Pure (7E,9Z-7, 9-dodecadien-1-yl acetate (1), the sex pheromone of Lobesiabotrana, has been prepared in 21.6% overall yield by a reaction scheme involving; (i) the cross-coupling of (E) - 8 - (2 - tetrahydropyranyloxy) -1 - octenyldisiamylborane with 1 - bromo - 1 - butyne, in the presence of a Pd (O) catalyst and base; (ii) the acetylation of the crude product of this reaction; (iii) the (Z)-stereoselective reduction of the obtained conjugated (E)-enyn-1-yl acetate. (E)-9,11-Dodecadien-1-yl acetate (2), a sex pheromone component of Diparopsiscastanea, has been analogously obtained (in 54.3% overall yield) by cross-coupling of (E) - 10 - (2 - tetrahydropyranyloxy) - 1 - decenyl borane with vinyl bromide, in the presence of a Pd (O) catalyst and base, followed by acetylation of the crude product. Compound 2, which was 87.7% chemically pure, was purified by column chromatography over SiO2-AgNO3. Chemically pure (9Z, 11E) - 9,11 - tetradecadien - 1 - yl acetate (3), a sex pheromone component of Spodopteralittoralis, has been prepared (in 30.2% overall yield) by reaction of 10 - (2 - tetrahydropyranyloxy) - 1 - decynylamagnesium bromide with (E)-1-iodo-1-butene, in the presence of a Pd (O) catalyst, followed by acetylation of the crude product and by (Z)-stereoselective reduction of the obtained (E)-enyn-1-yl acetate.The stereoisomeric purity of 1, 2 and 3 has been evaluated by glc analysis on glass capillary columns or by reverse phase hplc analysis.  相似文献

Interest about simultaneous electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data acquisition has rapidly increased during the last years because of the possibility that the combined method offers to join temporal and spatial resolution, providing in this way a powerful tool to investigate spontaneous and evoked brain activities. However, several intrinsic features of MRI scanning become sources of artifacts on EEG data. Noise sources of a highly predictable nature such as those related to the pulse MRI sequence and those determined by magnetic gradient switching during scanning do not represent a major problem and can be easily removed. On the contrary, the ballistocardiogram (BCG) artifact, a large signal visible on all EEG traces and related to cardiac activity inside the magnetic field, is determined by sources that are not fully stereotyped and causing important limitations in the use of artifact-removing strategies. Recently, it has been proposed to use independent component analysis (ICA) to remove BCG artifact from EEG signals. ICA is a statistical algorithm that allows blind separation of statistically independent sources when the only available information is represented by their linear combination. An important drawback with most ICA algorithms is that they exhibit a stochastic behavior: each run yields slightly different results such that the reliability of the estimated sources is difficult to assess. In this preliminary report, we present a method based on running the FastICA algorithm many times with slightly different initial conditions. Clustering structure in the signal space of the obtained components provides us with a new way to assess the reliability of the estimated sources.  相似文献

Iron-Phthalocyanine molecules deposited on the Cu(119) vicinal surface form molecular chains along the vicinal surface steps, as deduced by the low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) reconstruction pattern. The work-function lowers at the FePc single-layer completion, due to the formation of an interface dipole. Further FePc deposition induces a different growth morphology, as suggested by the slope discontinuity in the work function variation. Upon depositing potassium onto the FePc thin-film prepared on Cu(119), the K-injected electrons fill up the Fe-d-associated and ligand-π-related orbitals, as observed by means of high-resolution ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy.  相似文献

By combining experimental and theoretical approaches, we study the adsorption of pentacene on copper as a model for the coupling between aromatic molecules and metal surfaces. Our results for the interface electronic structure are not compatible with a purely physisorption picture, which is conventionally employed for such systems. An electrothermal atomic absorption (ETAAS) method for the determination of traces of iron (0.1-1.0 microgram g-1) in Fe-doped indium phosphide (InP) has been developed. In order to overcome the indium matrix-effect and to achieve a useful detection limit, a preliminary solvent-extraction of Fe(III) with acetylacetone (HAA) is necessary. After sample dissolution with hydrochloric acid (1 + 1) the digest is evaporated to dryness, Fe(II) is oxidized to Fe(III) with nitric acid, the residue is dissolved in 0.01 mol L-1 HCl and the iron is extracted at pH 2.0 with 0.5 mol L-1 HAA in toluene. The organic phase is injected into the graphite furnace and the iron is directly evaluated by external organic standard calibration. The limit of detection (3SB) resulting from further in-situ preconcentration is 0.03 microgram g-1. When the method was applied to the analysis of real samples containing 0.2-0.7 microgram g-1 Fe, the RSD was in the range 8-21%. Results were compared with those independently obtained on the decomposed sample solution with inductively coupled atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The detection limit of the ICP-AES method, that needs matrix-matched standards, is 0.20 microgram g-1.  相似文献

