The influence of the sample orientation on the effective value of the hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficients d h (i) of Sn2P2S6 crystals has been studied. The hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficients d h (1) and d′ h (3) , were measured, d h (1) =(244±3) pC/N and d′ h (3) =(92±1) pC/N. The hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient d h (3) for orthogonal axis system was calculated to be d h (3) =(87±2) pC/N. The, optimal orientation of the sample has been found as (Xy l)−20°-cut. Maximal value of the effective hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient d h (1) equals 260 pC/N. Double rotated samples were also studied. The orientation of the samples insensitive to the pressure has been found. The theoretical mean value of hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient (d h ) mean corresponding to randomly oriented Sn2P2S6 grains in a poled composite has been calculated to be (d h ) mean =136 pC/N.  相似文献

We have calculated inclusive two-jet cross sections in next-to-leading order QCD for low Q 2 ep collisions superimposing direct and resolved contributions. Infrared and collinear singularities in the virtual and real contributions are cancelled with the phase space slicing method. Various inclusive two-jet distributions have been computed. The results are compared with recent data from the ZEUS collaboration at HERA.  相似文献

We study the entanglement properties of the output state of a universal cloning machine. We analyse in particular bipartite and tripartite entanglement of the clones, and discuss the classical limit of infinitely many output copies.  相似文献

Right handed weak quark currents coupled to the usual left handed weak lepton current would be seen in inclusive antineutrino scattering on nuclei as a contribution at largey with the quark (not antiquark) structure function. We do not see such a term, and can therefore put an upper limit on the relative strengths of such right handed currents: \(\varrho ^2 = \frac{{\sigma _R }}{{\sigma _L }}< 0.009\) , 90% confidence. This measurement puts limits on the mixing angle of left-right symmetric models. In distinction to similar limits derived from muon decay or β decay, our limits are also valid if the right handed neutrino is heavy.  相似文献

The change of the size distribution of Au clusters induced by annealing was studied in situ by transmission electron microscopy. Starting from statistically distributed Au clusters on a thin amorphous carbon film, “islands” are formed within a few months storage at room temperature, which consist of Au clusters with sizes <4 nm embedded in a thin Au film. These islands cover originally areas with sizes around 25 × 70 nm2. If the temperature is increased in the transmission electron microscope two different processes can be clearly distinguished that lead to the coarsening of the cluster size distribution: cluster coalescence and (contactless) Ostwald ripening. The degree and rate of the coarsening are found to depend on the underlying surface (Au film or amorphous carbon) and the exposure to the high-flux high-energy electron beam, which can be estimated to lead to high-temperature excursions in a cluster on a 10−12 s time scale. The experimental findings are confirmed by Monte-Carlo simulations using the many-body Gupta potentials in order to calculate the Au/Au interaction. Moreover, the results of MC simulations suggest an electron-beam induced formation of a “quasi-two-dimensional gas” of small highly mobile Au species on the Au film, which promotes Ostwald ripening.  相似文献

In comparison to other eukaryotic cells, mammalian oocytes are characterised by a relative high diameter allowing in turn a straightforward micromechanical testing to study their mechanical properties. The structure of mammalian oocytes is characterised by the so-called zona pellucida (ZP), a thick glycoprotein layer, surrounding the cells interior, the ooplasm. In contrast to other cells, where the load is mainly carried by inner cell structures, in case of oocytes a huge amount of external loads is carried by the ZP. Aim of this work is the determination of the mechanical properties of oocytes. Therefore, a micromechanical setup has been developed and installed on a microscope. Beside the determination of the force-strain relation during loading, the deformation of the oocytes has been recorded optically, too. Both, the force-strain curves and the optical recordings build the basis for a proper parameter identification technique based on the inverse finite element method.
