The thermochemical transformation of electrostatically formed complexes of methyl orange (MO) with polycations containing primary amine groups such as ammonium salts afforded new polymers with a high concentration of covalently bound 4‐N,N‐dimethylaminoazobenzene groups in the side chain. Poly(allylamine hydrochloride) and poly(β‐aminoethylene acrylamide hydrochloride) were employed as support polycations for MO. The transformation of sulfonate–ammonium ion pairs into sulfonamide bonds, via heating at an elevated temperature, was supported by the polymer properties before and after the thermal treatment. The polymer structure changes were monitored with elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, and ultraviolet–visible absorption spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The spacer length between the backbone and azobenzene structures used as side chains strongly influenced the polymer properties before and after the heat‐induced reaction. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A simple and easy method of analysis for diclofenac sodium is reported. A spectrofluorometric method for the microdetermination of diclofenac sodium has been developed through its reaction with cerium(IV) in an acidic solution and measurement of the fluorescence of the Ce(III) ions produced. Under the optimum experimental conditions for the oxidation reaction, 1.0 M H2SO4 with 90 min of heating time (100 degrees C), the range of application is 124.3-600 ng mL(-1) and the limit of detection is 72.7 ng mL(-1). The proposed method was applied to the determination of diclofenac sodium in pharmaceutical tablets. The results of the analysis show a good agreement with those obtained by the official USP 27 HPLC method.  相似文献

Individual extraction constants of nine dicarbollylcobaltate anions in the two-phase water-nitrobenzene system were determined radiometrically assuming that the changes of Gibbs energy of the transfer of the tetraphenylarsonium cation, Ph4As+, and of the tetraphenylborate anion, BPh 4 , from the aqueous into the nitrobenzene phase are equal. The constants obtained by this method were correlated with Hansch's constants of hydrophobity.  相似文献

‘Head-to-head’ oligo-N-methylpyrrole peptide dimers linked by a methano[1,5]diazocin scaffold are presented in racemic as well as chiral fashion. Their DNA binding activities were assayed on calf thymus DNA, poly(dA-dT)2, and poly(dC-dG)2 by NMR and ECD spectroscopies, and fluorescence probe displacement assay. The presented dimers prefer AT sequences, but show higher affinity to poly(dC-dG)2 than distamycin A. The (4R,9R) configuration of methanodiazocin bridge was found to be better suited for interaction with ct-DNA and poly(dA-dT)2 than (4S,9S) configuration.  相似文献

A column-switching high-performance liquid chromatographic method with UV detection for the determination of cocaine (COC) and benzoylecgonine (BZE) in human blood plasma samples is described. The method uses an alkyl-diol-silica ADS-C18 extraction precolumn. A 50- micro L plasma sample was introduced to the ADS precolumn in order to separate the analytes from proteins and endogenous compounds. The fraction containing COC and BZE was back-flushed and transferred to an Alltech mixed-mode C(18)/cation-exchange analytical column for final separation. The validation of the method revealed quantitative recoveries from 95.0 to 99.0% for COC at three different concentrations (0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 micro g mL(-1)), and from 96.0 to 99.0% for BZE at the same concentration levels with coefficients of variation <4.00% (n=5). The detection limit (signal to noise ratio (S/N)>3) was 0.03 micro g mL(-1) for all the compounds with an injection volume of 50 micro L. However, it was possible to enhance the sensitivity further by injecting larger plasma volumes, up to 200 micro L, at the same optimal conditions. The overlap of sample preparation, analysis and reconditioning of the extraction column, increase the overall sample throughput to 5 samples h(-1). The developed method has been applied to human blood plasma samples from subjects suspected of cocaine abuse.  相似文献

In the two-hase water-nitrobenzene extraction system, a method for gradual separation of Cs+, Sr2+ and Ba2+ from the mixture of cations forming stable non-extractable complexes with ethylenediamine-N, N, N,N-tetraacetic acid in the presence of the sodium salt of dicarbollylcobaltate anion {[-(3)-1, 2-B9C2H11]2 Co(III)} and polyethylene glycol ligand with a mean relative molecular mass of 400 (PEG 400), respectively, was developed. In the first extraction step, Cs+ was extracted into the organic phase while the other cations studied (Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Ce3+) remained in the aqueous phase. In the second extraction step, Sr2+ and Ba2+ were extracted into the nitrobenzene phase. Finally, in the following reextraction step, Sr2+ was transferred into the aqueous phase while Ba2+ remained in the organic phase.  相似文献

From extraction experiments with 133Ba as a tracer, the extraction constant corresponding to the equilibrium Ba2+(aq) + 2A-(aq) + 2L(nb) BaL2 2+(nb) + 2A-(nb) in the two-phase water-nitrobenzene system (A- = picrate, L = benzo-15-crown-5; aq = aqueous phase, nb = nitrobenzene phase) was evaluated as log K ex (BaL2 2+, 2A-) = 5.7. Furthermore, the stability constant of the benzo-15-crown-5 - barium complex in nitrobenzene saturated with water was calculated: log bnb (BaL2 2+) = 14.6.  相似文献

We take up the question of when a state (= -additive measure) on the product of logics (=-orthomodular posets) depends on at most countably many coordinates. We show that it is always so provided there are no real-measurable cardinals. The manner of dependence is a kind of convex combination. We derive some consequences of the latter statement.  相似文献
