Poly(amic acid)s (PAAs) having the high solution stability and transmittance at 365 nm for photosensitive polyimides have been developed. PAAs with a twisted conformation in the main chains were prepared from 2,2′,6,6′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (2,2′,6,6′‐BPDA) and aromatic diamines. Imidization of PAAs was achieved by chemical treatment using trifluoroacetic anhydride. Among them, the PAA derived from 2,2′,6,6′‐BPDA and 4,4′‐(1,3‐phenylenedioxy)dianiline was converted to the polyimide by thermal treatment. The heating at 300 °C under nitrogen did not complete thermal imidization of PAAs having glass‐transition temperatures (Tg)s higher than 300 °C to the corresponding PIs. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Chromal blue G in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride is proposed for the spectrophotometric determination of microgram amounts of beryllium. The sensitivity of color reaction between beryllium and chromai blue G has been greatly increased by the sensitizing action of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (626nm = 93,000). Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0.012–0.12 ppm of beryllium. Full color development occurs in 20 min at pH 5.5 and at 626 nm. The mole ratio of beryllium and chromai blue G in the complex is estimated to be 1:2. The proposed method is very sensitive and selective for determination of beryllium when EDTA is used as a masking agent.  相似文献

We introduce some Mordell curves of two different natures both of which are associated to cubic fields. One set of them consists of those elliptic curves whose rational points over the rational number field are described by or closely related to cubic fields. The other is a one-parameter family of Mordell curves which gives all (cyclic) cubic twists and all quadratic twists of the Fermat curve X3+Y3+Z3=0.  相似文献

The synthesis of Al–Cr single quasicrystal (QC) nanoparticles of the decagonal phase was achieved by introducing an advanced gas flow evaporation method. By obtaining successive electron diffraction patterns for single-QC nanoparticles, the phase transformation temperature of a single-QC nanoparticle was determined to be 700 °C. It was also determined that part of the QC nanoparticle decomposed into hex-Al8Cr5 and Al during the phase transformation. Since the grain growth did not occur during the phase transformation in the present experiment, the inherent phase transformation temperature could be measured.  相似文献

We study the temperature evolution of aluminum nanoparticles generated by femtosecond laser ablation with spatiotemporally resolved x-ray-absorption fine-structure spectroscopy. We successfully identify the nanoparticles based on the L-edge absorption fine structure of the ablation plume in combination with the dependence of the edge structure on the irradiation intensity and the expansion velocity of the plume. In particular, we show that the lattice temperature of the nanoparticles is estimated from the L-edge slope, and that its spatial dependence reflects the cooling of the nanoparticles during plume expansion. The results reveal that the emitted nanoparticles travel in a vacuum as a condensed liquid phase with a lattice temperature of about 2500 to 4200 K in the early stage of plume expansion.  相似文献

We measured the electrical conductivity of Mg0.81Fe0.19O magnesiowüstite, one of the important minerals comprising Earth’s lower mantle, at high pressures up to 135 GPa and 300 K in a diamond-anvil cell (DAC). The results demonstrate that the electrical conductivity increases with increasing pressure to about 60 GPa and exhibits anomalous behavior at higher pressures; it conversely decreases to around 80 GPa and again increases very mildly with pressure. These observed changes may be explained by the high-spin to low-spin transition of iron in magnesiowüstite that was previously reported to occur in a similar pressure range. A very small pressure effect on the electrical conductivity above 80 GPa suggests that a dominant conduction mechanism changes by this electronic spin transition. The electrical conductivity below 2000-km depth in the mantle may be much smaller than previously thought, since the spin transition takes place also in (Mg,Fe)SiO3 perovskite.  相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis, single crystal X-ray structures and magnetic properties of two layered cobalt-carboxylate complexes, 2[CoII(O2CCH(OH)C6H5)2] (1) and 2[CoII(O2CCH(NH2)C6H5)2] (2), where O2CCH(OH)C6H5 is mandalate and O2CCH(NH2)C6H5 is phenylglycinate, are described. Pale pink crystals of 1 and 2 were obtained by the reaction of cobalt nitrate and the enantiomer-pure acids at 120 °C. In each case, the structure consists of stacks of quasi square-grid polymeric sheets consisting of carboxylato- bridges, M-O-C-O-M, and the presence of both d- and l-enantiomers of the ligands segregated on each face of the layer. The ligands exhibit both chelating and bridging functions with the carboxylate group adopting an anti-anti mode. The magnetic properties are characteristic of weakly interacting paramagnets where the moments are elevated by an important orbital contribution via spin-orbit coupling.  相似文献

High-pressure phases IV and V of calcium discovered in 2005 have the highest superconducting transition temperature of 25 K among all the elements; however, their crystal structures have not been determined. From the x-ray powder diffraction data, both Ca IV and V have been found to form unique and complex structures with a coordination number of 7. They were confirmed to be identical to the theoretical models that were recently predicted [Ishikawa, Phys. Rev. B 77 020101(R) (2008)].  相似文献

A high-concentration in-situ phosphorus-doping technique for silicon low-temperature epitaxial growth with Si2H6 has been developed. Growth temperature has an impact on the crystal quality and on lattice strain of phosphorus-doped silicon layers. Resistivity, micro-Raman spectroscopy, and high-resolution X-ray diffraction indicated that good crystal quality was achieved at a growth temperature of 525 °C. On the other hand, growth pressure has little influence on crystal quality or on lattice strain except for surface morphology. By optimizing epitaxial growth conditions, an extremely high concentration of phosphorous doping was achieved without a high-temperature activation annealing, and the resultant good crystal quality of the phosphorus-doped silicon layer gave a very low resistivity. Accordingly, the high-concentration in-situ phosphorus doping is a powerful technique to fabricate future ultra-high-speed SiGe HBTs.  相似文献

Heavily Fe-substituted Ba2YCu3O6+δ-type compound FeSr2YCu2O6+δ exhibits superconductivity around 60 K, only when it is annealed in N2 and subsequently in O2. Cationic distribution in this compound is strongly dependent on ionic radius at the Y site, and its superconducting properties are affected by the cationic distribution. In contrast, although the compound with the substitution of fluorite-type unit for Y has cationic order, it does not exhibit superconductivity. We have analyzed the crystal structure of the compounds with the substitution of other lanthanoid elements for Y and with substitution of fluorite-type unit for Y.  相似文献
