New procedures were developed for the synthesis of 3,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)oxetane dinitrate (1) by O-nitration of the corresponding glycol (3) or its mononitrate (6), which were prepared by the reactions of 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol (pentaerythritol) (2) mono- (4) and dinitrates (5), respectively, with alkali. A new method was devised for the synthesis of compounds 4 and 5 by the reaction of tetraol 2 with concentrated HNO3 in dichloroethane. The structures of compounds 1 and 6 were established by X-ray diffraction analysis. 相似文献

The first representative of organic nitrates of the oxazoline series, 4,4-dihydroxymethyl-2-(3-pyridyl)-2-oxazoline dinitrate,
was synthesized by the reaction ofN-nicotinoyltri(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane trinitrate hydronitrate (1) with a solution of KOH in alcohol. The reactivities of compound1 andN-nicotinoylethanolamine nitrate (nicorandil) in the reaction of intramolecular heterocyclization were compared. The structure
of the compound synthesized has been established by X-ray diffraction analysis.

Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane dinitrate benzoate hydronitrate, the first representative of mixed nitric and carboxylic esters
of aminopolyatomic alcohols, was obtained by the reaction of a mixture of concentrated HNO3 and Ac2O with 4,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-phenyl-2-oxazoline. X-ray structural analysis demonstrated that the title compound exists
in the crystal as two independent molecules.

O-Nitration of 4,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-phenyl-2-oxazoline with conc. HNO3 in the presence of Ac2O was found to occur without ring-opening. Hydrolysis of the reaction products gives tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane derivatives.