Many abiotic and biotic factors can influence the partitioning equilibrium of heavy metals, thus influencing metal impact on aquatic environments. Unicellular algal species release soluble organic substances able to complex metals. In our laboratory a Cr-tolerant strain was selected and isolated from a wild type strain of Scenedesmus acutus. The exudates released by the two strains counteracted the growth inhibition caused by Cr(VI) and the exudates of the Cr-tolerant strain were more effective. On the contrary, the exudates did not reduce chromium toxicity to the cladoceran Daphnia magna. The reduction of chromium effect on algae seems the consequence of an algae-specific interaction among Cr(VI), exudates and algal cells. Chromium uptake resulted to be energy-dependent since bioaccumulation rate in subdued light condition was lower than at high light intensity. The effect of Cr(VI) on algae changed depending on metabolism of the cells and in particular it seemed to be related to the bioaccumulation rate. Tolerance in the selected strain could not be ascribed to a lower uptake of chromium. The difference in sensitivity to chromium between the two strains was exploited to evaluate if tolerance acquired by algae could have consequences for Daphnia. After treatment with Cr(VI), the two strains of S. acutus were used as food source for D. magna. The results indicate that chromium is accumulated by algae in a form not available for daphnids and that Cr tolerance acquired by the algae can be of some advantage to the consumer organism.  相似文献

This paper reviews the transformation processes that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) undergo in the atmosphere. These processes can take place both in the gas phase and in the particulate/aerosol one. Among the gas-phase processes, the most important ones are the daytime reaction with *OH and the nighttime reaction with *NO3. The relative importance of the two processes depends on the particular PAH molecule. For instance, gaseous naphthalene is mainly removed from the atmosphere upon reaction with *OH, while gaseous phenanthrene is mainly removed by reaction with *NO3. Oxy-, hydroxy-, and nitro-PAHs are the main transformation intermediates. Reaction with ozone and photolysis play a secondary role in the transformation of gaseous PAHs. The particle-associated processes are usually slower than the gas-phase ones, thus the gas-phase PAHs usually have shorter atmospheric lifetimes than those found on particulate. Due to the higher residence time on particulate when compared with the gas phase, direct or assisted photolysis plays a relevant role in the transformation of particle-associated PAHs. Among the other processes taking place in the condensed phase, nitration plays a very important role due to the health impact of nitro-PAHs, some of them being the most powerful mutagens found so far in atmospheric particulate extracts.  相似文献

We have investigated the Raman profiles of the nu(C[Triple Bond]N) and nu(C=O) vibrational modes of the nematic liquid crystal ME6N (4-cyanophenyl-4(')-hexylbenzoate) in the isotropic phase at different temperatures and used them as probes of the dynamics and structural organization of this liquid. The vibrational time correlation functions of the nu(C[Triple Bond]N) mode, rather adequately interpreted within the assumption of exponential modulation function (the Kubo-Rothschild theory), indicate that the system experiences an intermediate dynamical regime that gets only slightly faster with increasing temperature. However, this theory fails in predicting the non-exponential behavior that the time correlation functions manifest in the long time range (t>3 ps). For this reason we have additionally approached the interpretation of vibrational correlation functions in terms of the theory formulated by Rothschild and co-workers for locally structured liquids. The application of this theory reveals that the molecular dynamics in this liquid crystal in the isotropic phase is that deriving from a distribution of differently sized clusters, which narrows as the temperature increases. Even at the highest temperature reached in this study (87 degrees C above the nematic-isotropic transition), the liquid has not yet achieved the structure of the simple liquid and the dynamics has not reached the limit of the single channel process. The vibrational and orientational relaxations occur in very different time scales. The temperature independence of the orientational dynamics in the whole range from 55 degrees C to 135 degrees C has been referred to the nonhydrodynamic behavior of the system, arising when local pseudonematic structures persist for times longer than the orientational relaxation. The occurrence of the process of resonant vibrational energy transfer between the C=O groups of adjacent molecules has been revealed in the isotropic phase by a slightly positive Raman noncoincidence effect in the band associated with the nu(C=O) mode. A qualitative interpretation is tentatively given in terms of partial cancellation of contributions deriving from structures having opposite orientations of their C=O groups.  相似文献
