Previously, different Hydrangea macrophylla ssp. serrata cultivars were investigated by untargeted LC-MS analysis. From this, a list of tentatively identified and unknown compounds that differ significantly between these cultivars was obtained. Due to the lack of reference compounds, especially for dihydro-isocoumarins, we aimed to isolate and structurally characterise these compounds from the cultivar ‘Yae-no-amacha’ using NMR and LC-MS methods. For purification and isolation, counter-current chromatography was used in combination with reversed-phase preparative HPLC as an orthogonal and enhanced purification workflow. Thirteen dihydro-isocoumarins in combination with other metabolites could be isolated and structurally identified. Particularly interesting was the clarification of dihydrostilbenoid glycosides, which were described for the first time in H. macrophylla ssp. serrata. These results will help us in further studies on the biological interpretation of our data.  相似文献

We show that the zero-field normal-state resistivity of temperature-dependent resistivity ρ(T) of SrFe2?xNixAs2 can be reproduced by the expression ρ(T) = ρ0 + c T exp(?2Δ/T). ρ(T) can be scaled using both this expression where the energy scale Δ, c and the residual resistivity ρ0 are scaling parameters and a recently proposed model-independent scaling method (H.G. Luo, Y.H. Su, T. Xiang, Phys. Rev. B 77 (2008) 014529). The scaling parameters have been calculated and the compositional variation of 2Δ(x) has been determined. This dependence show almost a linear decreasing in the underdoped regime similar to that reported for cuprates. The existence of a universal metallic ρ(T) curve in a wide temperature range which, however, is restricted for the underdoped compounds to temperatures above a structural and anitiferromagnetic transition is interpreted as an indication of a single mechanism which dominates the scattering of the charge carriers in SrFe2?xNixAs2 (x = 0–0.3).  相似文献

Treatment of a toluene solution of [PdMe(2)(Cy(2)PCH(2)PCy(2))](1) with pentafluoropyridine in the presence of traces of water affords the generation of the A-frame complexes [(PdMe)(2){mu-kappa(2)(P,P)Cy(2)PCH(2)PCy(2)}(2)(mu-F)][SiMeF(4)]() and [(PdMe)(2){mu-kappa(2)(P,P)Cy(2)PCH(2)PCy(2)}(2)(mu-F)][OC(5)NF(4)](2b). If the reaction is performed in an NMR tube equipped with a PFA inliner, complex 2b is produced, only. Treatment of 1 with pentafluoropyridine in the presence of an excess water yields the pyridyloxy complex [PdMe(OC(5)NF(4))(Cy(2)PCH(2)PCy(2))](3). Compound [(PdMe)(2){mu-kappa(2)(P,P)Cy(2)PCH(2)PCy(2)}(2)(mu-F)][FHF](2c) bearing a bifluoride anion instead of SiMeF(4)(-) or OC(5)NF(4)(-) can be generated by reaction of 1 with substoichiometric amounts of Et(3)N.3HF. The analogous complex [(PdMe)(2){mu-kappa(2)(P,P)Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2)}(2)(mu-F)][FHF] (5c) has been synthesized by addition of Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2) to a solution of [PdMe(2)(Me(2)NCH(2)CH(2)NMe(2))](4) in THF and subsequent treatment of the reaction mixture with Et(3)N.3HF. The structure of the A-frame complex 5c has been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reaction of [Fe2(CO)9] with a half molar amount of R2PYPR2 (Y = CH2, R = Ph, Me, OMe or OPri; Y = N(Et), R = OPh, OMe or OCH2; Y = N(Me), R = OPri or OEt) leads to the ready formation of a product which on irradiation with ultraviolet light rapidly decarbonylates to the heptacarbonyl derivative [Fe2(μ-CO)(CO)6{μ-R2PYPR2}]. Treatment of the latter with a slight excess of the appropriate ligand results, under photochemical conditions, in the formation of the dinuclear pentacarbonyl complex [Fe2(μ-CO)(C))4{μ-R2PYPR2}2] but under thermal conditions in the formation of the mononuclear species [Fe(CO)3{R2PYPR2}]. Reaction of [Ru3(CO)12] with an equimolar amount of (RO)2PN(R′)P(OR)2 (R′ = Me, R = Pri or Et; R′ = Et, R = Ph or Me) under either thermal or photochemical conditions produces [Ru3(CO)10{μ-(RO)2PN(OR)2}] which reacts further with excess (RO)2PN(R′)P(OR)2 on irradiation with ultraviolet light to afford the dinuclear compound [Ru2(μ-CO)(CO4{μ-(RO)2PN(R′)P(OR)2}2]. The molecular structure of [Ru2(μ-CO)(CO)4{μ-(MeO)2PN(Et)P(OMe)2}2], which has been determined by X-ray crystallography, is described.  相似文献

