at room temperature. Recycling studies have shown that the MIL‐53(Fe) can be readily recovered and reused six times without significant loss of its activity. The present protocol offers the advantages including short reaction times, simple workup, high yields, elimination of toxic solvents, no chromatographic purification and recoverability of the catalyst. Also, the catalyst was fully characterized by SEM, EDX, FT‐IR, XRD, TGA and TEM analysis. 相似文献

Barium dichromate is used as a mild oxidizing agent for the selective conversion of primary and secondary alcohols to their corresponding aldehydes and ketones, respectively. In this study, quinazolinone derivatives have been synthesized via a suitable and efficient procedure by one-potmulti-component reactions of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole or 2-aminobenzimidazole, dimedone and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of Fe3O4@TiO2-IL as nanocatalyst under solvent-free condition. The products were prepared in good to excellent yields using Fe3O4@TiO2-IL magnetic nanocatalyst. The Fe3O4@TiO2 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were prepared using beet juice extract and functionalized with IL based on DABCO. Moreover, the core-shell structured magnetic Fe3O4@TiO2-IL has been characterized by different techniques such as 1H-NMR, FT-IR, VSM, XRD, SEM, TGA, TEM and EDX. To the best of our knowledge, the prepared ionic liquid displayed a good protective and activator agent for magnetic nanocatalyst. 相似文献

Iron oxychloride (FeOCl) is known for reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation through Fenton chemistry. The activity of FeOCl is preserved in the slightly acidic pH value of the tumor microenvironment (pH 6.5−6.9). Such property can be advantageous in biobased systems, where ROS generation can be modulated in slightly acidic conditions, which is characteristic of the solid tumor microenvironment. In the present study, BSA-stabilized FeOCl nanosheets (NSs) are synthesized and characterized by transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, zeta potential analysis, dynamic light scattering, and UV–vis spectroscopy. The morphology of the nanoparticles is flake-like, and their hydrodynamic diameter is around 200 nm. MTT, apoptosis assay, and trypan blue staining evaluate the toxicity of FeOCl NSs toward the 4T1 cell line. It is found that the toxicity of the NSs is higher in physiological conditions of solid tumors (pH 6.5, H2O2 100 × 10−6 m ) than in the conditions of healthy organs (pH 7.4). Specifically, cancer cells are in their late apoptotic stage by more than eight times higher at pH 6.5 than pH 7.4. The toxicity results are in agreement with the in vitro catalytic assay of the NSs. Therefore, the FeOCl NSs can be the building blocks for constructing chemodynamic therapy agents. 相似文献

A novel and efficient route for the synthesis of 1,8-dioxooctahydroxanthenes and 14-aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes is described through one-pot multi-component reaction of dimedone and 2-naphthol with various aryl aldehydes using ZnO nanoparticles under solvent-free conditions.This method provides a novel and improved pathway for the synthesis of xanthenes in the terms of excellent yields,short reaction times,reusability and low catalyst loading. 相似文献
