实验采用循环伏安法,用镍电极代替铂铑等贵金属电极测定了碱性体系中不同硼氢根离子浓度下的开路电位,得出了研究电极的开路电位(-0.355~-0.280vs.SCE/V)与微量硼氢根离子浓度的对应关系,并用于监测电解偏硼酸钠制备硼氢化钠体系中微量硼氢根离子,同时计算了该方法的误差。结果表明,测量结果的相对标准偏差为2.2%;回收率为98.4%。该法简单、快速,可测定10^-5~10^-3mol/L范围的硼氢根离子浓度。 相似文献

This study established a ferric ion (Fe3+) detection method as a result of the fluorescence quenching effect of Fe3+ on carbon dots (CDs). Specifically, we proposed, a green microwave synthesis route towards fluorescent CDs that requires only the brewer’s spent grain as starting materials. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were performed to investigate the CDs characteristic: morphology, size distribution, functional groups, and composition, respectively. The experimental results, which were run under optimal experimental conditions, indicated that the fluorescence intensity and concentration of Fe3+ were within the desired linear range (0.3–7 μM). The detection limit of this assay towards Fe3+ was 95 nM. The proposed method showed significant selectivity with respect to interfering ions. We evaluated the potential application of this method with tap water, lake water and fetal bovine serum as real samples. Additionally, the CDs could be served as superior bioimaging probes in Hela cells as a result of their excellent optical stability and good biocompatibility. 本文用现场电化学-ESR联合测试的技术, 对电化学聚对萃膜在浓H_2SO_4中的性质进行了研究, 结果表明: 聚对苯膜具有高的电导率和相对低的自旋磁化率, 极化子与偶极化子为主要导电者, 并在一定的电位下相互转化, 自旋粒子有很大的离域性。膜中链与链之间可能存在部分的氧桥结构, 而引起体系结构的某些变化, 使聚对苯膜的电导提高以及掺杂容易进行。掺杂量受电位控制, 浓H_2SO_4中的HSO_4~-嵌入/脱嵌的电化学可逆性很好, 最大掺杂量可相当于每5个苯环单元氧化出一个正电荷, 可望将电化学聚对苯用作稳定的二次电池电极材料。 相似文献

Fabrication of atomic dopant wires at large scale is challenging.We explored the feasibility to fabricate atomic dopant wires by nano-patterning self-assembled dopant carrying molecular monolayers via a resist-free lithographic approach.The resist-free lithography is to use electron beam exposure to decompose hydrocarbon contaminants in vacuum chamber into amorphous carbon that serves as an etching mask for nanopatterning the phosphorus-bearing monolayers.Dopant wires were fabricated in silicon by patterning diethyl vinylphosphonate monolayers into lines with a width ranging from 1 μm down to 8 nm.The dopants were subsequently driven into silicon to form dopant wires by rapid thermal annealing.Electrical measurements show a linear correlation between wire width and conductance,indicating the success of the monolayer patterning process at nanoscale.The dopant wires can be potentially scaled down to atomic scale if the dopant thermal diffusion can be mitigated. 相似文献

建立了Geant4软件粒子输运模拟平台,完成了核聚变高能射线能量-时间联合谱探测系统的探测效率计算数值建模;提出了遗传算法调用Geant4软件的射线探测系统参数优化方法。以自聚焦透镜前端与塑料闪烁体后端面的距离、自聚焦透镜后端面的长度及自聚焦透镜与通信光纤前端的距离为自变量,以耦合效率为适应度函数,实现了高能探测系统中由塑料闪烁体-自聚焦透镜-通信光纤组成的光耦合部件参数的优化算法。优化结果表明,该算法可以提高塑料闪烁体发出的荧光由自聚焦透镜耦合到通信光纤中的效率,最大可达4.77%。 相似文献

This article aims at designing a wavelet alternative to Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR). In order to select the most suitable wavelet parameters to perform, several decomposition levels and 53 wavelets were tested by trial and error approach, respectively. The result indicated that discrete meyer wavelet (dmey) associated with its third decomposition level was very efficient for this purpose. On the base of it, a novel library named as Fourier transform infrared wavelet coefficients library (FTIR-WC) has been constructed. Finally, two tools such as library search and structure elucidation were developed to evaluate the capability of the new library system. The results obtained were also compared with those from FTIR library by a variety of indices. The results suggested that the new library performed better but with less volume. This work is expected to propose a novel and practical strategy in infrared spectroscopic analysis. 相似文献
