Quinazoline is a heterocyclic compound having biological activities. It is aromatic in nature having bicyclic structure containing benzene ring and pyrimidine ring. Quinazoline and its derivatives are found to have wide range of biological activities that is anticancer, analgesic, antimicrobial, antihypertensive, anticonvulsant, antimalarial, antitumor, and anti-tubercular activities. The purpose of this review is to highlight the recent researches made by researchers on various biological activities of quinazoline derivatives on different targets.  相似文献

Nd2O3-SiO2 binary oxide was prepared by solgel technique using tetra-ethoxysilane and neodymium nitrate as precursor materials and HCl as a catalyst. The prepared samples were subjected to heat treatment in the temperature range from 600 to 1100 °C for different time duration. Characterization of heat treated samples was carried out by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of sintering temperature and time on structural changes of Nd-doped silica has been discussed. The sample sintered at 1100 °C for 12 h shows the formation of monoclinic Nd2O3 nanocrystallites in silica matrix with average grain size ∼18 nm.  相似文献

Herein we report isolation of a new chromone alkaloid chrotacumine K (12) from fruits and a chromone glycoside schumaniofioside A (13) from leaves of Dysoxylum binectariferum Hook f. Schumaniofioside A is reported for the first time from Meliaceae family. Other known alkaloids isolated include rohitukine (1) and chrotacumine E (6). The structure of new alkaloid 12 was elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR analysis, synthesis and chemical hydrolysis. Chemically, chrotacumine K (12) is a 3′-O-acetyl rohitukine which on chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis produces rohitukine. The new alkaloid 12 is also present in seeds and stem-barks of this plant. The glycoside schumaniofioside A (13) is present only in leaves, and in abundance (~1% w/w of dried leaves). The isolated compounds and extracts were evaluated for in vitro effect on the proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and IL-6) in human monocytic THP-1 cells. The alkaloid 12 displayed potent inhibition (57%) of TNF-α at 0.3 µM, and was non-toxic to THP-1 cells up to 40 µM, indicating its excellent therapeutic window. Furthermore, a nitrobenzoyl ester analog 15e showed better inhibition of IL-6 than parent natural product chrotacumine K.  相似文献

Agriculture is the backbone of every developing country. Among various crops, wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) belongs to the family Poaceae and is the most important staple food crop of various countries. Different biotic (viruses, bacteria and fungi) and abiotic stresses (water logging, drought and salinity) adversely affect the qualitative and quantitative attributes of wheat. Among these stresses, salinity stress is a very important limiting factor affecting the morphological, physiological, biochemical attributes and grain yield of wheat. This research work was carried out to evaluate the influence of phytosynthesized TiO2 NPs on the germination, physiochemical, and yield attributes of wheat varieties in response to salinity. TiO2 NPs were synthesized using TiO2 salt and a Buddleja asiatica plant extract as a reducing and capping agent. Various concentrations of TiO2 nanoparticles (20, 40, 60 and 80 mg/L) and salt solutions (NaCl) (100 and 150 mM) were used. A total of 20 mg/L and 40 mg/L improve germination attributes, osmotic and water potential, carotenoid, total phenolic, and flavonoid content, soluble sugar and proteins, proline and amino acid content, superoxide dismutase activity, and reduce malondialdhehyde (MDA) content at both levels of salinity. These two concentrations also improved the yield attributes of wheat varieties at both salinity levels. The best results were observed at 40 mg/L of TiO2 NPs at both salinity levels. However, the highest concentrations (60 and 80 mg/L) of TiO2 NPs showed negative effects on germination, physiochemical and yield characteristics and causes stress in both wheat varieties under control irrigation conditions and salinity stress. Therefore, in conclusion, the findings of this research are that the foliar application of TiO2 NPs can help to improve tolerance against salinity stress in plants.  相似文献

Magnetic nanocomposites consisting of cobalt ferrite nanoparticles embedded in silica matrix were prepared by the coprecipitation method using metallic chlorides as precursors for ferrite. Subsequently composites were annealed at 100, 200 and 300 °C for 2 h. The samples were structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The magnetic properties were measured in the temperature range of 10-300 K using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The effects of thermal treatment on structural and magnetic properties of nanocomposites were investigated. When the samples were annealed, CoFe2O4 nanocrystallites were observed in the SiO2 matrix, whose size increases with increase in annealing temperature. The coercivity and saturation magnetization of nanocomposite (annealed at 300 °C for 2 h) are much higher than that of bulk cobalt ferrite. The realization of adjustable particle sizes and controllable magnetic properties makes the applicability of the CoFe2O4 nanocomposite more versatile.  相似文献

Despite broad interest in self-organizing systems, there are few quantitative, experimentally applicable criteria for self-organization. The existing criteria all give counter-intuitive results for important cases. In this Letter, we propose a new criterion, namely, an internally generated increase in the statistical complexity, the amount of information required for optimal prediction of the system's dynamics. We precisely define this complexity for spatially extended dynamical systems, using the probabilistic ideas of mutual information and minimal sufficient statistics. This leads to a general method for predicting such systems and a simple algorithm for estimating statistical complexity. The results of applying this algorithm to a class of models of excitable media (cyclic cellular automata) strongly support our proposal.  相似文献

在本工作中,我们主要研究了101Pd核中$ \nu_{11/2} $带的能级结构,并与临近同位素相对应的能级结构进行了对比。研究发现在Pd同位素链,即$ N\!= \!Z\! =\! 50 $的壳附近,三轴形变的演变符合很好的系统性,即从小的不稳定形变逐渐演变为稳定的长椭形变。同时,我们也做了总势能面(TRS)随着原子核转动频率以及中子数变化的系统计算,结果也支持该核区不稳定三轴形变演化的规律。  相似文献
