Zusammenfassung Eine Methode zur spektrophotometrischen Mikrobestimmung von Chlorid in Körperflüssigkeiten wird beschrieben, die auf der Bildung von Hexachloroferrat(III)-komplexen beruht (Absorptionsmaximum bei 348 nm). Die Methode zeichnet sich aus durch: große Einfachheit (eine vorherige Denaturierung des Proteins ist nicht erforderlich), geringen Materialverbrauch, geringen Zeitaufwand, Konstanz der Meßwerte, gute Reproduzierbarkeit und hohe Empfindlichkeit. 0,1 Val Cl/ml Meßlösung entsprechen einer Extinktion von etwa 0,255. Das Lambert-Beersche Gesetz gilt im Bereich von 0,01–0,6 Val Cl/ml Meßlösung. Der methodische Fehler beträgt für Serumanalysen ±2,5%. Ein Vergleich mit anderen Methoden zur Chloridbestimmung wird gegeben.
Spectrophotometric microdetermination of chloride as hexachloroferrate(III) complex in blood serum and other body fluids
The method is based on the formation of hexachloroferrate(III) complexes, which are characterized by an absorption maximum in the range of 348 nm. The advantages are: simplicity of the procedure, no protein precipitation necessary; small quantities needed; little time consuming; constant and reproducible results; high sensitivity. The absorbance for 0.1 Eq Cl/ml testing solution is about 0.255. Lambert-Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01–0.6 Eq Cl/ml testing solution. The error is about ± 2.5%. A comparison with other methods for the determination of chloride is given.

The crystal structures of pyrene and substituted and complexed derivatives of pyrene have been investigated by X-ray and neutron diffraction. The geometry of the pyrene skeleton has been determined experimentally with high accuracy and calculated by quantum chemical methods. In the cases reported in the literature and cited here the pyrene skeleton has the molecular symmetry mmm or mm2 with values for the bond lengths of the six symmetrically independent bondsa, b, c, d, e, f differing significantly in the limits of error. Mean values of a number of experimental and theoretical bond lengths are given and can be considered as standard values for the mm2 symmetric pyrene skeleton. In the case of substitution of the pyrene in 3-position with a polar heterocyclic molecule of the azomethine-imine type the mm2 symmetry vanishes, a C–H ... N intramolecular hydrogen bond arises and the directly neighbouring pyrene units are not packed parallel with their planes to each other, but they are considerably tilted. Relatively narrow intermolekular C-C contacts, 3.314 and 3.368 Å, have been observed. The conclusion is drawn that the asymmetry of the pyrene molecule and a tilt of directly neighbouring pyrene units in the crystal packing can be induced by substitution e. g. with suitable polar heterocycles.

In the cocrystal formation of a nonprotic polar (host) molecule (1) with nitromethane (guest) several weak, but directional, intermolecular interactions have vital importance. The endo conformation of the (N)-xylene group of the polycyclic succinimide-based host 1 is stabilized by a Cmethyl $---$ H ??? π interaction [C ??? π /H ??? π distances are 3.554(7)/2.57 Å, the C $---$ H ??? π angle is 159], and the crystal packing is governed by dipole–dipole type interhost (C $ =$ )O ??? C( $ =$ O) connection [C ??? O $ =$ 3.000(5) Å and <C $ =$ O ??? C $ =$ 159.8(3)] in conjunction with possible C $---$ H ??? O interactions [with C ??? O distances ranging between 3.20 and 3.50 Å] involving the polar groups of both host and guest. Crystal data: 1 ??? nitromethane (1:1), C26H21O2 N ? X-ray crystal structures are reported of a free host compound 1, comprising two diphenylmethanol terminal groups attached to a central 9,10-ethynyl substituted anthracene unit, and of three inclusion compounds of a fluoren-9-ol substituted analogous host 2 with acetone, dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) and dimethylformamide (DMF) as guest, respectively. Despite the presence of two hydroxyl groups in 1, there is no O–H...O hydrogen bond between the molecules in the guest free crystal – only weaker C–H...O interactions and van der Waals' type connections. In the inclusion compounds of 2, H-bonded 1:2 host–guest associates are formed, where each of the host hydroxyl groups binds to a guest oxygen atom. The orientations of the host–guest connections in these complexes vary, being E for acetone and Z for both DMSO and DMF guests, relative to the host anthracene unit. The DMSO and DMF inclusion compounds of 2 proved to be isostructural.  相似文献

