The crystal structures of hexa‐μ‐propionato‐1:2κ6O:O′;1:3κ6O:O′‐diquinoline‐2κN,3κN‐calcium(II)dizinc(II), [CaZn2(C3H5O2)6(C9H7N)2], and hexa‐μ‐pivalato‐1:2κ6O:O′;1:3κ6O:O′‐diquinoline‐2κN,3κN‐calcium(II)dicobalt(II), [CaCo2(C5H9O2)6(C9H7N)2], are described. Both contain a linear array of one CaII ion and two MII (M = Zn, Co) ions connected by two sets of three carboxylate ligands in syn–syn bridging modes. The distorted tetrahedral geometry around the MII ion is completed by a quinoline N atom. The central CaII ion occupies a crystallographic inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by six carboxyl O atoms in each structure. The ZnII?CaII and CoII?CaII distances are 3.8504 (9) and 3.7929 (5) Å, respectively. 相似文献

Two-dimensional(2D) materials with atomic thickness are promising candidates for the applications in future semiconductor devices, owing to their fascinating physical properties and superlative optoelectronic performance. Chemical vapor deposition(CVD) is considered to be an efficient method for large-scale preparation of 2D materials toward practical applications.However, the high melting points of metal precursors and the thermodynamics instabilities of metastable phases limit the direct CVD synthesis of plenty of 2D materials. The salt has recently been introduced into the CVD process, which proved to be effective to address these issues. In this review, we highlighted the latest progress in the salt-assisted CVD growth of 2D materials, including layered and non-layered crystals. Firstly, strategies of adding salts are summarized. Then, the salt-assisted growth of various layered materials is presented, emphasizing on the transition metal chalcogenides of stable and metastable phases. Furthermore, strategies to grow ultrathin non-layered materials are discussed. We provide viewpoints into the techniques of using salt, the effects of salt, and the growth mechanisms of 2D crystals. Finally, we offer the challenges to be overcome and further research directions of this emerging salt-assisted CVD technique. 相似文献

A new nonlinear optical (NLO) oxysulfide, Sr6Cd2Sb6O7S10, which contains the functional groups [SbOxS5?x]7? (x=0, 1) with a 5s2 electron configuration, is synthesized by a solid‐state reaction. This compound displays a phase‐matchable second harmonic generation (SHG) response four times stronger than AgGaS2 (AGS) under laser irradiation at 2.09 μm. Single‐crystal‐based optical measurements reveal a SHG intensity that can be tuned by temperature and novel photoluminescence properties. Theoretical analyses demonstrate that tetragonal [SbOS4]7? and [SbS5]7? pyramids make the predominant contribution to the enhanced SHG effect. Among those, the [SbOS4]7? units with mixed anions make a larger contribution. This work proposes that oxysulfide groups with an ns2 electron configuration can serve as new functional building units in NLO materials and opens a new avenue for the design of other optoelectronic materials. 相似文献
