A simple, precise and accurate method is proposed for rapid determination of trace amounts of hydroxylamine based on the reaction of hydroxylamine with iodate in acidic media. The reaction of neutral red by the produced nitrite ion was used to monitor the reaction spectrophotometrically at 525 nm by a fixed time method. Hydroxylamine in the range of 0.0400-1.200 microg mL(-1) could be determined. The relative standard deviation for 10 determinations of 0.500 microg mL(-1) hydroxylamine was 1.81% and the limit of detection was 0.010 microg mL(-1). The proposed method was applied to the determination of hydroxylamine in water samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

The H-point standard addition method (HPSAM), based on a spectrophotometric measurement for the simultaneous determination of hydrazine and acetylhydrazine, is described. This method is based on the difference between the rates of their reactions with N,N-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde (DAB) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in acidic media. The results showed that hydrazine and acetylhydrazine could be determined simultaneously in the range of 0.020 - 0.70 and 0.20 - 5.0 mg L(-1), respectively. Under the working conditions, the proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of hydrazine and acetylhydrazine in several synthetic mixtures and plasma and water samples. 相似文献

Structural health monitoring (SHM) is recognized as an efficient tool to interpret the reliability of a wide variety of infrastructures. To identify the structural abnormality by utilizing the electromechanical coupling property of piezoelectric transducers, the electromechanical impedance (EMI) approach is preferred. However, in real-time SHM applications, the monitored structure is exposed to several varying environmental and operating conditions (EOCs). The previous study has recognized the temperature variations as one of the serious EOCs that affect the optimal performance of the damage inspection process. In this framework, an experimental setup is developed in current research to identify the presence of fatigue crack in stainless steel (304) beam using EMI approach and estimate the effect of temperature variations on the electrical impedance of the piezoelectric sensors. A regular series of experiments are executed in a controlled temperature environment (25°C–160°C) using 202 V1 Constant Temperature Drying Oven Chamber (Q/TBXR20-2005). It has been observed that the dielectric constant ε33T which is recognized as the temperature-dependent constant of PZT sensor has sufficiently influenced the electrical impedance signature. Moreover, the effective frequency shift (EFS) approach is optimized in term of significant temperature compensation for the current impedance signature of PZT sensor relative to the reference signature at the extended frequency bandwidth of the developed measurement system with better outcomes as compared to the previous literature work. Hence, the current study also deals efficiently with the critical issue of the width of the frequency band for temperature compensation based on the frequency shift in SHM. The results of the experimental study demonstrate that the proposed methodology is qualified for the damage inspection in real-time monitoring applications under the temperature variations. It is capable to exclude one of the major reasons of false fault diagnosis by compensating the consequence of elevated temperature at extended frequency bandwidth in SHM. 相似文献

2D Raman generated classical and quantum Talbot imaging is proposed in a three-level gain assisted system. First, a 2D Raman induced grating (RIG) will be constructed by modulating transmission function in the weak probe channel using a strong control standing wave field. Furthermore, RIG will diffract a probe field, by shining a probing light beam on an optically generated lattice within a rubidium vapor cell. This study uses gain assisted Raman medium [Nature 406 , 277 (2000)] to examine classical and quantum Talbot imaging. In the case of Raman-induced classical imaging, the diffraction pattern repeats itself at planes with integer multiple Talbot lengths. Additionally, by taking into account entangled photon pairs, the scenario of Raman-induced quantum imaging is investigated. This study also looks at the RIG's amplitude and phase information with adjustable image size variation. As a result of the gain feature and zero absorption, this system is anticipated to be more suitable from the perspective of application. This analysis may pave the way for further research into the Talbot effect's nonlinear and quantum dynamical properties. The dispersion relations of parallel propagating modes(Langmuir mode, right and left handed circular polarized waves) in the weak magnetic field limit |ω-k·v| ? are considered for ultra-relativistic arbitrary degenerate electron plasma. The results are presented in terms of moments of Fermi-Dirac distribution. The increase in the electron equilibrium number density from negative large(weakly degenerate) to positive large(highly degenerate) values of μ/T_e is observed(where μ is the electron chemical potential and T_e is the electron thermal energy). As a result, shifting of the cutoff points in all the real dispersion branches towards the higher values and increasing in the band gap between unmagnetized longitudinal and transverse modes in k-space are examined. Also, the suppression of the weak magnetic field effects in weakly magnetized right handed and left handed circular polarized waves and a decrease in the longitudinal and transverse screening effects are observed in the graphical patterns due to an increase in the equilibrium number density. 相似文献

Since the introduction of percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary artery disease, thousands of patients have been treated with the implantation of coronary stents. Moreover, several of the patients with coronary stent undergo cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging every year. This case report is of a 77-year-old man who was previously treated with the implantation of a coronary stent in the left circumflex artery. He underwent CMR imaging, which revealed a process 14×21 mm in the left atrium. Cardiac contrast computed tomography did not demonstrate any cardiac pathology. While the signal loss on MRI associated with implanted metallic devices is known, we report a case where an implanted coronary stent in the left circumflex artery led to an intracardiac signal loss mimicking intracardiac thrombus/tumor. 相似文献

The two-dimensional problem of generalized thermoelastic diffusion material with thermal and diffusion relaxation times is investigated in the context of Lord-Shulman theory. As an application of the problem, a particular type of thermal source is considered and the problem is solved numerically by using a finite element method. The components of displacement, stress, temperature distribution, chemical potential, and mass concentration are obtained. The resulting quantities are depicted graphically for a special model.