A technique allowing high-throughput synthesis and evaluation of molecularly imprinted polymer sorbents at a reduced scale (mini-MIPs) was developed and used for the optimization of MIPs for use in pure aqueous environments. The technique incorporated a 4-port liquid-handling robot for the rapid dispensing of monomers, templates, solvents and initiator into the reaction vessels of a 96-well plate. A library of 80 polymers, each ca. 50 mg, could thus be prepared in 24 h. The MIP rebinding capacity and selectivity could be rapidly assessed in the batch mode by quantifying nonbound fractions in parallel using a UV monochromator plate reader. This allowed a complete evaluation of the binding characteristics of an 80 polymer library in approximately 1 week. With the objective of optimizing a polymer imprinted with the local anaesthetic Bupivacaine for use in pure aqueous systems, a polymer library was prepared by varying the original poly(MAA-co-EDMA) MIP composition. The variable factors were the added amount of the hydrophilic comonomer, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), the cross-linking ratio, and the porogen. This optimization resulted in polymers showing high imprinting factors (IF = K(MIP)/K(NIP)) in water as a result, mainly, of reduced binding to the nonimprinted polymer. Normal scale batches of these materials showed strong retention of the template and low nonspecific binding when assessed as chromatographic stationary phases using pure phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, as mobile phase, by equilibrium batch rebinding experiments and as sorbents for extractions of the analyte from blood plasma samples.  相似文献

(3-Triethoxysilylpropyl)succinic anhydride (TESP-SA) is an organo-functional silicon compound that can be converted into a polysilsesquioxane when it is hydrolyzed and subsequently subjected to a condensation reaction at elevated temperatures (>160 °C). If this process is performed without sodium hypophosphite (SHP), a hard solid material is obtained. In contrast, the condensation reaction of TESP-SA in conjunction with SHP results in the formation of a foamed, brittle material with closed macro cells. The foam was characterized by means of various analytical methods (FT-IR, 29Si MAS NMR, XRD, TG-MS, SEM).

The geometro-stochastic quantization of a gauge theory based on the (4,1)-de Sitter group is presented. The theory contains an intrinsic elementary length parameter R of geometric origin taken to be of a size typical for hadron physics. Use is made of a soldered Hilbert bundle over curved spacetime carrying a phase space representation of SO(4, 1) with the Lorentz subgroup related to a vierbein formulation of gravitation. The typical fiber of is a resolution kernel Hilbert space constructed in terms of generalized coherent states related to the principal series of unitary irreducible representations of SO(4, 1), namely de Sitter horospherical waves for spinless particles characterized by the parameter . Melting curves of Cu and Ni were measured in the laser-heated diamond cell to 97 GPa (3800 K) and 60 GPa (2970 K), respectively. The temperatures of Cu are in good agreement with recent theoretical calculations. The Cu melting slope (dT/dP) is about 2.5 times steeper than for Ni. The present results confirm the key role d-shell electrons play in determining the temperature dependence of high pressure melting curves in transition metals that have filled or partially filled d electron bands.  相似文献

Supercooled smectic nanoparticles based on physiological cholesterol esters are under investigation as a potential novel carrier system for lipophilic drugs. The present study investigates the very complex crystallization behavior of such nanoparticles stabilized with the aid of phospholipids. Phospholipid and phospholipid/bile salt stabilized cholesteryl myristate dispersions were prepared by high-pressure melt homogenization and characterized by particle size measurements, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. To obtain fractions with very small smectic nanoparticles, selected dispersions were ultracentrifuged. A mixture of cholesteryl myristate and the phospholipid used for the stabilization of the dispersions was also investigated by light microscopy. The nanoparticles usually display a bimodal crystallization event which depends on the thermal treatment and cannot be attributed to crystalline polymorphism. The ratio of the particle fractions crystallizing in the two successive steps strongly depends on the particle size of the dispersions. The presence of larger particles leads to an increased fraction crystallizing at higher temperature and a higher recrystallization tendency upon storage. The observed peculiarities of the crystallization behavior seem to be mainly caused by the presence of particles with different shapes (cylindrical and spherical) as observed in electron microscopy. Alterations in the composition of the nanoparticles may also play a role.  相似文献
