The reaction of a slurry of BaBr(2) in a minimal amount of tetrahydrofuran (THF) with 2 equiv of Na(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3)) in diethyl ether followed by crystallization from diethyl ether at -20 °C yields crystals of Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(Et(2)O)(2) (1). Drying 1 at room temperature under vacuum gives the partially desolvated analogue Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(Et(2)O)(x) (1') as a free-flowing white solid, where the value of x varies from <0.1 to about 0.4 depending on whether desolvation is carried out with or without heating. The reaction of 1 or 1' with Lewis bases that bind more strongly to barium than diethyl ether results in the formation of new complexes Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(L), where L = 1,2-dimethoxyethane (2), N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (3), 12-crown-4 (4), 18-crown-6 (5), N,N,N',N'-tetraethylethylenediamine (6), and N,N,N',N",N"-pentamethylethylenetriamine (7). Recrystallization of 4 and 5 from THF affords the related compounds Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(12-crown-4)(THF)·THF (4') and Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(18-crown-6)·2THF (5'). In addition, the reaction of BaBr(2) with 2 equiv of Na(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3)) in the presence of diglyme yields Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(2)(diglyme)(2) (8), and the reaction of 1 with 15-crown-5 affords the diadduct [Ba(15-crown-5)(2)][H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3)](2) (9). Finally, the reaction of BaBr(2) with Na(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3)) in THF, followed by the addition of 12-crown-4, affords the unusual salt [Na(12-crown-4)(2)][Ba(H(3)BNMe(2)BH(3))(3)(THF)(2)] (10). All of these complexes have been characterized by IR and (1)H and (11)B NMR spectroscopy, and the structures of compounds 1-3, 4', 5', and 6-10 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. As the steric demand of the Lewis bases increases, the structure changes from polymers to dimers to monomers and then to charge-separated species. Despite the fact that several of the barium complexes are monomeric in the solid state, none is appreciably volatile up to 200 °C at 10(-2) Torr.  相似文献

Complexes of formula (η-C5H52Rh2{CF3C2CF3 · RNCO} have been prepared by three methods, from reactions between organic isocyanates and (η-C5H5)2Rh2(CO)(CF3C2CF3) or (η-C5H5)2Rh2(CO)2(CF3C2CF3); by treatment of (η-C5H5)2Rh2(CO)(CF3C2CF3) with organic azides; and by oxidation with Me3NO of the organic isocyanide in (η-C5H5)2Rh2(CO)(CNR)(CF3C2CF3). The crystal and molecular structure of the complex (η-C5H5)2Rh2{CF3C2CF3 · RNCO} with R = Ph has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data. This reveals that the isocyanate has condensed with the hexafluorobut-2-yne to form an amide ligand of the form C(CF3)C(CF3)C(=O)N(R); this bridges the two rhodium atoms in a μ2η3-manner.  相似文献

K4Zr5O12 crystallizes in the trigonal system with unit-cell dimensions a = 5.821(2) Å, c = 10.437(3) Å, and space group P3m1. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier techniques. the 386 unique reflections measured by counter techniques were reduced to 334 with I ? 3σ (I); these were used in full-matrix least-squares refinement of the model to a conventional R of 0.0196 (ωR = 0.0228). K4Zr5O12 has a structure that may be described as consisting of perovskite-like layers (potassium ions are cube octahedrally coordinated) with sheets of hexagonal rings of edge-shared trigonal prismatically coordinated zirconium(IV) ions inserted between every third and fourth layer of the perovskite-like structure. The trigonal prisms are face shared to octahedra above and below alternately to form cavities that are occupied by pairs of potassium ions in ninefold coordination.  相似文献

Melamine in pet food (fortified or originally contaminated) was determined by enzyme immunoassay (EIA), high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD), and ultra-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The limits of detection (LOD) for EIA and HPLC-DAD were 0.02 and 0.1 microg/mL, respectively. The linear ranges of the calibration curves for EIA and HPLC-DAD were 0.02-0.5 and 0.1-500 microg/mL, respectively. The coefficient of determinations (r2) of the standard curves for EIA and HPLC were 0.9991 and 0.9999, respectively. Coefficient of variations from both inter- and intra-assay were <9.31%, and recovery range for all concentrations was between 71 and 105%. The r2 values between the EIA and HPLC-DAD methods for melamine analysis of the fortified and originally contaminated samples were 0.9973 and 0.9885. The r2 values for UPLC-MS/MS with HPLC-DAD and with EIA were 0.9566 and 0.9489, respectively.  相似文献

The use of recombinant carbonyl reductase biocatalysts for the reduction of alpha-halo ketone intermediates to their corresponding alpha-halo alcohols has been investigated. The alpha-halo alcohol is obtained in good yield from the corresponding ketone in a stereoselective manner.  相似文献
