A linear-quadratic differential game in which the system state is affected by disturbance and both players have access to different measurements is solved. The problem is first converted to an optimization problem in infinite-dimensional state space and then solved using standard techniques. The paper shows how various interior point methods for linear programming may all be derived from logarithmic barrier methods. These methods include primal and dual projective methods, affine methods, and methods based on the method of centers. Vibrational dephasing of the nitrogen molecule is known to show highly interesting anomalies near its gas-liquid critical point. Here we present theoretical and computational studies of the Raman linewidth of nitrogen along the critical isochore. The linewidth is found to have a lambda-shaped temperature dependence near the critical point. As observed in experimental studies, the calculated line shape becomes Gaussian as the critical temperature (T(c)) is approached. Both the present simulation and a mode coupling theory analysis show that the slow decay of the enhanced density fluctuations near the critical point, probed at the subpicosecond time scales by vibrational frequency modulation, along with an enhanced vibration-rotation coupling, are the main causes of the observed anomalies.  相似文献

Strange stars (ReSS) calculated from a realistic equation of state (EOS), that incorporate chiral symmetry restoration as well as deconfinement at high density [Phys. Lett. B 438 (1998) 123; Phys. Lett. B 447 (1999) 352, Addendum; Phys. Lett. B 467 (1999) 303, Erratum; Indian J. Phys. B 73 (1999) 377] show compact objects in the mass radius curve. We compare our calculations of incompressibility for this EOS with that of nuclear matter. One of the nuclear matter EOS has a continuous transition to ud-matter at about five times normal density. Another nuclear matter EOS incorporates density dependent coupling constants. From a look at the consequent velocity of sound, it is found that the transition to ud-matter seems necessary.  相似文献

In this work, we have considered Cardassian Universe in Ho?ava-Lifshitz gravity. Four types of Cardassian Universe models i.e., polytropic/power law, modified polytropic, exponential and modified exponential models have been considered for accelerating models. The natures of statefinder parameters, deceleration parameter, Om diagnostic and EoS parameters have been investigated for all types of Cardassian models in Ho?ava-Lifshitz gravity.  相似文献