The reactivity of Δ3- and Δ2-3-bromomethylcephems toward carboxylate nucleophiles has been studied. The Δ3-bromomethylcephem 1 , less reactive than the Δ2-analogue 4 , is converted in high yields into 3-acyl-oxymethyl-3-cephems 2a-d , generally with no isomerization of the double bond, only within a narrow range of conditions. In particular, the Δ3-7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) derivative 2a has been obtained as the only product in 91% yield by treatment of 1 with triethylammonium acetate in acetic acid. The Δ2-bromomethyl-cephem 4 is easily converted into the Δ2-acyloxymethyl-cepheras 5a-d without double bond isomerization, in very high yields.  相似文献

N-Glycosylation of cellobiohydrolase I from the fungus Trichoderma reesei (strain Rut-C30) is studied using a combination of electrophoretic, chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques. As four potential N-glycosylation sites and several uncharged and phosphorylated high-mannose glycans are present, a large number of glycoforms and phospho-isoforms can be expected. Isoelectric focusing both in gel and in capillary format was successfully applied for the separation of the phospho-isoforms. They were extracted in their intact form from the gel and subsequently analysed by nanospray-Q-TOF-MS, thereby making use of a powerful two-dimensional technique. Nano-LC/MS/MS on a Q-Trap MS further allowed the determination of the glycosylation sites. As a novel approach, an oxonium ion was used in precursor ion scanning for selective detection of glycopeptides containing phosphorylated high-mannose glycans.  相似文献

Deposition of silica thin films on silicon wafer was investigated by in situ mass measurements with a microbalance configured for dip coating. Mass change was recorded with respect to deposition time when the substrate was fully immersed in the silica sol. Mass gain during deposition was higher than predicted from monolayer coverage of silica nano particles. This implied that deposition was facilitated by gelling of the nanoparticles on the substrate. The rate of deposition was enhanced by increasing the particle concentration in the sol and by decreasing the particle size from 12 to 5 nm. Increasing the salt concentration of the silica sol at constant pH enhanced the deposition of the silica particles. Reducing the pH of the sol from 10 to 6 decreased the deposition rate due to aggregation of the primary silica particles.  相似文献

Three series of vacancy-free quaternary clathrates of type I, Ba8ZnxGe46−xySiy, Ba8(Zn,Cu)xGe46−x, and Ba8(Zn,Pd)xGe46−x, have been prepared by reactions of elemental ingots in vacuum sealed quartz at 800 °C. In all cases cubic primitive symmetry (space group Pm3?n, a∼1.1 nm) was confirmed for the clathrate phase by X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray single crystal analyses. The lattice parameters show a linear increase with increase in Ge for Ba8ZnxGe46−xySiy. M atoms (Zn, Pd, Cu) preferably occupy the 6d site in random mixtures. No defects were observed for the 6d site. Site preference of Ge and Si in Ba8ZnxGe46−xySiy has been elucidated from X-ray refinement: Ge atoms linearly substitute Si in the 24k site whilst a significant deviation from linearity is observed for occupation of the 16i site. A connectivity scheme for the phase equilibria in the “Ba8Ge46” corner at 800 °C has been derived and a three-dimensional isothermal section at 800 °C is presented for the Ba-Pd-Zn-Ge system. Studies of transport properties carried out for Ba8{Cu,Pd,Zn}xGe46−x and Ba8ZnxSiyGe46−xy evidenced predominantly electrons as charge carriers and the closeness of the systems to a metal-to-insulator transition, fine-tuned by substitution and mechanical processing of starting material Ba8Ge43. A promising figure of merit, ZT ∼0.45 at 750 K, has been derived for Ba8Zn7.4Ge19.8Si18.8, where pricey germanium is exchanged by reasonably cheap silicon.  相似文献

A novel host molecule, 1, suitable for crystalline lattice-type inclusion, has been synthesized, and its cocrystal formation ability has been investigated. Host 1 proved to be of potential use for organic solvent separation and retrieval, and a promising auxiliary for solidification of certain odorous substances. The crystal structures of the solvent-free host 1, and its complex with 1,4-dioxane (1 : 1), have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of 1 (guest-free) is triclinic, P , with a = 9.452(2), b = 10.359(3), c = 13.116(3) Å, = 101.80(2), = 106.53(1) and = 104.32(1)°. The spacious, propeller-like molecules are held together by weak van der Waals' forces. The dioxane inclusion compound is monoclinic, P21/a, with a = 15.050(1), b = 8.641(1) and c = 20.658(1) Å, and = 94.56(1)°, and contains two crystallographically independent guest molecules, both located around symmetry centres. The molecular packing seems to be governed by C—H···O type bonds (C···O = 3.31 and 3.48 Å) from the host to the dioxane oxygens.  相似文献
