We studied the simultaneous quantitative analysis of biologically active substances, such as nicotinic acid, trigonelline, caffeine, qunolinic acid and tannic acid and pyrogallic acid, in several roasted coffees by an HPLC/diode-array system with a home-made sol-gel and ODS-2 columns. A simple method for simultaneous quantitative analysis of biologically active substances in the coffee brew became feasible by an HPLC/diode-array system with a sol-gel column at a single wavelength of 210 nm. The most efficient condition of the Rs value was above 1.05 when two sol-gel columns were connected. In addition, the elution behavior of nicotinic acid in brew extracted from commercially available coffee beans suggests the thermal decomposition process during roasting, and indicated the maximum value for full city roasted coffee.  相似文献

We measure the current and shot noise in a quantum dot in the Kondo regime to address the nonequilibrium properties of the Kondo effect. By systematically tuning the temperature and gate voltages to define the level positions in the quantum dot, we observe an enhancement of the shot noise as temperature decreases below the Kondo temperature, which indicates that the two-particle scattering process grows as the Kondo state evolves. Below the Kondo temperature, the Fano factor defined at finite temperature is found to exceed the expected value of unity from the noninteracting model, reaching 1.8±0.2.  相似文献

We have prepared thin Zr-B films at low temperatures as a new material applicable to an extremely thin barrier against Cu diffusion in Si-ULSI metallization. The obtained Zr-B films mainly consist of the ZrB2 phase with a nanocrystalline texture on SiO2 and a fiber texture on Cu. The resistivity of the Zr-B films depends on the substrate of SiO2 or Cu. The constituent ratio of B/Zr is almost 2, though the contaminants of oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon are incorporated in the film. The nanocrystalline structure of the Zr-B film on SiO2 is stable due to annealing at temperatures up to 500 °C for 30 min. We applied the 3-nm thick Zr-B film to a diffusion barrier between Cu and SiO2, and the stable barrier properties were confirmed. We can demonstrate that the thin Zr-B film is a promising candidate for thin film application to a metallization material in Si-ULSIs.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-bromoethylamine 1 with methylisothiocyanate 2 under mild condition gave 2-methyl-amino-2-thiazoline 3 as the major product together with two kinds of byproducts, 3-(N-methylthiocar-bamoyl)-2-methyliminothiazolidine 4 and N,N′-dimethyl-N-(2-thiazolin-2-yl)thiourea 5. Thermal isomer-ization of 5 to 4 was observed. The structures of the byproducts were confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Fruit peels, pericarps, or rinds are rich in phenolic/polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties and potentially beneficial effects against obesity and obesity-related non-communicable diseases. This study investigated the anti-obesity effects of matoa (Pometia pinnata) and salak (Salacca zalacca) fruit peel. Neither matoa peel powder (MPP) nor salak peel powder (SPP) affected the body weight, visceral fat weight, or serum glucose or lipid levels of Sprague–Dawley rats when included as 1% (w/w) of a high-fat diet (HFD). However, MPP significantly decreased the hepatic lipid level. MPP at a dose of 3% (w/w) of the HFD decreased body weight, visceral fat, and serum triglyceride levels as well as the hepatic lipid content. The inhibitory effect of MPP on hepatic lipid accumulation was not enhanced when its concentration was increased from 1% to 3% of the HFD. The anti-obesity effect of matoa was partly explained by the inhibitory effect of the matoa peel extract on fatty acid-induced secretion of ApoB-48 protein, a marker of intestinal chylomicrons, in differentiated Caco-2 cell monolayers. We identified hederagenin saponins that are abundant in MPP as potential anti-obesity substances. These results will contribute towards the development of functional foods with anti-obesity effects using the matoa fruit peel.  相似文献

A mixture of ω-(4-cyanobiphenyl-4′-yloxy)alkyl methacrylate and 1,3,5-tris-(ω-methacryloyloxyalkyloxy)benzene was heated to 200 °C at 5–10 °C/min. A large, broad exothermic transition peak was observed by differential scanning calorimetry during the first heating process. The transition indicated the formation of a networked polymer, which was then immersed for 24 h in various nematic liquid crystals, such as 4-cyano-4′-pentylbiphenyl, to give liquid crystal gels. The networked polymers and their corresponding liquid crystal gels exhibited different liquid crystal-isotropic transitions. The swelling behaviors of the liquid crystal gels were compared with those of gels cross-linked with 1,6-hexanediol dimethacrylate, trimethylpropane trimethacrylate, and pentaerythritol tetraacetate. The characteristics of liquid crystal gels cross-linked with 1,3,5-tris-(ω-methacryloyloxyalkyloxy)benzenes were studied.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed reaction of vinylarenes, allyl ethers, and 1,5-dienes with pinacol proceeded via a selective anti-Markovnikov nucleophilic attack to afford corresponding terminal acetals as major products. The bulkiness of pinacol was found to be critical in controlling the regioselectivity.  相似文献
